"Traveling as a family, we opted for a triple room. It felt more like a standard room with an extra bed squeezed in. It was incredibly cramped; we couldn't even fully open two suitcases. I wouldn't recommend it for three people. However, the service attitude was excellent, and I really appreciate that. Breakfast consisted of frozen items that you had to microwave yourself. The hotel is close to the subway station, which was great for getting to the airport in under 20 minutes."

"The location is not far from Keikyu Kamata Station, about a few minutes' walk. It's surrounded by residential buildings, so it's quiet and not noisy. There's a convenience store at the corner, which is handy for daily necessities. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, and it seems to have a good number of guests. The downside is that there are very few dining options nearby, so you have to walk a bit further to find food."

"I had a business trip in Odaiba, and since I flew into Haneda Airport, I chose Kamata for its convenient access to both the airport and Odaiba. The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the station, and there are many restaurants nearby. I stayed for 4 nights and had no inconveniences whatsoever. The room was also more spacious than I expected, and I was able to open my large suitcase comfortably. Amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even a toothbrush were all provided. However, it was an eco-plan with cleaning every other day (which I only found out at check-in), so there wasn't daily cleaning. But it wasn't an issue as the front desk provided fresh towels whenever I needed them. Hotels in Tokyo have been so expensive lately, so I'm really grateful I found a place with good access and an affordable price. I'll definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance."

"I booked this hotel at the last minute after I missed my bullet train, and it turned out to be a great choice. The room was affordable and noticeably more spacious than typical business hotels like Toyoko Inn. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to and from Haneda Airport, making it a great option for a short stay or an unexpected overnight stop. For the price, it offered great value, and I’d definitely stay here again if I’m in the area."

"Decent modern hotel near the airport. The shuttle bus is good but you should check the website for timings and stop location. Sometimes if you arrive at T2/T3 you could have to take the free airport shuttle bus first to T1 first before finding the hotel bus stop at T1. Some travellers seem to have problems with this (researching and navigating an airport). Hotel staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast is really excellent as the other reviews say, above the usual 4 star hotel fare (in Europe at least). Hotel is modern, but the room (two beds) seemed a bit on the small side and had a low ceiling. But it was clean and had a nice bathroom. This hotel is good if you need to sleep comfortably and have a good breakfast before catching the next flight (or train) in the morning. But for exploring the city you probably have better options and value propositions."

"The location is a bit far from most of Tokyo's tourist attractions; expect at least an hour of travel/walking to reach certain areas. The accommodation is small but well-equipped. We had a slight communication issue with check-in as we never received the link, and the provided Wi-Fi code was incorrect. We had to search for the router under the bed to find the right one. Overall, though, it was a pleasant stay!"

"I had an early flight out of Haneda on my second day, so I booked a hotel in Kamata. The main reason was its proximity to JR Kamata Station. However, it's quite a walk to Keikyu Kamata Station, easily 20 minutes or more. I've stayed at Minn hotels a few times, and this Kamata location was the cheapest, and pretty good overall. The bunk beds were comfortable enough. The area around the hotel is mostly residential, so there aren't many convenience stores. But the area around Kamata Station itself is very developed, so you can find anything you need there. It seems this hotel doesn't provide complimentary disposable toothbrushes."

"The room was quite spacious by Japanese standards. The location is very convenient; you just walk straight to the end after landing at T2, and there's the hotel. Breakfast was also good. There are vending machines that accept WeChat Pay and Alipay, which is handy if your flight arrives late. You can self-check-in and check-out using your passport, with Chinese language options available. The machine even checks the fire escape routes, which shows great attention to detail."
