"I have two rooms in December before Christmas and it was one of the most comfortable bed I had for the two weeks trip. Two nights here and my baby son loves their breakfast. It comes with hot food and cold cuts, cheese and on table side orders for eggs. I tried the shashouka but I don’t really like it because the cumin was too strong. I had lovely champagne for my breakfast and can’t complaint more. Coffee normal, tea selections are great! I would come back again to this chain hotel. The only bad things is the location is slight far from train station, we pulled 2 big luggages, 1 medium size luggage, 1 stroller all the way to the hotel and decided to call for taxi when we depart. Afterall good stay and safe and quiet neighbourhood."

"It's rare to experience such a great hotel in Europe. The decor is very modern and exquisite, and the rooms are incredibly spacious, equipped with all the basic amenities you'd expect. The location is particularly excellent, right next to the train station. The integrated restaurant and bar on the top floor also offers a fantastic experience, providing panoramic views of Heidelberg. Going up at sunset and enjoying a drink either outside or by the window to watch the sun go down is truly delightful."

"Location: across the street, ~5 mins from the hbf. Reception: allowed early check in; they don’t always have someone at the counter so just give them a call and they will open the door for you (met some other guests, really nice people who helped me make the call!) Lift: old and small but it works! Room: double bed = 2 single bed merge together. had some flies initially because they left the window open to air it, service staff helped to get the flies out. Toilet: small but manageable if you are petite, may not be suitable for big size people as the bathing area is small. Transport: took RNV20 to and fro to the furnicular (which led to other tourist areas), super convenient!"

"I booked a hotel a month ago, and I didn't choose to cancel at any time because I had to go out. But on the day of booking, my friend asked me to stay at her house, and when I asked, the hotel said I couldn't cancel. I told them that it was my birthday and I wanted to change my plans at midnight, but they wouldn't let me cancel. I feel like Ctrip members are useless in Europe. The hotel didn't let me cancel according to the policy, and I have no problem with that, but I will never choose Leonard next time. This was my first and last visit. It looks very close to the old town on the map, but it's not. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the train station, and the old town is about the same. I personally think the location is not good either. There is only one Aldi supermarket nearby, and Kaufland is about one stop away."

"First off, the apartment is very spacious. The bedroom is separate from the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom is large, and while it doesn't have a separate shower and dry area, it's fully equipped with everything you need, and the hot water is fast and plentiful. The soundproofing for sleeping is also excellent. Secondly, the amenities are comprehensive. It has all the pots, pans, dishcloths, brushes, knives, forks, and cutting boards you could ask for. There's also a kettle, coffee machine, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, range hood, iron, and hairdryer. A quick tip: you must turn on the range hood before using the induction hob – just pull it out, and it starts automatically. Lastly, the bedroom is large with plenty of tables, and the bed is a good size too, with a comfortable mattress and lots of pillows for a great night's sleep. Everything feels very new and in excellent condition! There are a few drawbacks: The laundry room costs extra, though the gym is free. Check-in is strictly at 3 PM, which might be due to high demand on weekends, but you can store your luggage and explore beforehand. Oh, and check-out is at 11 AM! It's right next to Heidelberg's main train station, which is super convenient for catching trains. We checked out half an hour early and still ended up waiting 25 minutes at the station!"

"I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and kind. I was able to.check in early without extra cpsts and could leave my luggage at reception the next day. They could suggest sights to see and gave me a sightseeing map.the room.was vig enough, clean and tidy, but it did not have a kettle and cups for making tea."

"The location is very good, there are many foods nearby, very close to the shopping street pedestrian street. Self-driving parking for 19 euros a day, and after checking out the next day, we agreed to let us continue to park for a while. When I left, my friend's car hit, and the hotel staff was very patient to accompany the problem. Very friendly, a beautiful young lady, thank you! Recommend this hotel to all my fellow travelers."

"Catch up with the weekend, so the rooms are very expensive. The room I booked is a single room with a 0.8 meter bed. The sink for brushing teeth and washing face is next to the desk and bed. The space is cramped. Health is not bad, but the water in the bathroom is very slow, and the accumulated water can reach the ankle. This experience is not very good."

"Hotel front desk service is very good. It is a very old hotel, the key we used feels like the 18th century. Most rooms have terraces. It feels like a typical German country-style hotel with a good view around. It is about 10 minutes drive from the King Lake boat ride and about 30-40 minutes walk. The bed is soft and the bathroom is small."
