Hotels near Gallery Ikeda, Osaka

"Hanshin Annex Osaka: Out of the three hotels I booked during my 8-day stay in Japan, this was the best one. The service was excellent, with staff who were very polite and genuinely helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I especially appreciated the soft white lighting (not yellow), which was easy on the eyes and much more comfortable than in many other hotels. Breakfast was good and satisfying. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Fukushima Station, making it very easy to get around Osaka. Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻"

"When booking, always double-check the room's occupancy limit. Even their double rooms might be listed as single occupancy! The king-size room was spacious enough to lay out a 28-inch suitcase. They only provide two complimentary bottles of water on the check-in day, and these are not replenished. Towels will be left in a blue bag on your door handle the next day; you just need to place your used ones back in the bag and hang it on the handle. For trash, just leave it outside your door and someone will collect it. The hotel has convenient transportation links nearby, being just one stop away from Umeda Nishi."

"The location is superb. Shopping in Umeda is incredibly convenient. It's just a ten-minute walk to the mall. This was my second stay. I was surprised to find that the breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, even offering fresh seafood! If you stay here, definitely book breakfast; the value for money is amazing. Plus, there aren't many good breakfast options in this immediate area. The room is small, I could just about open a 29-inch suitcase. The bathroom, however, is quite spacious. I accidentally discovered that there are larger rooms available, but they aren't listed on Trip.com, so you can't book them. That's a real shame. The cleaning was also very good. I would choose to stay here again."

"The location is fantastic, and the hotel is very clean and comfortable. It was really quiet at night, which was great for sleeping! Our room type was perfectly spacious for two adults and one child. Highly recommend it! Just be aware that it's a popular spot, so the washing machines can be quite in demand. Overall, highly recommended!!"

"The hotel is just a 3-minute walk from Fukushima Station. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, guiding me through the self-check-in kiosk and storing my luggage after checkout. If you arrive by airport limousine bus, you can get off at the final stop and walk about 15–20 minutes to the hotel. The room was very clean, and the bed and pillows were so comfortable that I fell asleep right away. I also appreciated the free ice machine on our floor, which was great for enjoying cold drinks. The housekeeping staff were wonderful as well—even though they spoke limited English, they kindly used translation devices to communicate with us. Overall, it’s great value at HKD 655 per night (note: there is an additional HKD 145 hot spring tax payable at the hotel)."

"The room isn't very spacious, and there's no complimentary bottled water. Luckily, there's a 7-Eleven and a drugstore downstairs, which is convenient for grabbing essentials. Check-in was quick and easy, and the room was clean, though the duvet wasn't very comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station, making it easy to get around."

"The hotel room was amazing, very spacious as per photo. We arrived early which the staff let us leave our luggage at the reception. They even send our luggage to our room once the room is ready! So we just have to go straight to our room after a long day. There is a laundrette nearby the hotel. They even have convenient stores front and back of the hotel, and some restaurants nearby! (The oden was so goodddd) The only con is it’s quite a walking distance from the nearby train station."

"The hotel is located in Nakanoshima, and it's a bit of a walk from Higobashi subway station. When I arrived, I walked through an underground passage after exiting the subway, and then emerged from the basement of a building to find myself already in Nakanoshima. It was another short walk from there to the hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly. Their English wasn't perfect, but simple communication was manageable. The room was a bit small, but the window faced directly onto the Tosabori River, and there was no noise, which was great. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the restaurant staff were very nice. The hotel is on an island and is very close to Watanabebashi Station on the Keihan Nakanoshima Line, making it incredibly convenient to get to Kyoto by Keihan train. When I left, I walked along the riverside directly to Higobashi subway station, which took about 10 minutes. The view was much more open than in the underground passage, and it didn't feel too far at all."

"Good locatios. Not far from the station. Easy to walk around. Nice Indian restaurant in the station, Dotonberi is really not far. Staff very friendly. At time long queues for the lift. Swimming area really nice, the view at night is amazing. Cascade bakery if you can find it do, nice variety there. All in all, good for a week."

"Choosing this hotel in Osaka was absolutely the right decision! 😍 The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite Osaka Station, making it super easy to access JR lines, subways, and even travel to Kyoto, Nara, or Kobe. Downstairs, you'll find Grand Front Osaka, LUCUA, Daimaru, and Hankyu Department Store, offering a plethora of shopping, dining, and cafes – you'll never run out of places to explore. If you're visiting Osaka, I highly recommend this hotel. Its convenient transportation and comfortable environment will genuinely save you a lot of time. ✨"
