"This hotel used to be a 5-star, but now it's barely a 3-star. The furniture is very old, the carpet hasn't been replaced since it opened, the bathroom tiles are falling off, and the countertop has a hole in it. But for the price, and with breakfast included, it's okay. Most importantly, everything was clean! The water was hot. Breakfast was actually a bit of a letdown. We went to the restaurant, and there was a buffet with cakes, salads, fruit, and a steaming hot dish. And they told us: ”You only get a sandwich and tea... that's it... and anything else is an extra 180 pesos.”"

"Excellent location. Located couple of minutes away from Angel of Independence in Reforma (Mexico City business district) . Clean, comfortable room, with continental breakfast. Kind service. For sure I'll return in my next trip to Mexico."

"The room was a good size and quite clean, and the double bed was very comfortable. There's a lively pedestrian street downstairs with lots of snacks and Chinese restaurants. It can be a bit noisy during the day and before 10 pm because it's right next to the pedestrian street. It's also not far from the airport."

The disadvantage is that the window of the room cannot be opened, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom is bad, resulting in the room being very humid. "The room was very spatious and in good conditions. The personnel was very attentive and friendly. The location was great, a lot of good restaurants and convenient stores nearby and close to the public transportation. The room was very hot, the air conditioner didn't cool properly (the temperature was minimum 23 C after 2 days of cooling). The shower wasn't cleaned properly since I could see dirt and hairs of the past guests and the floor felt dirty."

"I stayed 8 nights here. The price was super high for such single room. No kettle, no security box, no water every day (you need to go to 1st floor to refill a bottle). There is no closet only a place with 4 hangers.The breakfast was included but sometimes there were many people making a line and you need to wait a lot. I have stayed at Ibis in all Europe and this hotel still needs to improve a bit otherwise should charge less money. What I paid was quite a lot for a single room. Please check your prices. Rooms in Europe are bigger and even cheaper. I am Mexican and I have stayed in many hotels. Please charge less. I would still stay here if prices decrease."

"Live on the 4th floor. The internet is sometimes not good, but everything else is OK: the neighborhood is quiet and safe, there are grocery stores OXXO and TAG Heuer nearby, the Argentinian restaurant downstairs is also delicious and has a good environment, and it is located in the city center and quiet."

"Located at center of the city, restaurants, convenient stores, banks all near by. Staff is nice and friendly, clean rooms, restaurent downstairs in case you dont want to walk far. highly recommended. Not many ameties but Worth for the price you pay."
