There is a convenience store located downstairs, which is open 24 seven, and there are also conveniently located laundry facilities on the third floor – which are only 2000 won for two hours of washing and drying. attached is a photo of the luggage storage space in foyer.

We booked a Club Sota Twin. Room was extremely spacious. 1 living room, 1 bedroom ( 2 twin bed inside), a LARGE walk-in closet, 2 sun rooms, 1 kitchen (full size fridge/freezer, sink, 2 cooktops, and a vent hood), 1 standing shower bathroom. They also provide a washer, but need to supply own detergent or buy detergent pod at the front desk for 500KRW. No dryer, but they do provide a large hanging rack that fit perfectly in one of the sunroom.
Breakfast was provided for free, consisting of a small selection of hot food, pastries, salad, and coffee.
Housekeeping is on demanding through their app. They do not provide a hotel card. Instead you’re given a QR code to access your room, elevator, service request etc. The QR code is often glitchy, which brought on some minor inconvenience when you’re trying to scan to your elevator floor. Bring your own amenities!! They only provide shampoo/body wash combo and conditioner. If you forget something, there is a vending machine in the lobby for you to purchase (toothbrush, razors, etc)
I would say my least favorite part of the hotel was the front desk service. They were not friendly or cordial. We were met with cold demeanors and a lack of warm hospitality each time we walked into the lobby.
Overall, the hotel is in a great location near Seomyeon (8mins walk) with lots of good shopping (Lotte Department and Seomyeon Underground shopping) and plenty of restaurants that are open late.

If you're looking to explore Seomyeon's Youth Street, this place is fantastic and super convenient. However, if you plan on going to the beach, I'd suggest staying closer to Haeundae.
Here, shopping, eating, and buying things are all incredibly easy. The room has many clever space-saving features, which I highly recommend. There's a window seat with cushions and a coffee table, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee. The only downsides are that it's a bit noisy facing the street, and the curtains aren't very light-blocking, so I'd advise bringing an eye mask and earplugs.
One particularly great feature is that the rooms use underfloor heating instead of air conditioning, making it much less dry. The whole room is wonderfully warm, which was a real treat for a winter stay. The complimentary hand soap, conditioner, and shampoo all smelled lovely. Plus, there's a separate washing machine for laundry and even a microwave! You can also store your luggage on the second floor at any time.
It's self-check-in with no front desk, so remember to check your email for the check-in password. Also, for continuous stays, bottled water, capsule coffee, and towels need to be requested from the owner daily, as they aren't proactively provided. It seems they only provide them for a total of two days, so please be aware of that. If you need more drinks, there are plenty of convenience stores downstairs, making it easy to buy more!
It's very close to the subway station! Exit 12 has a direct elevator, which is great if you have luggage.
Make sure to check out the delicious pork barbecue at 'Zhumu Roast Pork' about 50 meters away! You can find it on Dazhong Dianping!
Overall, highly recommended!
Hello, we're Loft6. Located in the heart of Seomyeon, it has a private basement and a lobby for non-face-to-face check-in. It's also a single room for one person, optimized for solo time.
GGuest User2026.04.26
It's close to the train station and bus stop, and there's a famous restaurant area with places like Dwaeji Gukbap (pork rice soup) and convenience stores nearby. However, the entrance is a little set back, so be careful not to miss it.
Before check-in, you'll receive instructions on how to enter your room, so follow those instructions to find out how to open the front door and your room. It might be confusing at first, but you'll get used to it.
I didn't encounter any staff during my stay.
There's no elevator, so it might be difficult for those with heavy luggage.
There's a coffee, water, and refrigerator service in the basement.
The toilet and shower are quite close together, so you'll get quite wet, and guests staying multiple nights will need to replenish their own amenities.
The shower pressure is good, but the sink is small, so you'll need to be careful when washing your face.
The bed is just a mattress, but the TV and air conditioning are new and comfortable. A charger cable was also provided.
Although it's a newly renovated hotel, if you pay attention to the details of the interior, it's recommended for those who are easygoing and don't mind minor imperfections.
If you're used to traveling in Asia, have light luggage, and just need a clean place to sleep, this is a good choice! I think this is a viable option for people like that!

While the room was clean, my stay at Avani Central Busan was underwhelming. The location is not strategic, being quite far from major subway stations, making transportation difficult. Furthermore, it is hard to find restaurants or dining options in the immediate vicinity. For a recognized chain hotel, the service fell short: they refused to warm up food, and when asked for ice, I was told to buy it at a convenience store. Not recommended for travelers looking for convenience.

The room is clean and designed in a Japanese style, so it’s small but well-equipped. The only inconvenience is that there’s no space to store luggage. Breakfast is simple and not very varied. The reception staff speak good English and are very friendly.
Most 3-star hotels in Korea do not provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or other disposable personal items, so you should bring your own or purchase them from vending machines in the lobby.

I had originally booked a Junior Suite, but they upgraded me to a Premium Suite, which made my stay even more satisfying.
As soon as I entered the room, the overall wood-toned interior gave off a warm impression, creating a great first impression. The atmosphere was calm and not overdone, making it perfect for relaxation.
The bed was neatly made, and the mattress was plush, allowing for a comfortable sleep. The bedding was also clean, so I was satisfied with the hygiene aspect.
By the window, there was a small round table and chairs, which was great for enjoying a quick coffee or using a laptop.
The sink area was neatly arranged with a marble countertop, and the bathroom was clean, giving the impression that everything was well-maintained.
Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay, and I would definitely want to visit again if I'm in the area.

This hotel is a nice and comfy hotel, suitable for three people sharing one room. The room setup works well for a small group, and the overall stay feels cozy and practical. The staff are helpful and friendly. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to Seomyeon Station, shops, and restaurants. They also provide a snack station for guests, which is a nice added touch during the stay.
If you’re staying with three people, be mindful that space for luggage can be a bit limited, so it’s better to pack light or organize your bags efficiently.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and always available to help with anything. The room was clean, but the soundproofing wasn't great. There was an issue with the airtight windows, making the room a bit cold, but the front desk immediately taped them up as a temporary fix.
It's about a 10-minute walk to the subway station, which might feel a bit far if you have luggage. The surrounding commercial area is lively, especially at night with lots of people, and there are plenty of convenient dining options.

Outstanding
GGuest UserIt was a great place I had never experienced before. Perfect for kida and moms😍 and very kind and clean👍🏻👍🏻
GGuest UserIt was a satisfactory accommodation with a green scenery, a spacious and comfortable space beyond the window. I was happy to be able to spend a leisurely time with my family.
GGuest UserThe downsides are very noisy. Although the room is lying announcing that after 23:00 there was no noise, there was a party above the floors, so there was a feeling that I sleep on a football field, and around me scream and squeeze fans.
From the pluses - location. Next to everything - cafes, shops, beautiful beach. Near the subway station
GGuest UserI made a reservation on the trip and it is stated in the pool villa hotel facilities that candle barbecue is free when preparing meat or food. Hasneyong
陳陳 嘉琪Booked 7 people to stay, charged 7 people, but only 6 people's beds ~ did not actively provide the door password before check-in, or called to ask for it.
