"The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the train station, which is its biggest advantage. There's also a supermarket downstairs, which is very convenient. The downsides are that the bathroom light is motion-activated, so it would suddenly turn off while showering. The 2-in-1 shower gel and shampoo came in a tiny bottle. The food and drinks in the mini-fridge cost extra, and the air conditioning wasn't very responsive. For both days I stayed, it wouldn't turn on automatically, and I had to go to the front desk to get it working. On the first day, it was too cold, and on the second, the airflow was very weak. The soundproofing was decent, but I could still hear noise from the hallway. Overall, though, I was satisfied. The room was quite spacious, and the bed was a double."

"Wonderful hotel with very friendly, helpful staff and good facilities. Check in was quick and straightforward. Room was perhaps a little dated in terms of decor, but beautifully clean and had everything I needed. Shower was amazing with instant, powerful hot water, handheld and rainfall heads and lovely soft towels. TV has Chromecast as well as international channels, so you can use your normal streaming services from your phone. WiFi was great and free, even in the lift. Lovely breakfast in the restaurant overlooking the city, with food that tasted fresh and of good quality. The main tourist sites are some distance away, but the metro is just a few steps from the hotel entrance, and the streets around the hotel have everything you should need."

"The hotel environment is great, and the front desk staff are fluent in English and provide attentive service. You can take bus 81 directly to and from the hotel and Milan Central Station. Luggage can be stored for free at the front desk, and they even offer free coffee! There are also many small restaurants and Asian eateries nearby."

"I booked late and was on a budget, so the single room was tiny – just barely enough space. **Facilities:** Compared to hotels in China, it's definitely modest. The mattress quality was pretty subpar, the shower stall was so small I couldn't even extend my elbows, and there weren't many outlets. The disposable toiletries were also a bit scarce. However, the bidet, which is standard in Europe, was actually quite practical. **Cleanliness:** The cleanliness was significantly better than hotels of a similar facility level back in China. It was thoroughly cleaned, and the linens were spotless. **Service:** Competent and efficient. Don't mind the stern-faced front desk staff; it doesn't affect their helpful service and clear explanations. I imagine language barriers might add some stress for them. **Location:** It's in the old town, about 2-3 blocks from the M1/M2 metro lines, a 7-10 minute walk. There's a small convenience store nearby and a Carrefour supermarket two blocks away, which is genuinely inexpensive by Shanghai standards. **Breakfast:** The bread selection was a bit limited. They had ham, salad, cheese, and coffee, but no live egg station. Those with a 'Chinese stomach' might find it a bit challenging. **Overall Impression:** The location is decent, and the deciduous tree-lined streets in the neighborhood are quite picturesque. The interior decor and layout are more traditional European. The facilities can't compare to four- or five-star hotels in China, and there's no gym. Overall, it's sufficient for a business trip or a travel stopover. The price is lower compared to other hotels in the vicinity, so there's really not much to complain about."

"This hotel is the go-to option for ordinary travellers from the perspectives of economics, comfort, space, cleanliness, location and convenience. I have chosen this hotel for t4wo times, and I am very satisfied with almost everything. By the way, a tip of advice for other travellers, you should avoid dinning in the pizza restaurant across the street of this hotel, as it made my friend very uncomfortable for a whole night."

"I wasn't satisfied. I only stayed in Milan for one night and booked a hotel near the train station to catch my train, but I didn't get a good night's rest. Location: The location is good, very close to Milan Central Station. It's just two stops on Metro Line 2 to Loreto station. However, if you have large luggage, be prepared. Loreto metro station is very large, and the accessibility is terrible; many exits don't have elevators, or the elevators are broken! The closest metro exit to the hotel also has no elevator. My suitcase was too big, and eventually, a kind passerby helped me carry it. Facilities: The hotel is relatively new, but I have to complain about the automatic sensor facilities in the room. The lights in the room are motion-activated. If you stay in the bathroom for too long, the lights turn off. The worst experience was that the sensor light in the room's entrance hall would suddenly turn on by itself in the middle of the night, flickering and making a ticking sound, which was very frightening. I got up several times in the middle of the night to check but couldn't figure out what was triggering the lights. I didn't sleep well all night. Breakfast: Do NOT buy their hotel breakfast!!! This was the worst breakfast I've had in Italy. All the food is pre-made, and it's really hard to find such terrible bread in Italy... When I woke up, it seemed like some insects had bitten my hand; my knuckles were red and swollen. Note that the mini-bar is not free."

"The hotel exceeded expectations. Very good. Clean - trash was taken out every day. Linen was changed every three days. It was warm, water pressure was excellent. Good mattress, kettle, large mirror. The room had a small terrace. No breakfast - this is not very good, but for Italy this is considered the norm. It is about 20 minutes walk from the train station, it is not very pleasant to walk in the evening, but there were no adventures. You can get to the center by metro, about 40 minutes walk."

"Wonderful hotel. Felt great in the shower. Loved the hair dryer and luxury feel of the room. Staff were kind and helpful. Great value. I suggest not staying on the block that the hotel is on because it felt dangerous at times with people loitering across the street at all hours. Check out the Main Street or across it, there is a 24h place next to the square. Management should consider posting the “mini-bar” prices near the snacks to avoid surprising guests with a bill for €3.50 per bottle."

My friend injured her leg, and the staff were incredibly helpful, providing ice packs multiple times when I requested them. I'm very grateful for their assistance.
