"The hotel facilities are very new. The hotel rooms are very clean. The restaurant doesn’t have a buffet but if you get a room with breakfast included they will serve you coffee, juice or fruit and eggs prepare as you wish. You can also ask for the breakfast menu and order from there. Food is very good. The green juice is delicious. The attention from the waiters is always friendly and fast. The gym is newly renovated and it has very good equipment. The front desk is very friendly and helpful, specially Pamela who was able to help me upgrade the room. The location is very practical and there are malls and restaurants close by. Very pleased with Elements hotel. I always stay there when in business in Mexico City."

"The hotel has an excellent location and generally good service with free parking. Unfortunately the walls seem like paper, you can hear all the noise from the neighboring rooms as well as the noise from the street even when you are in a room at the back of the hotel. If you are a light sleeper this hotel is not for you as you will not sleep a minute if you have neighbors who snore ..."

"Excellent location right next to the WTC, breakfast included which makes the stay convenient. Excellent cleanliness and very comfortable beds. The only drawback is that the bathrooms don't have exhaust fans and the sink is exposed, making access to the bathroom less private. If you're traveling alone it's not a problem, but if you're traveling with others it's awkward to use the bathroom."

It is definitely worth purchasing. There is a discount at the front desk when you check in. The main thing is that the restaurant in this hotel has a very good dining level.
