Excellent! Upon entering, you're greeted by an artistic hallway before reaching the room itself. The room is very spacious, and the external common areas are also quite large. It has a private bathroom and even a washing machine for laundry. There's also an independent kitchen for cooking, fully equipped with pots, pans, bowls, chopsticks, forks, and all sorts of utensils – perfect for travelers like us who need to cook. The host is a very friendly Chinese person with great service, always answering any questions we had. Highly recommend staying here.

The service was warm and attentive.
The breakfast isn't as good as a 4-star in Paris, but for Italy, it's pretty decent. The croissants were baked perfectly, and you can get freshly squeezed orange juice.
The room was very spacious, located between the central station and Milan Cathedral. The M1 line is just a few hundred meters away for direct access, and taxis aren't expensive either. The only downside is that it's street-facing, so you can hear traffic at night, but if you're a heavy sleeper, it won't bother you.
Whenever I see a hotel in Europe with mostly elderly Caucasian guests, I know it's a solid choice! 😂

First, I must thank the hotel staff; they were very friendly and helpful.
However, regarding the hotel itself, I must provide honest feedback.
1. Room Facilities: The room's style is minimalist, but I found it too simple. There was only a high chair; not a single comfortable chair to recline in. Also, the coat rack couldn't be removed from the rod; you had to put your clothes on, which meant shorter people would definitely need a stool to hang their clothes.
2. Room Cleanliness: Basic cleanliness was acceptable; it was cleaned daily. However, the bathroom constantly emitted a foul odor due to plumbing issues. After reporting this to the hotel, they only placed a spray bottle in the bathroom, which didn't solve the fundamental problem.
3. Noise Issues: The room wasn't soundproofed, and the hallway was very noisy whenever someone spoke. Furthermore, the hotel's cleaning staff spoke loudly in the hallway and threw cleaning tools outside my room.
4. Overall Facilities: The hotel entrance is about 100 meters long, and the passageway was still under construction; the pavement wasn't paved, and workers were doing painting during the day, which was very inconvenient.
5. Hotel Breakfast: For some reason, the hotel did not offer breakfast and required us to have it at the neighboring J24 Hotel. This was very inconvenient and was my biggest complaint.

First time staying in a B&B, and it totally exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. Check-in was smooth, and the room was very tidy. Since I was on a long business trip, I specifically looked for a B&B with a washing machine. The closet even had plenty of hangers, so I ended up washing everything, haha! Unfortunately, my little milk pot's lid broke, so I had to sadly throw it away (I don't have other pictures, just look at the background briefly; the bed was very clean and even had a latex pillow).
With a stay at B&B Hotel Milano Cenisio Garibaldi in Milan (Bullona), you'll be within a 5-minute drive of Fiera Milano City and Milan Convention Centre. This hotel is 2.2 mi (3.6 km) from Piazza del Duomo and 3.4 mi (5.4 km) from San Siro Stadium.

The hotel located 20 mins far from Duomo in the North accessible by tram. The room was clean. And spacious enough for 2. They provided shampoo and body wash. Even some equipments did not work but they came to fix it right away. They have only one electronic socket point in the room which is a little bit difficult for 2 people but they brought us the spare plugs socket so it was solved.

Of course. Here is the translation, written in a way that clearly conveys your disappointment and the reasons the hotel doesn't meet its 4-star rating.

The structure isn't brand new, but it was clean. However, it could use a renovation. The minibar fridge was empty. The staff were polite. The bed was very soft, which I personally don't like.
The bathroom had some shortcomings, like the wobbly toilet seat. They did provide complimentary toiletries. The sweet part of the breakfast was okay, but the savory options weren't great

Everywhere was so crowded during the Milan Winter Olympics. This hotel is Chinese-owned, and a friendly lady at the front desk checked me in. The hotel is a bit old, with an old-fashioned elevator. However, its biggest advantage is its fantastic location. There's a Chinese restaurant downstairs, and it's only a 3-minute walk to the train and metro stations, and just 1 minute to the airport shuttle stop.

My first stop in mainland Europe was Milan, and I chose this hotel. For two adults and one child, we opted for a triple room. European hotels are strict about occupancy matching the actual number of guests, so finding a triple room can be a challenge. We arrived from Milan Malpensa Airport at 6:30 AM, took a 1-hour train ride, and then walked to the hotel in less than 10 minutes – the route was very easy to find. The hotel is conveniently located, with a coffee shop across the street. We initially thought about having breakfast there, but later decided to head to the Duomo area instead. The hotel allowed us to store our luggage in advance, but early check-in wasn't possible, which is understandable. We came back around 3 PM for check-in and found that while the room wasn't large, it was well-equipped with bath towels, slippers, shower caps, and shampoo. You'll need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and electric kettle. There's a safe and a mini-fridge in the room, but the mini-bar items are chargeable. Breakfast was especially plentiful and served from 7 AM to 11 AM. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel, though the Wi-Fi connection was a bit tricky. One minor complaint: the bathroom light is sound-activated, which is fine when showering, but it kept going dark while using the toilet, and even clapping loudly didn't always work. The small balcony was nice, but for non-smoking tourists, it's not particularly useful.

AAlexanderWe booked 3 superior rooms, specifying king-size beds in our wishes. Upon check-in, one of the rooms turned out to have twin beds. After discussing it with the reception, this room was changed. Next, it turned out that all three rooms were intended for disabled people, the bathrooms in these rooms were different from the bathrooms shown both in the photo on trip.com and in the photo on the hotel website. After explaining the situation, the receptionist replied that in their system standard rooms and rooms for disabled people are not different, but in fact we did not receive the rooms we booked. The receptionist firstly changed one room to a standard one, and after several dozen minutes, changed another one. The third standard room was not available that day. As a result, the check-in procedure, which usually takes about 10 minutes, took us about an hour and a half, and during this time we were running around and moving our luggage from floor to floor. The receptionist promised to come up later with some kind of compensation but nothing was offered.
And then there's more. At the end of our stay, one of the rooms was being cleaned during breakfast. When we came to the door of the room there was a sign on it saying ”do not enter, cleaning in progress”. After the cleaning was completed, it turned out that about 1000 euros were missing from a bag lying next to the TV. We went to the reception and the hotel manager, Mr. Bernardo, came out to us. The manager promised to execute an investigation and about half an hour later we received a call from him that the investigation was complete. He explained that the inspection of the cleaning staff did not reveal anything, and only suggested contacting the police.
As a result, these two incidents seriously ruined our stay at the hotel, and the hotel did not provide any compensation. Non-transparent information about the conditions of check-in and, worst of all, theft in the rooms - so you should think and decide for yourself, are you ready to meet this or not.
All the best.
GGuest UserFor a hostel, the staff makes all the difference, and the team here is incredibly warm and friendly. You can use a lot of the common facilities, like luggage storage, restrooms, and the kitchen, both before you check in and after you check out. Plus, there's complimentary coffee and tea. There are at least two grocery stores close by, and getting around is super convenient, whether you're walking, taking the bus, or hopping on the subway.
XXiaoyekudingThe room is large, with modern decoration style. The reception is full of handsome guys, and the service is warm and thoughtful! It is close to Milan Cathedral and shopping malls! There is a local gourmet restaurant opposite the hotel, and the breakfast is delicious!
SSaravpStaff was amazing very welcoming, was given a voucher for a free drink loved it! Also very attentive to all our questions.
Location wasn’t too bad nearest train/metro was roughly a 10-15min walk not bad at all.
Views from room obviously just main roads.
Washroom was very clean as well maybe minor issues but overall very good.
GGuest UserThe location is very good, just over 100 meters from the subway, and all the attractions are within four stops. It's very quiet, and the neighborhood is also very safe. There is a pizza, pasta, and breakfast shop downstairs. Recommended
2286365****I like this hotel the most when I go to Milan. It is close to the city center and there are many places to visit nearby. I like this hotel the most when I go to Milan. It is close to the city center and there are many places to visit nearby.
GGuest UserOstello Bello Grande is a clean and comfortable youth hostel. The capsule beds are exceptionally clean, spacious enough, and provide a secure night's sleep. The service was excellent, very friendly and attentive. The location is generally good, about 3 kilometers from Milan Central Station, requiring a short bus ride, which makes getting around quite convenient. It offers good value for money, and I highly recommend it for solo travelers!
GGuest UserIt’s a nice enough upper budget hotel but don’t stay in the winter - the heaters are turned on so high and you will need to open the windows but the sound from the street will keep you awake. The beds are very hard. The staff is strict about keeping the key when you leave and don’t seem to smile much. I would recommend closer to the city centre near the duomo or on the other side of Milan where it’s less noisey.
Also there are some photos of the recently renovated rooms butt the room I had was not one of them. It can be a little misleading.
AAnonymous UserI chose the largest room. Although the facilities are a bit old, they have everything you need. The hotel doesn't offer much else, but it boasts a large courtyard and a spacious paid parking lot at the back. Actually, there's free parking available outside the paid lot. Tip: The breakfast is quite average, so you might want to skip it.
