"A simple and decent hotel in the central Schwabing area, near Münchner Freiheit. A pleasant walk into the centre from there and very close to the beautiful Englischer Garten. Rooms are cleaned every other day (which I like). Prices vary significantly based on major events in town, when it’s a low/average price period this hotel is quite good value for money."

"This was the first hotel of my seven-week trip. It was easy to get to from the airport by bus, and the room was spacious and practical. Even though it was on a high floor, the window was dirty and, for some reason, the external blinds were flimsy. However, the window itself was large, which was nice. But there was one major disappointment. One of the front desk women had such an unhelpful attitude that it made me wonder why she was even working there. I was clearly checking in, and her demeanor made me wonder if she was feeling unwell. I'm sure her colleagues also recognized that her customer service skills were clearly lacking. That was truly a shame. It wasn't even a matter of her just not smiling. It was a disappointing start to my trip."

"The hotel is located on the main street of Potsdamer Strasse. It is easy to find according to the navigation. The hotel has a parking garage, but the aisle is too narrow and the slope is very large, so you need to be very careful when driving. The aisle of the hotel is too narrow, the room area is small, and the hygiene is OK. The speed of reception and check-in is also OK."

"The hotel service is excellent and the staff are very friendly. However, the cleanliness could be improved. We left used coffee glasses in the room and they were not replaced or washed. We also noticed a hole in the blanket and some yellow stains. We asked for a toothbrush, but were told there was no stock, which was a bit surprising for a Pullman. On the positive side, they provide a washing machine that guests can use, you just need to buy the coin from the receptionist."

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including pots, pans, measuring cups, a cheese grater, plates, bowls, a kettle, and even a coffee maker. Cleaning supplies are located outside the room and can be accessed using the door card. Bed sheets and dish soap can be requested from housekeeping at any time. Checking out is easy; simply drop your card into the mailbox at the front office and click the checkout button via the email you received. Overall, it was excellent and very impressed!!"

"Zimmer sind zwar nicht so groß aber gut ausgestattet, beim Frühstück stimmt das Preis Leistungs-Verhältnis und alles ist Bio. Man kann am Wochenende in der Gegend umsonst parken und für Hunde ist die Gegend auch gut zum Spazierenlaufen. Hotel ist nicht weit weg von der Tram Station. Bei schönem Wetter empfehle ich die rooftop bar im 12 Stock mit schönem Blick auf München"
