We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The sauna was excellent and the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh and tasty options. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to others!

Melter was the best place I stayed in throughout my Germany trip. It was in the centre of the old town, right above the Lorenzkirche U-bahn, 3-5 mins walk from the Hauptbahnof, and only steps away from everything you might need - bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, and all the highlights. It's a 10-15 min slightly uphill but beautiful walk to the Castle. The property was extremely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and stylish. Was given an upgrade by Jacqueline (or Jackie) to a studio with a kitchenette overlooking a quaint street; good for cooking. Spacious room, comfortable bed, and beautiful bathroom with nice soaps. Only complaint could be that some rooms (216-219) are not accessible by lift, and require a winding (confusing at first) walk through long corridors to reach, but it was OK for me. Laundry room also had detergent provided; gym was adequate. Did not have breakfast, but had lunch twice at Monki downstairs - impeccable ramen. Overall, this would be a great choice when in Nuremberg. Affordable, beautiful, comfortable, and convenient; and lovely staff - everyone of them took great care of me. Even granted late checkout. Will highly recommend this place.

The hotel is very good. The reception was very friendly, and the room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was clean and well-organized. Soft drinks from the minibar were included in the price and were replenished daily. To everyone's surprise, on December 6th, there was a Santa Claus outside each guest's room. Breakfast offered a very wide selection of high-quality food. The freshly made scrambled eggs, fried eggs, and omelets made to order were especially delicious. The dining room was always clean and tidy.

Location and amenities are nice but front office staff is in a weird state. The first guy who checked us in looked rather disheveled. You could literally look through the shirt that was also messy to begin with. One guy during night shift seemed cold towards guests and was not inclined to be helpful while the two ladies during early shift put their priority on looking at TikToks and whatnot right infront of guests. Being casual is one thing but making guests feel like an afterthought might be pushing it. If there is a front office manager they might want to rethink how things are handled. Cleaning staff and breakfast staff were professional and welcoming.

The hotel is super located the rooms beautiful and the staff very friendly. It also has a public parking house in the immediate vicinity. I'm there for the second time and I'm sure to go back.

Just 3 blocks from the metro station and right in the heart of Nuremberg's historic center. Don’t even think twice—the rooms are huge, quiet, and cozy. The level of cleanliness is outstanding; all the facilities are spotless, beautiful, and everything works perfectly. I highly recommend booking with breakfast included—it’s very affordable.

Enjoyed the stay at B&B Hotel as it wasn’t too far away from attractions. The receptionists were excellent in helping me with hot water (there’s no kettles for the rooms). Nearby the attractions, had a meal at the oldest sausage restaurant - Bratwursthäusle. All in all, pleasant experience.

Almost all staff members can speak Russian. We were checked in quickly; there was a room mix-up, but it was resolved fast. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. The room's condition wasn't the best; we found dust on surfaces, and the magnetic strip on the shower door was cracked. However, everything generally worked, the bedding and towels were clean, and the toiletries were nice. A small kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, cream, and cups were all included.

1. The hotel building is huge! The lobby on the first floor has a bar, lots of sofas, great air conditioning, and billiards (for a fee). 2. The location is super close to the central station! Less than a 5-minute walk. 3. The FlixBus stop is just a 2 to 3-minute walk away. 4. The toilet was clean! 5. Great value for money! Downside: I knew there was no air conditioning when I booked, but it gets quite hot if you visit in summer. It's cool at night if you open the window. The area is safe, and it's excellent value for money, so I definitely recommend it for anyone stopping over in Nuremberg!

I was sort of worried after reading the review about this place, but I guess according to the type room, the comments of people can change. I arrived little earlier than 4 pm. At lobby you have free wifi where you can register yourself through your phone. There are some other people were waiting too. Around 16:05 other people's received their room number but mine wasn't arriving. I waited another half hour but still nothing. I had to call them and they fixed the situation for me. My room was at second floor, had a double bed , good space, great internet. Kitchen supplies were ok. Couple of small things they can change or fix to make that place much much better. I don't know what do you call but day time curtains ( I guess) wasn't there for the big window. You have people on other building who can see you. But if you put the night curtains in day time then you got no sun lights coming in. Small window didn't have any curtains which is not suitable for people who are sensitive sleeper. Ventilator inside the bathroom was way too noisy but if you close the door, you don't hear anything. Overall it was better than I expected.
