"It was nice that there was a small balcony. The fridge wasn't cold, so I asked the front desk, but they said it couldn't be helped. It also said that Apple TV was available, but when I received the remote and tried to operate it, it didn't respond. I asked the front desk about this, but the cause was unknown. The bed, bathroom, and toilet were all simple and clean, with blocking curtains. Although it was a very comfortable environment, there was a charge for water from the second day onwards, and I would say it was neither good nor bad. If I come to Mallorca again, I think whether I would stay at the same place would depend on the price."

"We were a week in Palma. The location as well as the room service were excellent. However, what did not fit very well was the equipment with houses, bath coats for the sauna and small tools. We asked it more often, but constantly asked it was unpleasant. Our small table was not really clean – there we would have expected something more. Despite all, it was a nice time."

"This hotel is relatively small, and the facilities are relatively old. The safe is an ancient one. I closed it and it couldn't be opened. It seems that there is no electricity... and the washbasin is outside the toilet. The whole decoration feels a bit like an urban-rural junction? The main thing is that there was no hot water on the first night of check-in. The next morning, the staff promised that it would be fixed during the day, but when I came back in the evening, they still said there was no hot water... I asked the front desk for a solution, and then they moved us to another HM hotel chain. I strongly recommend everyone to stay in another one... because it is newly renovated, the room is huge and very modern, and there is a bus stop for the A1 airport line downstairs. Figures 2 and 3 are the new hotel we moved to later."

"Spa was very nice. A little far from central. But there is goood restaurants around. Also posible to east dinner at hotel. Buffet is 26€."

"Really great location and felt very safe with access to the rooms and main building were with your own hostel card. Generally quite clean but floors could have been cleaner. Good shower facilities but not many sinks (3) and hand dryers (1) for the amount of showers and toilets there were (6/8). Kitchen facilities really well equipped and clean. Overall would recommend for a short stay."

"It was a shame there is nowhere to unload the car at the property. We bought the car parking space but if I’d have been on my own I wouldn’t haven’t been able to get in to organise this and get the key which would have been challenging. Great for organising bike hire and luggage storage the next day though. Would recommend although a little further out from the centre. Still walkable though."

"This hotel is a forced choice. The hotel conditions are very average. Of course, it is a youth hostel. However, their mattresses are made of artificial leather, and the pillows are also made of artificial leather. It is not recommended to stay in this hotel"

"The hotel checked all of our boxes to have a successful trip. There was breakfast included with my stay (really good breakfast buffet), they checked me in earlier due to my early arrival, it's in between the Palma center and the airport. Also the beach is across the street and there is a bus stop right outside the hotel lobby, so it was really easy to get around. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very generous."

"Wonderful experience in Palma thanks to the nice hotel. The room is comfortable and large, providing a warm atmosphere for us. The service is great as well. I will revisit it in the future!"
