The hotel seemed clean and cozy, but there are no breakfast due to COVID even though it was shown as breakfast included at least when I stayed.

Mrs. Tonya was one of the nicest ladies and treated me and my family really well they have really good breakfast. The hotel has an amazing view of the lake

Overall, my experience at this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, from the luxurious accommodations to the exceptional service. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Our check-in agent Riley really made us feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable and indulgent experience. 🌟🤩💖

Everything was great. We had an issue with a flight connecting to Lake Charles and hotel was very accommodating.

It was definitely a nice stay...easy check in/out. It was clean. The room was very comfortable. Staff was nice and breakfast was delicious. I recommend this place and will stay here if I'm ever back in lake Charles again

Immaculate and inviting! After a lengthy journey and a challenging year, I was in need of relaxation. The customer service was exceptional, with a keen understanding of my needs, and they made some accommodations for me. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning next time I am in lake Charles

Inside is clean i think some renovation is done too, but there's no towel hanger, toilet paper holder, no hot water 😉. Even though hotel was half full we were placed in the first floor with dumpsters view.

Did not like the fact that there were only 2 towels and we had 4 people in the room. SMH
Went to the front desk at 10:30pm to ask for more towels and was told there weren’t any available!!!

This property is undergoing renovations, so it's not super shiny at the moment but you can tell it's moving in that direction. Our room was clean with no complaints. The area is still a little beat up following Hurricanes Laura and Delta, but the dowtown area which is walking distance away was alive. There is a GREAT Celtic pub (McFarlane's) a block from the hotel. Good music and food!

Lovely stay at the Quality Lake Charles, we had much success fishing at the lake and enjoying a mini vacation here. The hotel is right off Route I10 which is extremely convenient easily accessible. The staff and rooms are beautifully upgraded and the lobby was was redone from the last time we were here.

Another Amazing stay at this wonderful Hotel. We stayed from 06/28 to 07/01 and I can only say amazing things about this Hotel. The newly renovated rooms are beautifully redone and beyond gorgeous, the staff made to feel like you are Family and the room is our home. The Front desk staff are great very accommodating. They did a perfect job making sure we were taken care of. The entire Hotel staff are all very nice and friendly and greet you with a warm smile everyday. Even the maintenance staff were very helpful to us and we saw them working in the lobby. I recommend this Hotel to anyone who comes to Lake Charles, especially if you're coming to Downtown. The rooms are super clean and Fresh, and it's right across the Lake. So thank you to all the staff who made our stay such a success we will be back.

This hotel is definitely not quality. I have used this hotel several times over the years and I rated it a 3, now is gets a 1. The shower doors had so much residue you could not see inside. The mirror was black, the tub was dirty and stained. The towels were dirty and stained. The walls had peeling paint. I saw 2 roaches I'm praying I didn't bring any home. The only compliment I can give is the sheets were clean. Ceiling fan blades were coved with a thick layer of dust. The only good thing about breakfast was the coffee.
