The staff here are excellent, and I really appreciate the comfort of this place. The sea is close by, just about a 10-minute walk. There's breakfast available for 50,000 rupees, which is roughly 250 rubles, and it's quite good. The hotel provides a clothes dryer, and they've been very accommodating with all my requests, even providing towels for the beach and pool. My room has a balcony with a nice view. Overall, for the small price I paid, 2500 for 3 days, I think it's a pretty good deal.

As a solo traveller I found this hotel to be good value for money because it is along Jalan Melasti - the street up from the entrance gate to Pantai Legian (ie Legian Beach 500m). There are half a dozen restaurants within a 400m walk ranging from the delicious and fancy Bella Italia or the Lemongrass and the more affordable “Uncle Norm’s” and “The Goat”. The location is 1km from the Bali bombing memorial in Kuta. The airport is about a $10-$13 AUD  Gojek /Grab ride away (15minutes depending on time of day and traffic.  My room had a nice queen sized bed and they promptly provided me with a kettle after I asked for one. The staff are very young and maybe not the most fluent in English but they mean well. It helps to ask them in basic English (a few times) so they get my instructions (asking for water or directions etc). The room has a decent bathroom and the only issue I had was that my room was consistently in the dark as there are no windows. There is a door that leads out onto a weird ledge that unfortunately or oddly is shared by the neighbor (meaning if I step out and the neighbor steps out we can go into each others rooms). I just kept that particular door shut because I saw through the curtain that the neighbor had his door open so he could smoke. I didn’t want to make contact or have smoke come in. It’s not a major issue for me but just be aware. Oh btw…the ledge or balcony looks onto nothing but a brick wall. Overall I’m inclined to say that you’re getting value for money because you get a clean room, comfy bed in a central location. The breakfast is brought into your room at your nominated time (between 7-10.30am). Breakfast is an omlette, 2 pieces of bread, coffee, orange juice and small sausages along with 3 small Indonesian sweets). Not exactly a hearty meal but what do you expect for $5? I stayed a month and it suited my needs.

Fairfield Legian... Where do I start? A memorable stay encompassed by the lovely island of Bali, Indonesia. The room - spectacular! From the large comfy bed to the huge range of amenities. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The pristine waters of the pool overlooking the lovely bar provided the greatest spot to lounge, relax, and sip my Bintang. The gym, well air-conditioned and clean, offers good equipment. There's even a pingpong table which I enjoyed with my husband on a rainy afternoon. Now, breakfast - lets just say my stomach grew about five sizes during my one week stay here. From the freshly cooked exclusive menu of egg and noodle dishes to the thoroughly thought out asian delicacies and wide array of sweets and condiments. My stomach could not thank the chefs enough. I would like to thank all the staff at Fairfield for the wam reception and caring commitment to excellence where that be making our room every morning to the best standards I've ever seen or the complimentary tea given upon arrival. I will definitely be coming back.

Stayed in the family room for 13 nights with my husband, with breakfast included. Plenty of space to move around, Very clean. Great aircon 2 in the room. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was very good plenty of options to choose from. Booked a standard room on last day due to late flight. It was a lot smaller only enough room to walk around the bed. Very clean and cosy if your only there to sleep. Water pressure is great. Only downside theres no pool. At $36 a night for family room and $19 a night for standard and $4.50 for breakfast its a fantastic budget option. Will probably stay again. 15mins walk to kuta beach, 10mins to Legion, 15mins walk to Trans studio was great.

I was being nice last review but in actual fact, it’s gone down hill in the worst way. Most of the staff are lovely and kind and hard working BUT I THINK ITS JONI’s sister that is in control now and well let’s just say she is not nice. I don’t want to be disrespectful but in actuality I will not be staying there again. The location is great but there is so much room for improvement, my guess is she is cheap and doesn’t want to spend money although there are many more place that are less expensive than what they charge. In my opinion it’s not good value for money and they need to do a lot more.

Great value for money, perfect for budget travelers like me. The rooms are basic, but I was pleasantly surprised that each one has a balcony. The mattress is very soft and comfortable for sleeping. What truly surprised me the most was how service-oriented and polite the staff were; they always greeted me with a smile, leaving a fantastic impression!

Windey- superstar waitress, always smiling, and super nice, honestly best service from this young lady. Made being a solo traveller (female) comfortable in the restaurant and bar area. Stayed here a few times now, location is perfect for those ladies travelling alone. Hotel is clean and service was great as usual.

I booked hotel in the last minutes but recieved the warm welcome neitherless. It was connected 2 rooms for family of 4. Breakfast are good & coffee is even better :-) Convenient shop is opposite, eateries are all around, 10 mins walk to Legian beach. The staffs are friendly & professional. There is live music on Sat night too. Its a very remarkable stay with the hotel.
