"A little tired the hotel and needs updating. It’s reasonably clean, the breakfast is average. The rooms are big and are en suite. Downstairs is noisy but you kind of expect that from the location which is at the heart of Reforma."

"Later I learned that this hotel has a long history and has hosted many celebrities. The interior layout is very classic, making it quite quiet. Other services are quite efficient, and room service is prompt. The room facilities are basic, but I think they are very good for an overseas hotel, and the price-performance ratio is quite high. Its location is also excellent, close to the metro station and very close to the Rome area. There are some good restaurants and bars nearby. Overall, I think this hotel offers extremely good value for money."

"The hotel is in a good location, the staff are generally friendly, the facilities are average, and the price is reasonable. Things to note: [1] Choose a room facing Liverpool Street. Otherwise, the sound from the nearby bar is deafening and you won't be able to fall asleep until 4 a.m. [2] The staff basically only speaks Spanish. Bring a translator. Otherwise, it will be impossible to communicate."

On the 6th floor, Ms. Laura and Mr. Aaron meticulously prepare a variety of dishes at the restaurant, and they also offer coffee and snacks at the front desk. The 6th-floor rooftop is open in the evenings, offering a refreshing and pleasant breeze."

"The overall hygiene is clean, it is very convenient to find food downstairs. The disadvantage is that the window of the room cannot be opened, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom is bad, resulting in the room being very humid. I wake up in the morning and wipe the water vapor on the glass with a towel. If you encounter a price concession, you can also choose."

"This hotel used to be a 5-star, but now it's barely a 3-star. The furniture is very old, the carpet hasn't been replaced since it opened, the bathroom tiles are falling off, and the countertop has a hole in it. But for the price, and with breakfast included, it's okay. Most importantly, everything was clean! The water was hot. Breakfast was actually a bit of a letdown. We went to the restaurant, and there was a buffet with cakes, salads, fruit, and a steaming hot dish. And they told us: ”You only get a sandwich and tea... that's it... and anything else is an extra 180 pesos.”"

"The biggest plus for the hotel is its location. The service is also pretty good and staff is friendly. But the hotel is rather dated. The carpet is old and worn. The AC is very load and we had to turn it off at night. The worst part is water- the water flow is so low it is hard to wash face. Another potential downside is this area is very busy at night. The music on the street can be heard from our 10th floor room. But if you come prepared with earplugs then you are OK."

"Nice staff. Very well kept property. Slightly older but kept well very well. Daily cleaning of room is a plus. Location is close to metro and the MetroBus stops. Lot of eateries and supermarkets around. Walkable to some attractions like the Angel of Independence. I would stay here again. Affordable price. Safe deposit box is available. Big toilets. Nice view of the street. The only negative is the thin walls which is an issue if you have noisy neighbours."

"A good hotel for a business trip. Perfectly located, with a tasty buffet-type breakfast where you can get both international (cereals, fruits, etc) and mexican (e.g. chilaquiles) dishes. Wi-Fi works adequately for a Zoom meeting with video. The only thing that really concerns is the level of cleaness: the towels and bed clothes wears spots of previous use, which indicates that they have not been washed properly, with a sufficient amount of powder and/or at a low water temperature."
