酒店服務很熱情。給我們升級了豪華房間，房間地毯非常的乾淨，衞生也很好。還有浴缸。周邊環境很漂亮，設施設備齊全，走了的時候還貼心的準了小禮品有福祿（葫蘆），還有青島貝殼這個服務業太棒了吧必須贊👍 一下。

衞生極度不負責任，陽性客户住過的房間，己使用過抗原檢測物品未清理，居然還給新客人入住！
設施陳舊，大冬天，淋浴水温忽冷忽熱，調至冷水端，水居然熱得燙人！調熱又突然冷水！
號稱升級的套房，浴室推拉門、窗簾壞未維修。

入住的第一個房間，房間裏有很大的水流噪音，説是空調問題。我就要求更換房間。更換了房間後，空調衹能打到18°，洗澡的水龍頭有問題，不是噴水，還是淅淅瀝瀝的流出來。洗個澡凍的半死。特地定了帶自助早餐的房型，然而並沒有自助早餐，衹是早上送個套餐到房間。送過來的飲料都不敢喝，塑料容器被燙的變形成這樣，還送給客人。不擔心有毒嗎？這麼操作的人良心在哪裡

住過不少星級酒店，這家很不錯，服務員很耿直，帶着山東人的樸實，早餐也很特色，有停車場，停車便利，酒店周邊環境很美。前台小左服務也很好。適合商務出差，設施設備齊全，有健身房，衞生乾淨，房間舒適，被褥也柔軟，很好的體驗。

青島之旅很順心，萊西華璽一如既往的服務讓我出差有一個無憂的據點，回到酒店會消散一天的疲憊，前台的服務24小時在線，疫情當下，外賣會送到小機器人裏面送上來，很安全。前台左甜甜服務標準流程，態度也很好。酒店環境和整體都不錯，給升級的房間，乾淨寬敞，視野開闊，超級喜歡。
