"This homestay is in a good location. If you book through Trip.com , you have to call the Shinjuku boss yourself. He will send you the password of the door and the room. The boss's Italian accent is a bit heavy, haha. The homestay is on the second floor, the public area is quite large, there is a microwave oven and water dispenser, and a public washing machine. The room is not big, the bed of one meter three is a bit crowded for two people, it is recommended to live alone. The room has its own bathroom and toilet to play, there is a small cabinet and small refrigerator, basically enough. Every afternoon, someone cleans, and the day I left, I met the cleaning brother, and the restaurant of Southeast Asian descent was enthusiastic. If you need to store temporarily, you can put your luggage in the public area when you leave. The gate password is valid until 9 pm. You can't enter your own small room. The service is very thoughtful. The soundproofing of the room is not very good. It is recommended to bring earplugs if you mind."

"Nous avions réservé cet hôtel pour un long week-end en amoureux. Il était mentionné qu’il y avait un lit queen size sur l’annonce. A notre arrivée nous avions deux lits simples.  Nous sommes allés le faire remonter à la réception qui nous répondu de manière très désagréable qu’il n’y avait pas de solution et que c’était comme ça dans toutes leurs chambres. Nous avons dû passer par le service client trip.com pour que l’hôtel se mette à chercher une solution. Le service client trip.com au top !!!La réception de L’hôtel beaucoup moins. C’est dommage car les serveurs au bar sont eux très agréable, souriants et dynamiques."

"The breakfast is very rich, and the style of the accommodation is very retro and nostalgic, but it doesn't make me feel dirty. Nostalgia. There is one thing that is not good, that is, there are many mosquitoes and flying insects in summer, which is understandable, because the hotel is a manor with a lot of green plants. But I asked the management to give me mosquito repellent liquid, which they did. Overall, very good!"

"I was incredibly satisfied with my stay here this time! The staff were super enthusiastic and gave me a very detailed introduction to nearby attractions and must-try restaurants. The location is also very convenient; it's quick whether you take a bus or walk directly to the city center. The most pleasant surprise was a thoughtful detail in the room – a gift box that actually contained my favorite chamomile tea! It was perfect for a cup before bed, truly therapeutic, and instantly elevated the entire experience!"

"The room was spacious for Rome, and very clean. The front desk service was excellent. The breakfast was plentiful, and the coffee was especially good. Even though our room faced the street, the soundproofing was great, and we barely heard any outside noise. It's within walking distance to major attractions and the train station, highly recommended."

"My primary reason for choosing this hotel was its excellent location, conveniently situated between the airport and the city center, which made taxi rides both straightforward and reasonably priced. Upon checking in, I was pleased to discover a wide array of recommended tours and activities, such as church musicals and golf cart excursions. This was incredibly helpful for someone like me who prefers not to meticulously plan every detail of their trip. Lastly, I have to praise their laundry service. Besides the usual per-item pricing, they offer a 'family laundry package,' which I recall being around €15 per kilogram. As we visited during summer, small items like T-shirts and socks don't add much weight. I sent in 3 T-shirts and 5 pairs of socks, and the total cost was only about €12. Each item came back smelling wonderfully fresh, almost like new clothes. What a delight not to have a smelly suitcase!"

"The staff were incredibly welcoming; they even offered us welcome drinks upon arrival and showed us around the area on a map, pointing out attractions. It made us feel safe and at ease. The cleaning staff were very considerate. They tidied our room promptly every day, and the bedding was exceptionally clean – the hygiene was excellent. The only thing to note is that one day we returned to find the ozone machine on. Luckily, I saw it, otherwise, it seems it wouldn't have turned off automatically without a timer? Operating an ozone machine in a confined space can be harmful to people, so this needs extra attention. We tried the breakfast one morning, but the taste was quite ordinary and not really to our liking. There are probably better options available. Otherwise, there were no issues at all. We recommend staying here."

"The hotel is great for its price, although it is rated as a 4 star hotel it feels more like a 5 star branded hotel when you get there. The rooms are spacious with modern designs and even an atmospheric light. Although there are two big problems with the rooms which made me rate this a 4/5, the toilet windows are see-through for some rooms so even if you closed the door in the toilet, people in the outside can still you crystal clear on the outside. The other problem is that when the bathtub doors are closed the water will still keep sweeping outside as the door is not completely sealed which will make a ground really wet after you take the shower. All in all, I still think this hotel is worth the price for its atmosphere but the rooms are not the most practical."

"My stay at Europe Star Hotel was okay overall, but the location was not as convenient as I expected from the description. It is outside the main tourist area, and as a solo traveller, I didn’t feel comfortable taking public transport back at night. I ended up using taxis/Uber, which cost around €15–20 from the main area back to the hotel. The hotel itself was fine and the room was acceptable, but I was placed on the first floor next to a busy road, so it was quite noisy at night. I had to use ear plugs to sleep. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I would recommend checking the exact location carefully before booking, especially if you are travelling alone or planning to come back late at night."
