I had pre-booked the free 24-hour airport shuttle service. The front desk lady called me half an hour beforehand to confirm my flight details. The driver was waiting promptly at the hotel entrance and even helped me with my luggage. It only took less than 10 minutes to get to the terminal, so there was no need to worry about missing my flight. Check-in was also very efficient. Knowing we had an early morning flight, they specially expedited the process and thoughtfully gave us breakfast takeaway vouchers for the next day, so we could eat at the airport. Although the room wasn't particularly large, the layout was very reasonable, clean, and tidy. The bedding was just the right firmness, and the soundproofing was surprisingly good; I couldn't hear any airplane noise at all. I slept soundly until morning, feeling refreshed and energetic for my flight the next day.

800 meters from the subway, it is more convenient to ride a bicycle to visit the Five Avenues, Italian Scenic Area or Jinwan Square, and walk along the Haihe River. It is also 300-500 meters to walk to Tianjin breakfast in the morning or eat barbecue at night. There are authentic local delicacies. The air conditioning and shower water temperature in the room are good, but the lighting facilities are also outdated (be careful when boiling water, and you need to cover it when pouring to prevent it from overturning). There is a musty smell in the corridor, but fortunately there are large windows in the house and there is no damp smell. After staying for three nights, it is inevitable to clean and dry clothes. There are many hangers here, which is very convenient. The room is spacious with a large and a small bed, and it is also very comfortable to organize luggage.

This hotel truly surprised and delighted me. The warm atmosphere from the moment I entered the lobby was delightful; the staff were incredibly friendly and always smiling, making me feel right at home. The room was both modern and comfortable, with exceptionally soft and comfortable beds. The bathroom was also very clean, and the toiletries were of good quality, giving me peace of mind. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to satisfy different tastes. The hotel's location was also very convenient, with easy access to transportation and numerous restaurants and shopping centers nearby, making it very convenient for getting around. The only minor drawback was the slightly long wait for the elevator, but overall, the experience was fantastic, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

It's a very good, very qualified e-sports hotel with top-notch configurations. It is recommended to replace the curved screen with a straight screen and the mouse with an adjustable driver. The store has cute kittens and puppies. They also play billiards for free when staying in the hotel. Highly recommended~

Amzing hotel. Excellent value for money. Quick check-in. I stayed for a few days. It is a one-minute walk from the train station and the embankment. The room was very cozy, exactly as in the photo. The bed linen was clean, toothbrushes and slippers were also there. Good water pressure. Towels were packed and changed every day. The bed was very comfortable. I slept well after a long train journey. The room had a window and it looked out onto the courtyard. I opened it and there was access to fresh air. The air conditioning worked, but I did not use it. I would stay here again.

I initially changed my plans after finding my original accommodation unsuitable, and I’m so glad I stumbled upon this place instead — it turned out to be an excellent choice. I really appreciated the hotel’s attention to detail, including clear labels and instructions in multiple languages, which made everything easy to understand. The front desk staff were outstanding. The lady at the counter was very polite, welcoming, and offered helpful recommendations for nearby places. The room itself was very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day of traveling. The room was spacious and clean, but the soundproofing at night wasn't great – you could hear the creaking of footsteps from the floor above. On the plus side, the hotel's location is excellent, very close to all the main attractions, right near Daguangming Bridge. Too bad I didn't get a chance to take photos of the hotel.

Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. I was worried because of all those reviews about the cleaning and the bathroom but I didn't have any problem during my stay, I even extended. Location is easy to find and easy to connect with every place in the cit.

Perfect Spot & Super Cute Robot! This Ibis hotel is a fantastic choice if you need to be near the Tianjin High-Speed Railway Station. The location is super convenient and it's easy to get to from the station. The hotel itself is very clean, which is always a huge plus. My room was spotless, and they provide complimentary drinking water. The lifts (elevators) were quick and worked great. But the absolute best feature? They have a little robot that delivers your food when you order from outside! It's so adorable and practical—a great touch for delivery orders. Highly recommend this hotel for its great location, cleanliness, and the novelty of the cute delivery robot!
