"For the purpose for which we used it, it had an excellent location - close to the congress center. There are bus and metro stops nearby. It is clean. The breakfast is good. Unfortunately, we had bad luck - the maid who served our room was more absent-minded, which led to unpleasant experiences - poisoning with a detergent left in a mineral water bottle and loss of personal belongings - pajama with the laundry. Fortunately, there were no medical consequences. The team reacted adequately and expressed their apologies, they found and returned the lost pajamas. I am sure that there was no intention in her actions, but detergents should not be allowed to be poured into packaging intended for consumption!!"

"If Seoul is considered a tourist destination, I'd say this place is located where you get off the subway in Bundang, transfer to a bus, and head towards Gwangju. It's a bit out of the way. If you prefer quiet, I recommend it. The room is clean, breakfast isn't bad, and the service is decent. To get to major tourist spots, you sometimes have to wait a while for a bus, but the subway is quick because Laurentina station is the terminal. It's 11 stops from Termini Station, which is the heart of the main tourist area, and 9 stops to the Colosseum. The subway is quick because Laurentina station is the terminal."

"The hotel is located south of the center of Rome, in the EUR area. It’s 25 kilometers by taxi from the plane and the fare is 45 euros. The driver should have tipped 50 euros. The hotel looks good from the outside, the lobby has a high ceiling and is medieval style. After checking in, the room was on the 1st floor, but it was equivalent to the 2nd floor. Their lobby was called the 0th floor. The facilities in the room are well-equipped, but have a sense of age. It's a bit like a chain of budget hotels in second-tier cities. The bathroom is stupid, the door has a mechanical key, there is no anti-theft chain on the room door, the switch looks like it was from the 2000s, and the door handle lock of the closet has a key that can be removed, which reminds me of my childhood. There is wireless Internet, and mineral water is provided in the room according to the person, and an additional bottle of 1.5 euros is required. Overall, it's okay. The room is clean, the surrounding area is quiet, and the overall environment of the hotel is pretty good."

"The hotel is a 20-30 minute taxi ride from the airport and a few bus stops away from the nearest subway station. On my first night, I arrived late and wasn't sure how to take the bus from the subway station, so I ended up taking an Uber. It's actually very convenient; the bus stop is right outside the subway exit, no stairs needed. Different bus routes go to the hotel, some are just one stop away. Breakfast consists of bread, various spreads, and fruit. My room had a small balcony and was much larger than the rooms I stayed in Florence. I even ran into a Hainan Airlines crew staying at the same hotel. To get to the Colosseum, you can take bus routes 709, 070, or 700 to the subway station, then transfer to the M line which takes you directly to the Colosseum station."

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and overall my experience was excellent. The location is very convenient, close to public transportation, restaurants, and main attractions, which made traveling around the city easy and comfortable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet, allowing me to rest well after a long day. The hotel staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and fast. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and offered a good variety of options to suit different preferences. The common areas were clean and nicely designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and high-quality service. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would be happy to return here again in the future."

"The room was spacious, and having a kettle was an absolute lifesaver! The front desk staff spoke excellent English. There's also a small bar and restaurant on the ground floor, plus useful amenities like a printer. The surrounding area is lovely, though it's a bit far from the city center. However, it's a great option if you're flying out of Fiumicino the next day, as there's a direct train to the airport that takes about 30 minutes. Just be aware of strikes or delays (delays are pretty common). A little tip: technically you need a ticket for the train, but I couldn't find the red ticket machine at the station closest to the hotel, so I just got on without one and no one checked. Still, it's always best to buy a ticket to avoid any fines. The platform closest to the hotel goes towards the airport, and the one across the tracks goes to the city – don't mix them up!"

"I booked the hotel because it was close to the Palazzo dello Sport and after the concert it was convenient to walk to the hotel in 20 minutes. I would like to especially thank the staff, they are very friendly and helpful. I asked for a kettle to be brought to my room and while I was at breakfast they brought it to me. I highly recommend this hotel"

"I recently stayed at this hotel and while there were a few positives, the overall experience was disappointing due to a series of overlooked details and frustrating issues. To start with the good—the staff were great: friendly, helpful, and informative. They made an effort to assist whenever asked, and that hospitality was appreciated. The location was decent, about a 30-minute bus ride to the city center. It’s not exactly central, but manageable if you’re okay with the commute. The room was reasonably clean upon arrival, but the quality of housekeeping declined quickly. A lotion stain I accidentally left on the shower floor was never cleaned, and instead of actually scrubbing the area, housekeeping simply placed a mat over it—as if to hide it. Initially, the room came stocked with two sets of towels, but after the first day, only one of each was replaced. While the booking was for one person, maintaining the original quantity would have shown a bit more care and consistency. There were several small inconveniences that added up. For example, the room phone had no directory, so I had no idea how to contact the front desk or reach any services. On top of that, the air conditioning didn’t work for the first two days, which turned out to be because the previous guest had asked for it to be turned off, and it was never reset. It took me that long to realize I had to ask the concierge to enable it again. In a properly managed hotel, the AC should be reset and ready for the next guest without needing to make a request. The continental breakfast was another letdown. The scrambled eggs were dry, lumpy, and had a strange grey tint. The bacon and sausages were cold, and orange juice was served in plastic cups. There was very little fresh fruit, and to top it off, they had a random speaker on the floor playing radio ads during breakfast—a strange and unpleasant ambiance for a morning meal. I’m glad I didn’t pay for breakfast for my entire stay, because it definitely wasn’t worth it. The Wi-Fi was by far the worst I’ve encountered in any hotel. It disconnected constantly and, when connected, barely reached speeds of 5 Mbps. For a hotel in a tourist-heavy area, this is unacceptable and suggests a clear lack of awareness of guest needs—especially for travelers who rely on Wi-Fi to plan outings or stay in touch. Noise was another major issue. The elevator makes a blaring siren-like noise when it opens, which woke me up every single morning. The walls and doors are paper-thin, making it easy to hear people walking or talking outside, and the doors slam shut loudly, adding to the disturbance. Finally, while not the hotel’s fault, there were a few homeless individuals living around the property, which might make some guests feel uneasy, particularly at night. All in all, while the staff were excellent and the location worked, there were just too many frustrating and avoidable issues—poor housekeeping, unusable Wi-Fi, subpar breakfast, noise problems, and a lack of attention to guest experience basics. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless the hotel makes significant improvements across the board."

"I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Rome Eur La Lama. Although the room was not very large, it was cozy, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Everything was spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax after a full day of sightseeing. The hotel’s location is excellent, especially if you are visiting the EUR district. It is close to public transportation, making it convenient to reach the city center while enjoying a quieter environment. What impressed me the most was the outstanding service. Every staff member I met was warm, professional, and always willing to help. A special thanks to Aurora, Giuliana, and Louise for their kindness, prompt responses, and genuine hospitality. They made me feel truly welcomed throughout my stay. I also appreciated how quickly my requests, such as toiletries and other amenities, were handled. The attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction really stood out. Overall, this was an excellent experience, and I would highly recommend Hilton Rome Eur La Lama to anyone visiting Rome. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip."

"This was my second stay at this fantastic hotel, and I must say, it didn't disappoint. Everything was perfect. The rooms were impeccably clean, and towels and sheets were changed daily. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of both sweet and savory options, plus fresh seasonal fruit. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. We really appreciated the amenities offered, such as the convenient underground parking, especially with a 4-month-old baby. The ability to refill water bottles near the reception and get ice was also a nice touch. The gym was well-equipped and maintained. We didn't use the complimentary shuttle service to and from Metro B Laurentina, but it's definitely a bonus that not all hotels offer! The hotel is just a few minutes from the Maximo and Euroma2 shopping centers, and the city center is easily accessible by metro. We will definitely be back and will recommend this hotel to friends and family! Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

WWenWen HoHotel very close to Rome Terminal, straight at the middle exit, after the bus terminal then cross the traffic light and that you will see the open-air restaurant, just all the way in that can see the hotel! Everything seems good, just a bit weird of the toilet in the room, maybe we are 3 people, the trible room that at ground, the toilet not suit for us, though the idea which for olderly people and wheelchair user…. perhaps, its a throughtful idea! Staff very nice, helpful and friendly. They would provide the map for you and point to you how to get to the attractions. There have free suitcase storage service!! When we check out, the nice staff gave us the hotels snack and postcards! Thanks!

SSofaviaggiaWe've stayed at this hotel twice. The premium room and standard room only differ in size and the presence of a desk. The renovation is brand new, with a fresh and understated design. The elevator operates silently but is slow. The soundproofing between rooms could be better, but if you just need a place to sleep while traveling and want to quickly depart from Termini for other parts of Italy, it's ideal and budget-friendly.

AAnonymous UserThe location is great, less than a ten-minute walk from Termini train station. It's also not far from the Spanish Steps, the Pantheon, and the Colosseum, all within walking distance or a short bus ride. There are many bus routes nearby, making getting around super convenient. The accommodation itself is very quiet; opening the window reveals an inner courtyard. Breakfast is a buffet, both plentiful and delicious. I'll definitely book here again next time I'm in Rome.

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at this resort. The cleanliness was outstanding, and everything was well-maintained throughout our visit. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making the service truly excellent. The amenities were also excellent and contributed to a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The only downside was the location, as it was quite far from the city center. Reaching the main attractions required changing buses and metro lines several times, which was inconvenient and time-consuming. It would be very helpful if the property could offer a shuttle service for guests, even as a paid option, to make transportation easier and more convenient. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this property, especially for couples looking for a clean, relaxing, and well-equipped place to stay. Many thanks to all wonderful staffs

ИИлья КотикTLTR: This is not a 4 star hotel. The location is great, but literally everything else is a compromise… Let me start with 2 advantages of this hotel, since it won’t take long. The first is location. You literally take the north exit from Roma Termini to Via Marsala, cross two streets and take a right - and you are there! It’s that simple :) The other advantage is breakfast: it’s the same everyday, but it’s decent, much better than I expected. And now to the disadvantages… First and foremost: there was black mold in the bathroom! Lots of it. Why “lots”? Because the acceptable amount of mold in the bathroom for a 4 start hotel is zero. Second, the bed didn’t have a headboard. Do you know the acceptable number of headboards for a 4 start hotel? You guessed it: at least one :) The bed was actually two beds crammed together (which I don’t mind), but there was no duvet cover! Seriously: there was a sheet to sleep on, a separate sheet to cover yourself, a warm blanket and a sheet to put over it! Needless to say that during the night the sheet that was between the body and the blanket would be carried away. And yeah, all this 3-in-1 construction was tucked under the mattress like the future of Italy depends on it! What the actual ****?! Do you sleep like that at home? I bet you don’t; so, why would you sleep like that in a 4 star hotel?! Thirdly, there were no slippers, no microwave, no ******* table to eat from, no teakettle, no iron, no shower curtain, nothing! What we got was two paper cups in the bathroom and that’s it. 4 star hotel class service, right? It gets better! If we wanted hot water, we had to go downstairs from the 4th floor to get it from a broken *** mid-sized boiler located right next to the reception desk! Dear guests of this 4 star hotel, please don’t mind my wife getting some hot water for her noodles while you check in and pay tourist tax, it’s fine. When in Rome, you know… Fourthly, the quality of everything in the room was not great… to say the least. The walls were dirty, the hair dryer was really bad, the bottom of the bathroom door was broken. What the ****, guys?! Have you heard of amortization of assets or something? Not cool, not cool. I pay the tax, you fix the ******* door, ok? Lastly, my favorite… there was such a big gap under the front door of the room that everything that was happening on the hotel floor sounded like it was happening in our corridor. I don’t mind people walking past our door, but it really felt like there constantly was a stranger in our room. Couldn’t sleep well because of that. And let me tell you that there was some loud love-making somewhere on the floor… and I felt like a couple was ******* in our corridor! 4 star hotel experience? Not by a bit… All right, let me tell you why I put such a stress on this “4 star hotel” thing. The problem is that in Italy stars in a hotel don’t mean anything! I mean, they mean that the building has a certain amount of facilities, space, etc., but there is no correlation with the quality of staying in a room. Seriously, we stayed in a 3 star hotel in Venice and the room there was much better! To sum it up, this hotel is nice if you need a quick stay next to the railway station… but if you plan to spend more than two days in it… just pick something else if your budget allows. If not: well, you still got the location and the breakfast :) P.S. Cheers to the Asian and the African girls at the reception desk! You are the best :)

GGuest UserThe price of this hotel is quite value for money for a very basic stay, especially considering the location near Termini. It includes basic breakfast as well. The room is simple and the facilities are minimal, but acceptable for a short stay in Rome. When we arrived at night, the male receptionist was excellent — very friendly and welcoming. He even reminded us to be careful with our belongings in the area, which we appreciated. However, our experience the next morning was unfortunately the complete opposite. The middle-aged lady at reception was extremely rude and unwelcoming, no hello no god morning, when we walked to the lobby, she rudely asked what is your room number, u need to pay for your dog etc like we are somewhat an intruder. It’s very shocking for a start to the day. The hotel advertises itself as pet-friendly, yet we were repeatedly told what we were not allowed to do — we couldn’t bring our dog near the breakfast area and were given strict instructions in a very unfriendly tone. Our is small dog, we would appreciate that kinder treatment More concerning was the inconsistent and dishonest pet fee. The site clearly states the fee is €11, but she initially tried to charge us €25. Is she trying make some petty cash out of it? After we showed her the site information which clearly says €11, she changed it to €15. When we questioned this, she sarcastically said “Nevermind it’s free” then want us to pay again. We found her attitude very inappropriate and disrespectful. The hotel itself is already very basic, but poor customer service makes the experience much worse. It is disappointing that a hotel would allow such unprofessional and discourteous behaviour at the front desk, as reception is the first impression guests have. While the price may be reasonable, the negative service experience makes it difficult for us to recommend this hotel.
