"Super convenient, whether you're heading to the airport or the city center, it's just a three-minute walk to the S-Bahn. Amazingly, there are three decent-sized supermarkets within 100 meters. For food, Arabian BBQ is the main option (and it's delicious), but there's also an Asian buffet nearby that's around €20 for lunch and €30 for dinner. If you're into fitness, TRU Fitness is close by, and a day pass is only €10, which is a great deal. The hotel doesn't have a water dispenser, and you only get one large complimentary bottle of water, but the front desk said the tap water is drinkable. Conclusion: I'd definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hamburg."

"The very friendly service at the reception and the very clean rooms deserve special mention. The location is also good, and the internet connection is even first-class. However, the family room (double bed and bunk bed) lacks a place to store suitcases. Unfortunately, the TV cannot be connected to the internet. Otherwise, as mentioned, we were very satisfied."

"As a young female who travels solo, I felt very safe staying here. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful and the location is great. Easy access to the S and U bahn (approx a 10 min walk) which will take you into the city centre. The room was clean and spacious. Beds were also really comfortable. "Location: Bus stop in front of the hotel. You can reach the central station in half an hour. The hotel is quite clean, though the hotel itself is a bit old. The design of the bedside lamp is very uncomfortable. It’s not on the side but at the back of the bed. You may hurt your head or back if you want to leaning. We don’t have the time to enjoy the sauna or fitness so nothing to share about this."

"The location is fantastic in my opinion! There are good connections to the subway and commuter rail, and the bus stop is just around the corner. Buses run every 20 minutes. The food at the hotel is good for the price. The reception staff is very friendly. The room was clean, except for the dusty windowsill, hence only 4 stars for cleanliness. I can't comment on breakfast, as we didn't have it. Otherwise, we are very satisfied with the hotel. So, for the price, it's excellent!"

"We were there for the fourth time. And the last time. The service has deteriorated with each stay. Just like the breakfast. Unfortunately, the hotel has become more expensive. The rooms are still very clean and modern. You have to expect noise from the subway and S-Bahn at night. We always accepted that because the service and breakfast used to be so great. Not anymore. At reception I had the feeling I was disturbing them. And they offer that if you don't have your towels changed you should get a surprise. We are still waiting for the surprise......"

"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with a metro station just a short walk away, making it very convenient to get around the city. The hotel was clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. The only downside was that there was no refrigerator in the room, which would have been a useful addition. However, the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the overall experience more enjoyable. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its great location, cleanliness, and helpful staff."

"Good neighbourhood, plenty of shops and food. easy connection to city centre. Feel safe when walking alone at early morning to catch the train to airport. Parking at shopping mall, with PCard only €3 per day. no problem assess the car at night or drive out the carpark at Sunday."

"the hotel is nice, simple, and very clean. they give you table and chair so you can work from your bedroom. there is also mini bar and they provide a microwave, it's really help when you craving for something in the night and dont want to go outside :)"
