Really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel itself is nice, but the staff are what made it fantastic—they were so helpful the whole time. The amenities are standard but everything was clean and in good order. The location worked well for me: you're sort of between the Marina and downtown. Each is about a 20-minute taxi ride away, which I preferred over figuring out the metro. A real highlight is the restaurant's terrace off the lobby—a perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening drink.

We had the pleasure of staying 8 nights at Signature 1, Tecom, Barsha Heights, Dubai with my wife and our baby, and it was truly a memorable experience. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, making it perfect for a family stay. We particularly appreciated how well-equipped and cozy it felt. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste. The hotel’s location is ideal—close to the metro, shopping areas, and restaurants—making it easy to explore Dubai without hassle. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Asanga Perera, the Restaurant Manager, and his team for their outstanding service. Mr. Rohit, our room attendant, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was smooth and comfortable. The security staff were also exceptionally friendly, helpful, and attentive. From the attentive staff to the excellent facilities, every aspect of our stay was delightful. We highly recommend Signature 1, Tecom, Barsha Heights to families and travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and exceptional service in Dubai!

This is a decent hotel which deserves a 3.75 star rating. The location is great ... about 10 minutes to metro or bus station. The hotel is a little run down but adequate for most people's needs. All staff was very helpful and promptly attended to my needs. There are many restaurants nearby within walking distance.

Hotel is old, have some smell, in our room was a big coffee stain, location in Dubai doesn't matter as it seems to me, because walking is not comfortable at all. What I liked in this hotel is personnel, free parking and breakfasts.

This is the 2nd time I have stated in Tryp Wyndham and loved! Location is probably the best in Dubai central to everywhere! Room with balcony was lovely, service and staff very good and loved the pool area! Excellent value and perfect base for exploring Dubai!!

Kindly Improve on the amenities especially toiletries - for instance, a toothbrush is a very basic but essential provision that won't impact the bottom line - to enhance customer experience.

Check-in and check-out were super fast, English communication was smooth, and the staff were friendly and attentive, responding promptly to any requests. The guest rooms are in a standard business minimalist style. While not overly spacious, the layout is practical, with a wide and functional desk. The bedding was clean and soft, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for a quiet rest after a long day. Room hygiene was impeccable; the bathroom was dry and tidy, with powerful hot water and good water pressure. The free Wi-Fi was stable and fast, perfectly meeting the needs for online meetings and work. Breakfast was a Western-style buffet, with a rich variety and consistent quality, perfect for a quick energy boost to start the workday. The hotel also offers essential business facilities like a 24-hour front desk, free parking, and simple laundry services, showing thoughtful attention to detail. The room is well-equipped, safe and sanitary, and I feel very comfortable living here. I have been living here for more than a month. The price is a bit too expensive, and it has increased a lot recently.
