"My stay here was not great but at the same time, not terrible. I think the property would benefit from some maintenance, upgrading, and more thorough cleaning. The room was functional and AC worked fine, but there were noticeable signs of wear and tear. The walls could do with repainting, and I found dust and cobwebs in parts of the room, which made it feel like housekeeping standards could be improved. One of the biggest drawbacks was how thin the walls are. Noise travels very easily, and I could hear almost everything happening in the neighbouring rooms, including conversations, showers running, and toilets flushing. This made it difficult to relax fully at times. There was also a noticeable gap around the door, which meant insects could get into the room. I could actually see mosquitoes coming through the gap at times, which was frustrating and made it harder to keep them out. Communication could also be challenging on occasion due to the language barrier. While this is understandable in a non-English-speaking country, it sometimes made things less straightforward. Thankfully, Google Translate helped bridge the gap. My booking included breakfast, which was somewhat disappointing. On the day I managed to have breakfast at the hotel, there was no choice or variety available. The meal consisted of a bowl of noodle soup and a boiled egg, with no alternative options or buffet selection. That said, my stay wasn't terrible, and the hotel served its purpose for somewhere to sleep."

"The hotel's breakfast was perfect for me – a good, hearty Western-style meal that was comprehensive and provided all the nutrition I needed for the day. I was so full I didn't even need to eat again. Environment: The setting perfectly matched my expectations for Luang Prabang (not to mention the area outside the hotel); it truly felt like a resort. Service: The hotel can arrange reservations for the morning alms giving, providing sticky rice, cushions, and shawls. The staff's service attitude was excellent throughout, and communication was seamless."

"Many of the guests here are Chinese, which creates a warm and familiar atmosphere. The hotel provides a shuttle service for transportation and also offers airport transfers, making trips to and from the city center and airport hassle-free and saving you the trouble of finding a taxi. Considering both the facilities and services, it's definitely the best value for money in the area. It's conveniently located and very welcoming to Chinese travelers. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting."

"The hotel is beautiful and just a 15-minute walk to the foreigner's street, but no worries, the front desk can arrange a car for pick-up and drop-off. Many staff members speak Chinese, which is truly friendly. The service is excellent, and the direct pool access rooms are fantastic – a bit pricier but definitely worth it, as the rooms are much larger. During my stay in Luang Prabang, I went for a swim every day, and all my happiness came from this hotel. The hotel spa is also very good, the techniques are decent, and the price isn't expensive. Essential oils were only 200 RMB, though it's cheaper outside."

"New and very nice hotel, 5 min drive to the center. Hotel provides free limousine to drive you to and from center - very convinient. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds , large rooms. Great swimming pool and Gym. Very accommodating manager, tries to fulfil all your wishes. Nice breakfast till 10:30 and food is convenient also for Europeans. The only minus is that the SPA services are quite expensive - 120 USD for a massage, while in the town you can get a good massage for 20 USD, thus the difference seemed to me a bit off."

"Perched on a quiet hillside, surrounded by frangipani trees and filled with a calming atmosphere, it’s the perfect place to slow down and unwind. The property has just been renovated, everything is new. The breakfast was great, which offers buffet style as well as à la Carta. The food in the restaurants is tasty. What made my stay special was the incredibly warm and attentive team (eg. Mo, Inponh & Bee….. can’t name them all) - every detail was thoughtfully cared for. They also arranged the sweetest birthday surprises that made my stay even more unforgettable. Thank you very much for the whole team! ."

"I stayed in a pond-view room, and the overall atmosphere was truly fantastic! The hotel's garden scenery is exceptionally serene. Opening the window, you're greeted with a direct view of the pond and greenery – surrounded by nature, it's tranquil and healing, perfect for photos. Sitting by the window in the morning, enjoying the garden view, was incredibly relaxing. The only slight drawback is that the room's cleanliness details could be improved. Being by the pond with lots of greenery, tiny ants occasionally appeared on the bed, which somewhat affected the experience at night. Overall, the scenery and environment are a huge plus, but I hope the hotel can address the issue of mosquitoes and ants with thorough pest control, otherwise, the experience of staying in a room with such a beautiful view is significantly diminished."

"There was a discrepancy between the photos shown online and the actual room facilities. I chose this hotel after comparing it with two or three other properties, and the photos were a major factor in my decision, so this was very disappointing. I requested that the misleading photos be removed. The room change was only within the same category, and even though it was off-season with vacant rooms available, I was still assigned the smallest room. If other rooms in the same category were available, I feel there could have been more consideration. That level of service was disappointing. A silk bathrobe was provided, but personally I prefer cotton. The amenities included a toothbrush, shower cap, cotton swabs, hairdryer, shampoo, soap, and body lotion. There was more than enough complimentary drinking water provided, which was reassuring. There was no minibar, but finding a French press and coffee beans in the room was a small but pleasant surprise. I really wish there had been mosquito coils or insect repellent on the balcony. The breakfast was quite good, but it was exactly the same every day, so I think staying more than three nights would become repetitive. The room furnishings and overall atmosphere were beautiful. It has a unique charm and character that newer architecture simply cannot replicate. Bicycles are available free of charge, including both regular bicycles and mountain bikes. I walked to the old town once, and it took about 15 minutes. It’s walkable, but if location is a priority, staying in the old town would be a better choice. Also, unlike many other 4-star or higher hotels, there was no shuttle service to the old town. Since I rented a motorbike, it wasn’t a problem for me, but with the rainy season approaching, this could become inconvenient. I’m glad I stayed once, but I wouldn’t return."
