Very beautiful seaside scenery

Sehr schönes Hotel aus den 30iger-Jahren. Freundliches, lösungsorientiertes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Top Lage. Schöne grosse Zimmer. Da Alter des Hotels hat seine Tücken. Zum Teil kann man die schön grossen Fenster nicht öffnen und es ist sehr ringhörig. Wir waren zwei Nächte da und konnten wegen einer grossen Gruppe junger Sportler (es fand ein Fussball-Turnier statt), welche durchgehend Party im Zimmer machten, sehr schlecht schlafen. Das Hotelmanagement hat sich dafür bei uns in aller Form entschuldigt und uns erklärt, dass sie trotz Security-Einsatz die Situation nicht besser in den Griff bekommen konnten. Fazit! Das Hotel empfehlen wir sehr gerne.

Quiet room, delicious breakfast

It was very good, you just go in when you want. Opening times of the bar were not important. Breakfast/in- and check-out just at the main building of Prado itself. If it's 100m away, it's much 😃🤷

Service: Very dependent on who's at the front desk. The young lady is fantastic! When we wanted to book an extra night, no discount was considered in the offer. Quite the opposite; the upgrade we received at check-in was fully charged for if we wanted to extend our stay. Booking online would have been €30 cheaper than extending our stay at the front desk! Problems with the air conditioning: it doesn't work. The room quickly became very warm. Although we reported it several times, it wasn't resolved. Otherwise, the location was perfect!

Good location, close to the beach and commercial street. The overall layout of the room is good, the only fly in the ointment is that the taste of the room decoration is a bit concentrated. Great hotel in Oostende for a small budget. Good location, close to bars and restaurants. Easy to find and good service. Rooms are not big if you travel with big suitcases, but manageble. Just a few steps and you'll be at the beach to enjoy the Belgian coast.
