I'd been staying exclusively in hostels for 27 days of my trip. Craving a bit of personal space, I decided to book a hotel for the first time during this journey.
To sum it up: it's affordable, clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly.
They offer complimentary breakfast for two per night, provide fresh towels and amenities, and both the bathroom and room are spotless. The reception staff are genuinely welcoming. I was very satisfied with my two-night stay, costing just over 25,000 won per night.
You get an excellent view of the Great Pyramid of Khufu from the rooftop. The nearby shops are also significantly cheaper compared to those directly in front of the pyramids.
The pyramids are just a 15-20 minute walk away.
If you're traveling in Egypt, looking to save money, but still want a pyramid-view accommodation with breakfast included, I highly recommend this place. For breakfast, the reception staff asked for our preference, offering a choice between local dishes or brunch. The mango juice and falafel were delicious!

Cleanliness: For the area near the pyramids, it was exceptionally good.
Environment: You can see the pyramids from the rooftop terrace, and the view is absolutely breathtaking from a distance. Traffic in Egypt can be quite chaotic, so it gets pretty 'lively' at night.
Service: The hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive! 👍🏼 Even though the hotel is located down a small alley, they provide a dedicated pick-up and drop-off service.

Location: Excellent. It's a 10-minute walk to the east gate of the pyramids and about 3km to the Grand Egyptian Museum, making it convenient for sightseeing. However, due to the poor overall cleanliness and traffic conditions in Giza, if you take a taxi on the street in front of the hotel during traffic congestion, drivers are likely to overcharge you. It's recommended to walk to a main road where traffic is less congested and then take a taxi.
Facilities: To be honest, a bit old, but you can't expect too much in Giza. I accidentally knocked the headboard off, but it was easily hung back up. 🤣 The bathroom has a separate water heater, so you need to remember to turn it on. Most hotels in Egypt don't seem to provide disposable toothbrushes and combs, so you need to bring your own. There's a beautiful terrace with a view of the pyramids, which is great.
Service: Friendly and helpful. I ordered takeout, but there was a communication problem with the delivery person. I asked the owner to help, and it arrived quickly. However, during breakfast, I waited a while and no one came, so I unfortunately gave up on breakfast.
Overall: Suitable for a short stay. If you don't have high expectations, this is a good option.

This price is already great. The landlord is very nice. The rooftop balcony is suitable for breakfast. Hahaha. But occasionally pigeons will come to join in the fun. Be careful not to let them take away your biscuits. Overall, it's pretty good. It's in a small alley and quite quiet. But girls are advised not to go back too late because there are many homeless people nearby.

The room was very clean and very nice. The hotel staff were also very kind. Wi-Fi was also available and very helpful. There is a market below the hotel, so it can be very dangerous for those unfamiliar with the area. The sound of horns can be a bit annoying, but it's not so bad at night. You have to take the elevator to get to the hotel, but it can be dangerous for those unfamiliar with the elevator.
I would like to stay here again if I have the opportunity.

The host family of this hotel 々 is very kind and supports the guests. We didn't know what to go to in Egypt, but we were told in detail what spots were good and how to go. We were able to spend a very nice time in Giza by arranging tours and picking up. Breakfast was also healthy and I was able to experience ”Egyptian breakfast”. Also, when we were in trouble with a lot of luggage, we were also able to help arrange to send luggage to Turkey next time. Those who go to Giza or Cairo 々 should choose this hotel. Also, if you visit Egypt, I will choose this hotel.

What a fantastic boutique hotel so glad I stayed here! I found the hotel exactly like the pictures and even had a beautiful fragrance throughout on arrival to reception and in my room . My room was beautifully decorated and very clean and new. All the staff were friendly and attentive and anything I asked for was accommodated.
The view from the rooftop made ypu feel like you were in the heart of rhe pyramids and I preferred this location to the front line pyramid hotels. I would highly recommend the hotel and would definitely return,it felt like a real luxury sanctuary in the middle of busy Giza just what we wanted from our stay

Very Good

Great
Ccaddi****This hotel is quite famous, with high ratings on Xiaohongshu and Trip.com. My stay was very satisfying. I arrived on an early flight and, just trying my luck, asked at the front desk if any rooms were available. To my surprise, they let me check into both rooms, and it was before 8 AM! I felt like I saved hundreds. Although the rooms are a bit old, they're well-maintained and very spacious. You can call to request more bottled water, and the breakfast is also good – but you need to go early for the best photo spots! I also requested the first shuttle to the Pyramids of Giza for the next morning at the concierge, which was super convenient. Highly recommended!
MM20402****The service was quite good. Lower floors near the road can be a bit noisy, but higher floors are fine. They upgraded our room type, and the room was large and clean, with quick service response. The hotel has many restaurants; the ramen and fried chicken at the Japanese restaurant were a lifesaver for my 'Chinese stomach' – I really couldn't eat any more 'Western food.' The view from the Nile corner is excellent; if you get up early, you can see a beautiful sunrise. It's a bit far from the airport but convenient for visiting the pyramids. My friend's room was even higher and offered a direct view of the pyramids; with a camera, you can get some amazing shots.
GGuest UserThe house is absolutely recommendable.
The Maria Pyramids House is excellently located right in front of the pyramids. The rooms are newly made and super. The rooms are very, very clean. I also liked the roof terrace with direct view to the pyramids. The hospitality and service of Osama and Ahmed were very, very good. The gentlemen always gave tips for the day design. The kitchen of Mrs Aeda was also great and breakfast on the roof terrace I enjoyed with view of the pyramids. I had 6 nights in the room and enjoyed every day.
The House has exceeded my expectations.
GGuest UserI can highly recommend this hotel. We stayed here as a couple; the room was clean, fresh, and pleasant. I'd even say professional. We booked a deluxe room with a bathtub and a glass wall—it was worth it. The bathroom was excellent, perfect for two. The renovations were done well, even a bit sterile, without the typical Egyptian lack of attention to detail. We stayed in this room in December (when we were freezing in other hotels), and overall it was very comfortable. Street noise was minimal, especially compared to Cairo. The internet was average, not the best speed. We watched a movie on TV—the lighting, sound, and picture were very comfortable. The hotel's location is good: a 10-minute taxi ride to the museum and 15-20 to the entrance to the pyramids. Breakfast was okay. Grocery and fruit options are a 5-minute walk away. One downside: the staff in the cafe wasn't very professional (apparently the owner's children are there), but that's a minor detail. Also, if you order food from the cafe's menu, allow for a 40-50-minute wait. But to sum it up, the hotel fulfilled all its main tasks (sleep, relaxation, warmth) perfectly.
GGuest UserThis hotel has some of the kindest and most helpful people I have ever met. From the very first moment, the staff made me feel truly welcome. Any question or request was answered immediately — they always helped, explained, and guided me with genuine care.
There was a small issue with my room at first, but it was resolved right away. The staff quickly arranged a room change, and everything was handled smoothly and professionally.
I stayed in a room with a balcony, and it was absolutely amazing. The view is breathtaking — waking up and seeing the pyramids right in front of you is an unforgettable experience.
I would also like to highlight the hotel’s rooftop. Breakfasts are served there, and you can also just relax or order food from the restaurant. Eating while overlooking the pyramids is something truly special.
The hotel is located very close to the entrance of the Pyramids area — I even walked back to the hotel on foot after my visit. The Great Egyptian Museum is also just a 10–15 minute car ride, which is extremely convenient.
Once again, the staff deserves special praise: very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything. They speak English very well, which makes communication easy and comfortable.
Airport transfer can be arranged both from and to the hotel, and payment at the reception is possible in both US dollars and Egyptian pounds.
Highly recommended — a place where you feel cared for and truly enjoy every moment of your stay.
GGuest UserThe location is excellent, with a pyramid-view room that boasts large windows, providing great ventilation and natural light. There were no strange odors in the room, and the shower had plenty of water pressure. The restaurant with a view is also a plus; you can even go to the terrace to take photos even if you're not dining there. The only downside is that the room faces the street, so there's car noise early in the morning and late at night, which might disturb light sleepers. However, I was fine with it; the location and view were more important to me.
GGuest UserThe hotel offers beautiful views of the pyramids. The guest rooms are clean, but overall everything feels average. The in-room beverage area could use more lighting, and there are few hooks for towels. The pillowcases, bed sheets, and duvet covers are somewhat thin and a bit worn.
Breakfast can be quite crowded and messy, as there are many guests. Due to the high number of diners, the staff sometimes struggle to keep up, resulting in shortages of food and utensils. However, the breakfast selection is quite diverse.
VViningsThe hotel has pyramid view on their rooftop, you cN enjoy the view while havinv your breakfast..the room was ok, but lack of amenities..the breakfast was good..the staff is friendly..overall we have a good tine while staying there
CcontumacysgFacilities: Very old, far from 4-star standard. WiFi is incredibly slow, and my 4G/5G mobile data (from an Orange SIM card bought at Cairo Airport T1) was completely unusable once I entered the room.
Cleanliness: The hotel is only 20 meters from the pyramid entrance. The downstairs area and the entire hotel lobby reeked of horse and camel manure! The room itself was slightly better.
Ambiance: The rooftop dining area offers a nice view.
Service: The owner and staff were quite friendly and helpful, which was probably the best aspect of this hotel.
AAhmed.E80Everything is satisfying, Especially Mrs. Amany, the receptionist, For her help in check-in all the time when going there and to all restaurant staff.
Other than that the only two problems are that room 503's room key is very tiring to open the door because it is broken and has been re-soldered and also the bathroom exhaust fan cover is not well secured and has fallen off more than once
