"Located opposite the station, it's very convenient. There's constant traffic all night, so those who are sensitive to noise should look for a room facing inwards. The front desk service is attentive, and the breakfast is freshly cooked and quite good. The walls and bed in the room are acceptable. There were some ants on the bedside table, and food stains on the bottom of the tissue box. The faucet requires holding the handle, and the showerhead was covered in rust. The facilities are old, which is understandable, but basic maintenance is still needed!"

"The service staff are friendly and enthusiastic! The facilities inside the museum are comfortable and clean. There are five soups (Beauty Soup...Prairie Soup...Coffee Soup...) in the Dazhong Pool for you to choose from, with different temperatures! For me, it’s a customized bath! There is no peculiar smell in the room. Even though I have allergies, I don't feel itchy or sneeze. The overall accommodation quality is very good. I look forward to experiencing it again next time."

"December 30, 2025 to January 1, 2026. The location is good, the scenery is nice, but the trees need some trimming. The room is a bit old, but clean and spacious. The indoor hot spring tub is also clean, and the water is very comfortable. I didn't go to the public tub because I don't like being crowded with other people. The breakfast needs improvement; it wasn't very good. There's practically no soundproofing; you can hear several people walking outside. There aren't many restaurants nearby, and the selection is limited, which might be inconvenient for stays longer than two days. The nearby hot spring town is pitifully small, with only a few shops; it hardly qualifies as a street. Check-in is at 5 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, which is a significant drawback."

"Free breakfast included. Hotsprings ♨️ access included. Fish foot spa included. Room is okay. Convenient location near the Guguan Station, Guguan Center, Guguan Visitor Center, Family Mart and restos. Basically next to the river, and the suspension bridge that can lead you to the Shaolai Trail to Pojinjia Trail. No soundproofing. Request for river view, too. Bring swimming attire for hotspring access, swimming cap, too."

"Upon check-in, when asked the reason for our stay, I casually mentioned we were celebrating our 100th day together. They genuinely took note and arranged related services. The sense of privacy and exclusive hospitality was exceptional, truly living up to the reputation of Japan's top Hoshino Resorts group. I particularly loved the design of the entire garden and the relaxation pavilions by the pool, as well as the hot springs. Whether it was the expansive window views from the room, the scenery from the private onsen, the women's public bath, or the dining area, every single spot, with its flowers, plants, and water birds, was meticulously designed. Both dinner and breakfast were also thoughtfully prepared and presented using local ingredients. Our 2-day, 1-night stay left us feeling incredibly touched and joyful, both physically and mentally. It felt like we were taken care of in every possible way. Every moment was filled with deep appreciation. I highly recommend staying here."

"Let's start with the positives: 1. Excellent location, with restaurants nearby, a 7-Eleven, and a parking lot right across the street. 2. Beautiful views. 3. Weekday breakfast is served individually, featuring freshly fried eggs, stir-fried cabbage, and a side dish to accompany porridge. Now for the negatives: The quad room was small, and the bathtub wasn't thoroughly cleaned, which made soaking quite uncomfortable. The air conditioning was barely cool, feeling more like a fan. We asked housekeeping to check it, but they claimed there was no issue and eventually just brought us a fan. It was my first time ever sleeping in a hotel with a fan... The windows lacked screens, so with many insects around, we couldn't open them. We noticed a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor during check-out. We booked a weekday quad room for NT$3900, but there were actually very few guests. It turns out booking on-site would have been cheaper. The hotel across the suspension bridge offers better value for money."

"The clubhouse is located in the Zhengguguan hot spring area, near many hiking trails, easy to choose. Before bathing or staying, you can come to exercise, after walking the trail and then bathing will be more comfortable. There is no parking lot in the clubhouse itself, only on both sides of the road. However, the operator will first occupy the roadside location, first to not seem to be able to stop first, but basically no problem parking. The hot spring pool is a pool made of gravel, which is less likely to slip but the cleanliness is more remarkable. This time, because there were few travelers staying, breakfast was changed to a restaurant on the first floor. Although it is also buffet style, the dishes are obviously much less, and without the top floor favorite dining beauty, a little disappointed."

"The toilet paper was located at the back, making it difficult to reach. The separation between the toilet and shower was only about one-third of the way across, making it difficult to use. We arrived late, just before 7pm, but they were able to prepare dinner for us, which was very helpful. (Pork hotpot, individual portions). Breakfast was plentiful, with porridge, bread, vegetables, and more, and we were very full. Everyone was very kind. I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity."

"The room lacked a luggage rack, the room was in a good environment, and it was very spacious and comfortable. The bathtub is large, but there is a little crack. The sanitary ware is exquisite. Staying feels good, the outdoor bath facilities are first-class for taking pictures. Only the hotel does not have transportation facilities, if there is a car to pick up and drop off to the nearby food old street! Because this hotel is relatively remote in the forest, it can be reached low, do not drive by yourself, or chartered car can not be reached. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant is Taiwanese; dinner needs to be arranged early, because it will be closed around 8 o'clock."
