The location is indeed convenient. However, the hotel has no air conditioning, and the front desk queues were long and slow, making me sweat profusely. The original room they gave me was tiny, and worse, it was right above a bar. Even with the windows closed, the noise was unbearable. I managed to request a room change at the front desk, and luckily, they moved me to an inner room, which was much quieter! The only odd thing was that the front desk wouldn't immediately give me a new room key (even though I still had my old one); they insisted I clear out the old room first and come back to the front desk with my luggage. After some discussion, they agreed that only one person needed to go down to pick up the key, which was strange. The room's cleanliness was very mediocre; the water from the kettle was still milky even after the second boil. The windows were also covered in stains.

I chose this hotel because it was close to an event I was attending. The location was perfect for me. The breakfast wasn't the most varied, but I never left hungry. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but perfectly fine for a couple of nights. A nice touch was having four hangers for clothes. Overall, I was happy with my trip and the hotel. The photo was taken upon check-out, but of course, everything was clean when I checked in.

The room was clean and tidy, much better than expected! It was also very quiet at night, which made for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was quite tasty too, I had two bowls of milk! đđ

When booking this hotel you known itâs not going to be the Ritz so this review is fair for the type of hotel. The location is super central yet the hotel is a zen of calm. Itâs a little strange having no windows anywhere but the design works to minimise the effect. Rooms are what you expect, incredibly simple but clean and decent bathroom with toiletries and fresh towels. Decent wifi means you donât miss a TV and this is not a hotel for lounging, itâs a bed for the night which is comfy enough if a little low to the ground. The gym is an additional fee which the website doesnât make super clear - ÂŁ10 a day.
Despite the positives, the bedding was bad! Blood stained sheets and bed bugs! I was biten all over during the night and awoke to dozens of red blotches all over my body. It really puts me off returning despite everything else. It is good value for money but you donât expect bed bugs!

The receptionist are very friendly and warm, we checked in at 2am and they still kindly invited us into our room.
The room was spacious with water, cookies and fruits, and these were refilled every day. Free buffet breakfast offered every morning, with toast, cereals, juice and even a machine for coffee. The hotel was very generous in every way. The AC was warm enough and the temperatures could be easily adjusted. It was sensitive and the room temperature was changed within minutes.
We asked for bowls at night to cook our instant noodles and the hotel generously provided us with bowls and utensils.
The location was not the best, but itâs within 1 hr walking distance to most of the tourist spots, but there was a bus stop very close to the hotel that which linked to most of the tourist spots. We had no difficulties in travelling around London was the most minimal transport cost.
This is like the best hotel weâve ever been in Europe. Clean rooms, adequate amenities with high quality, friendly staff, warm water, we will definitely stay in this hotel again next time when we are in London.

The hotel's location is super convenient, which is great for families wanting to city walk London. There are also many theaters nearby if you're looking to catch a show. The breakfast at the hotel is really good; you'll notice quite a few business travelers there, mostly British folks, and not many Asian faces. We booked a room with an extra bed, and it felt a bit cramped. The worst part was the bathroom drainage â the water flowed very slowly, almost like what you'd expect from a budget hotel. However, considering the excellent value for money given its location, I'd still highly recommend it.

Its near piccadilly station, there is the piccadilly and bakerloo line, very convenient. Walking to buckingham, trafalgar, big ben, oxford street, westminister, national gallary, chinatown is very fast and easy. Stayed at the piccadilly zedwell the last time i came, but this time came alone so booked this. Security was quite strict, he needed to check your card before letting you in. I would not encourage but i left my stuff in the capsule without locking and went out. They do sell lock there but i just forgot to bring mine ans didnt want to buy, nothing was lost. The place is nice and clean, the ventilation in the capsule is also good, i thought it was going to be hot, but turns out i was a little cold in the middle of the night. The toilet was clean, except the water in the shower or sink are both very hot, i could even see steam. They have soap in the shower and sink, but i brought mine instead. They dont provide towel, so do bring one. Overall the experience was good and nice, will definitely be back again when i visit london again.

We stayed for 5 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotelâs location was excellent and very convenient for getting around. As Singaporean travellers, we really appreciated being able to access nearby attractions and amenities easily.
The room was clean and well-maintained, although it was quite small. After placing our luggage, there was limited space to move around. Do note that a kettle is not provided in the room by default, but you can make a separate request if needed.
On our first night, our room was facing a noisy area, and we could hear traffic and sirens throughout the night. We also found that the shower water from the heater was extremely hot for our body.
We shared our feedback with the front desk, and they responded promptly by arranging a room change for us. The new room was much quieter and made our stay much more comfortable.
A special mention goes to Glenn, who was the most friendly and helpful staff member we met during our stay. His warm service and willingness to assist really made a positive difference to our experience
.
Overall, we appreciated the great location.

The outside of the hotel is basic and makes you wonder if you did the right thing making the reservation, but then when you step inside, the aesthetics improve.
Unfortunately in our case no one was at reception and after twenty minutes someone suddenly appeared from outside and gave us our room keys with minimal fuss or conversation of any kind.
The room though was great! Very clean, comfy bed with some bottles of water in the fridge and plenty of towels. The shower was also fantastic.
Great overall but the check in experience was woeful. They offer an online check-in, which is not the solution here. If the desk is supposed to be 24/7, like the sign said, then it should be staffed 24/7. Another sign said âbe right backâ. That is not 20 minutes. Maybe we got unlucky.
Despite this, I would recommend this hotel, significantly cheaper than some others nearby and a very good room.

The hotel was overall very central and absolutely wonderful. Breakfast was included and featured a full English breakfast, along with a variety of additional options to suit everyoneâs tastes. We were very satisfied with our stay. Thanks to the hotelâs central location, we hardly needed to use the metro and were able to walk everywhere, which made our experience even better. It was truly amazing. All the staff at the hotel were friendly, welcoming, and very understanding. We would like to sincerely thank them for everything.

Very Good
WWonderwanderWe have had some hiccups during our stay, ie microwave not working, but the staff has been helpful and wet out of the way to resolve the issues. Nice to have cooking facilities. Good location
GGuest UserStaff were really lovely, the room was very clean and housekeeping changed our sheets and towels after the first night. Bokan was amazing. The gym only had weights up to 10kg so wasnât of much use.
GGuest UserThe room was clean and the environment was comfortable, highly recommended. Overall, the experience was great, and it's not far from the city center, so it's definitely worth recommending. The front desk service was also very enthusiastic, making for an excellent experience.
GGuest UserAmazing location, amazing service. It was my birthday and the room was decorated beautifully with complimentary drink and chocolate. Could not have asked for more. The only negative was the room was extremely hot which made is very uncomfortable to sleep. On the second night spoke to front desk and they advised to turn all air con/heating off and brought us a fan up so the second night slept like a baby in very comfortable beds. The pool area was beautiful but u fortunately we ran out of time but when we have another stay at the beautiful hotel we will certainly visit it.
GGuest UserThe staff's service attitude was excellent, but the facilities left much to be desired. The bathroom fixtures were quite old, and the shower, in particular, wasn't designed for Asian heights, making it difficult to control the water flow. Washing was a real struggle, and there were several clogs, impacting cleanliness. Overall, it was a very inconvenient experience.
Additionally, the hotel room faced the street, so the constant noise of passing cars was unavoidable. If you're a light sleeper, it would be extremely hard to fall asleep!!
LLiyaniuThe room was incredibly small! I couldn't believe how tiny 10 square meters felt. I was genuinely shocked when I opened the door. It was even difficult to open my luggage. The table was pathetically small, and there wasn't even a chair. Storage space was extremely limited. The bathroom was even tinier, comparable to an airplane lavatory. Overall, my stay was very uncomfortable. The only positives were the comfortable bed and the breakfast, which at least offered some variety. After a difficult two nights, I decisively moved to the Hilton across the street, and the experience was significantly better. What baffles me is that this place was even more expensive than the Hilton. On the whole, dining and getting around were very convenient, with various UCL colleges in the vicinity. There's a Nero Cafe right next door, so if you don't want the hotel breakfast, you can grab something there. Heading south down the street, you'll find quite a few Chinese restaurants, which is very handy.
MM.AshalThe reception team were friendly at check in, and I was given a beautiful tin of truffles and some drinks vouchers (maybe as a diamond member?). This was really a special touch and appreciated.
However the room itself wasnât great. Iâve stayed in quite a few London hotels so know you donât get lots of space and for 1 night you donât need much, but this room was so small it was a struggle to move about.
The air conditioning was on but it was weak. Thankfully the window opened slightly but it remained warm in the room.
Bathroom was dated, quite small and felt cheap.
Minor point but the pillows and duvet didnât feel like the usual Hilton ones, they seemed thickerâŚ
Overall, it was clean, relatively quiet and had great service which is all thatâs really needed, but it felt more of a budget hotel with Hilton price tag.
I do think they are doing everything they can to make stays as good as possible, since they canât really do anything about the room sizes.
GGuest UserIt is a proper old-style purpose-built hotel, with 12 floors, large lobby and corridors and other relaxation, dining (Chinese restaurant, Irish pub, cafĂŠ) and entertainment areas (tea room), many lifts. The Superior room (an upgrade offered by reception from Stabdard for ÂŁ10) was spacious and had nice panoramic views towards Albert Hall and BT tower. It was, however, on the train track facing side of the building. The tube may be audible from lower rooms, and such rooms probably have the view obstructed by surrounding tower buildings, but on the 9th floor the train noise was not intrusive, and trains do not run at night. It may also be down to the external soundproofing. The internal soundproofing is not as good, in fact around midnight I could hear a group talk and laugh. I used a higher air conditioning volume for white noise and it was not a massive problem. The bathroom could be revamped (the grout could be revived, silicone reapplied), but there was nothing to detract from the overall enjoyable experience. Good shower pressure and temperature, toiletries included conditioner. Convenient USB port for charging.
SSvetlanaâŚ.The location is great, walking distance to Oxford street, very close to the metro and Hide park.
We booked a standard double room but we were upgraded and got a renovated room on the 4th floor.
It was very warm and we didnât use AC.
Wi Fi was good
The bed is a bit small, but for 2 nights ok.
We had coffee and tea bags.
It was clean
The staff was very friendly
The only thing we didnât like is the lift. Itâs very old and it was stuck several times, so I had to take steps
GGuest UserThe location of this hotel is great- just a 5 minute walk from Paddington which in turn is just two stops on the Tube from the west end. You are also less than a 10 minute walk from the beautiful Kensington Park. Service at reception and in the restaurant was excellent. The continental breakfast is really good with a wide choice that includes boiled eggs, cold meats and cheese. The rooms are spotless in terms of cleanliness but be aware that if you wake up just before 9 and want a shower the water may not be hot due to wider use but at other times is hot.
