Excellent customer service. They provide us with useful information that we didn’t know we needed. Everyone was extremely kind and good at their job.

Nice and big room. Staff super friendly. Despite I would not recommend the tours sold at site (in particular Isla de la Piedra one). Swimming pool water was surprisingly cold the night we tried it.

The pool was packed with children. The pigeons were everywhere and made it almost impossible to enjoy the food. The food was mediocre. The long was extremely clean, but the pool area was gross. Overall wouldn’t go back again:(

The hotel is very basic and the room is a little small but breakfast is rich and very well varied. It is the first Ibis that has very good variety in breakfast, is very complete. The truth was taken out a 10 with breakfast

This hotel is my favorite in Mazatlán to go with my family, it is very pleasant the place, very friendly staff, a quiet place to rest, the restaurant the exquisite buffet, the Sundays of very tasty brunch.
