"I am visiting Jakarta with my family to watch F4 concert. the reason why we choose this hotel is due to the location. It is around 20min walk from the concert arena to the hotel. Since we know that the traffic after the concert will be super long. The staffs are very friendly and room is spacious. The only thing I would like to call out is that the shower gel and shampoo are not easily dispenseable. It is so hard to get it out and I end up using shampoo as shower gel. I thought this is only happening in my room but another room face the same as well. Hopefully the issue will be fixed."

"I was quite disappointed with my recent stay. From the moment I arrived, the experience was underwhelming — starting with the motorcycle parking area, the hotel lobby, and the exterior of the building, all of which appeared poorly maintained. The room itself was below expectations: only one pair of slippers was provided, the bathroom was neglected and dirty, with visible leak stains and dampness. The overall cleanliness was unsatisfactory, and the dim lighting created an unsettling, almost spooky atmosphere. Due to these conditions, I ultimately decided not to stay overnight. This property requires significant improvements in maintenance and guest comfort to meet even basic hospitality standards."

"I originally intended to book a different hotel from this chain, but somehow ended up booking this one instead. The location is quite inconvenient for shopping and dining. The hotel service was poor, and it was a hassle to get in touch with them if I needed anything. Even though they might have been following protocol, I just got the distinct feeling that they really didn't care about my experience. I arrived in the morning, but they made me wait until the afternoon to check in. While I can't say they did anything explicitly wrong, I definitely won't be staying there again."

"The hotel is in a good location and is convenient for getting around. The room facilities are basic but generally clean. However, the elevator is quite slow. The bathroom towels were a little discolored and should be replaced with new ones. There was also some mold in certain areas of the bathroom, which would benefit from more thorough cleaning and maintenance. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but there is room for improvement."

"Staff was super helpful. Had problem with hot water in my bathroom, once I informed them they were onto it then I had hot water on the same day, thanks so much! They gave me a room just exactly as I requested. Super clean, bed was so comfortable, had a decent size of window and good view! One thing I wasn’t happy about was it seems they don’t have soundproof wall, because I really could hear all of the noise from the main road (my room window facing to the main road), and I had one very bad night where I kept waken up in the middle of the night because of the loud traffic noise outside 😰."

"Booked the executive Jacuzzi. The service was superb. The staff was so attentive. The room was quite small to my expectations. A little sad part of my vacation was the jacuzzi system when i turn it on, the whole tub will smell like fart. Probably the unclean filter. Which is sad because i purposely book this for the private jacuzzi. Maybe need to do some maintainance. Oh side note, No iron provided."

"One of the best boutique hotel i stayed in, its as shown as in the photos. The room is clean and comfortable (the bed can be a little bigger for couples). The location also perfect close to a big mall and business distric area. Definitely will book another here but will try a bigger room"

"The room matched the photos perfectly. It was spotless, and they cleaned it every day, restocking coffee, water, and tea. The front desk staff were very helpful with any questions. Plus, the city views from the windows were fantastic! It's an 8-minute walk to the metro through secure areas, and there's a FamilyMart nearby for breakfast."
