"PROS: I absolutely loved this boutique hotel! I loved the old charm, mixed with the clean modern decor. The rooms were clean and bright! The toiletries were a favorite from  the luxury brand, l'occitane.  The entire staff was welcoming and kind. Fabio from dining gave special attention to details, which made our meals and our dining experience wonderful. My spa treatment with the spa manager was exceptional. I loved the surrounding area. It was safe for myself and friends to walk around at night.  The front desk staff and the cleaning crew were wonderful, as well! Thanks so much! CONS: I could hear noise from the street at night. Thin walls, so I heard movement outside my door and through the walls. Water went out for a few minutes one evening."

"The hotel is well-designed, distinctive and convenient. You can walk to the main street by shopping. There are supermarkets, churches, schools, and bars around. Inadequacy: Disposable items (toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers) are not provided. No breakfast (can go to the restaurant or supermarket on the side) The bathroom and bathroom are glass doors, do not pass through the roof (and the roof is empty), noisy when used, especially affecting another person to sleep at night, the water pipe is very loud, and the smell is mixed in the bedroom when going to the toilet."

"Arrived in Mallorca by night flight on a new trip and was late It was nice to help you so kindly check in. It was much narrower than I thought, but it was clean.It was close to downtown Palmer, so access was good. It's a church right in front of me, and it's so nice."

"Let’s talk about the dissatisfaction first. Due to my negligence at the time, I only filled out a check-in when two people checked in to book a room. After that, there was no notification the next day that an additional fee of 30 euros per night would be charged. I felt a little dissatisfied with the additional charge. The premise is OK. When I checked in, I was told that I had no objection at all. It was annoying to tell me the next day. Secondly, the hotel facilities are a bit old, but after all, they are there for how many years they have been in business. Besides, the advantages are that the restaurant is good. Mallorca is actually quite big. The hotel is an hour's drive from attractions such as the Jelly Sea. Looking left and right, the toiletries are all from Bvlgari. However, considering that the room price is around 1,500 per night in the off-season, it cannot be said to be cost-effective."

"Very disappointing experience regarding customer service and flexibility. My wife became acutely ill with severe back problems after we had booked the stay, and she is now on sick leave and will most likely need surgery. We contacted the hotel and explained the medical situation, asking if it was possible to cancel the booking as an exception. The airline and another hotel we had booked with both showed understanding and refunded us due to the circumstances. Unfortunately, Hotel Antigua Palma - Casa Noble refused any refund or flexibility at all. I understand cancellation policies exist, but when dealing with documented medical emergencies, some level of compassion and customer care should be expected. This was extremely disappointing and honestly left a very negative impression of the hotel.”"

"The location of this hotel is excellent in the old part of the city, the hotel service was also excellent. My only disappointment was the size of the room. It was tiny both the bedroom area and bathroom. For the price of the rooms I did expect something slightly bigger but we were maybe just unlucky.  Only for this reason I would not stay again."

"La atención de la recepción excelente, muy amable, la habitación confortable y muy limpias, está en una excelente ubicación cerca de la playa y cerca del centro de Palma, se puede movilizar porque existe una parada de bus cerca y todas llegan al centro en corto tiempo."
