Everyone didn’t say anything. The second day was too hot. We asked politely whether the air conditioner could be turned on, but the front desk was very impatient. Let's adjust the temperature to the lowest level. We adjusted it and it was useless. At the same time, the three rooms were not air-conditioned the next day. The air conditioner is not cooling. Obviously, the cold air is not turned on deliberately, but let us turn it down to the lowest level. Then why I adjusted it to 25 degrees on the first day and there was cold air, but the second day there was no cold air at 5 degrees? Disposable slippers are not allowed to be taken away when checking out, neither the website nor the store clearly stated that they are not allowed to be taken away! I don’t think there is anything wrong with the house price if there is no explicit indication, right? The front desk said: Our slippers are not disposable. It doesn't matter if you have an ugly callused face, but you can't run the train with your mouth full of ugliness! Later, I thought about catching a plane. Two people returned. A colleague didn't refund because he didn't have time to look through the suitcase. There was no prompt at the front desk. The deposit was directly deducted from the slippers and refunded the same way. Is this different from robbery? Do Ctrip merchants deduct deposits so casually? Don't you say how much you deduct? Are you not notified in advance? Do you use slippers to play fairy jumping?

標間很差，200多一間房間應該不算便宜，但實際設施很爛，隔音很差，對面房説個啥一清二楚。服務員很拽，所以能不去就別去了。

酒店環境優越，前台服務熱情，客房打掃乾淨，而且處理問題及時，設身處地的能為客人着想，非常滿意的一次住宿體驗。

從沒給過任何差評，但是這次實在不能忍。 出差訂的豪華套房，説實話房間配置中規中矩，但在縣城裡算還行了。可是酒店的制度和服務簡直不要太差，普普通通的一次性拖鞋帶走需要收費5元，名曰可穿不可帶走。房間描述的瓶裝水免費（沒説衹免2瓶），不夠喝再要時候磨磨唧唧不給送，送來2瓶也沒人告知要收費，最後莫名其妙就從按金里扣了！！ 就想問問酒店方，我的房間可住兩人，是不是應該費用裏包含了兩人的用品？！既然是付過費的一次性拖鞋為啥不能帶走，那我雙早衹吃了一人份，是否也應該退我另一人的錢？誰也不是付不起這兩瓶水錢，但你若如此精於算計，我也不得不發聲了。 荒唐可笑的入住體驗，膈應人，強烈不推薦。。。
