"Exclente ubicacion , el bufet es sencillo pero sufieciente , el trato del personal fue muy bueno. Lo malo es que funcionan los.controles.de la television en ningun cuarto , estan mal configurados. El ruido entre las habitaciones es considerable."
"Excellent location in the modern center, near the metro, there is everything you need next to. A quite nice room for your price, clean, comfortable beds. Comforts on the floor, showers and toilet in good and clean condition, but there is no shampoo and gel. There is a kitchen on the floor, but also without appliances and dishes, bring one-off. In general, a very good budget option in a good area."
"One problem with all holidayinn brands is that the management of the hotel has a lot of room for improvement. When the room is cleaned every day, someone will come and knock on the door many times and ask if there is a room cleaning, which is very poor management.
The location of this hotel is in a more prosperous place in the city center, the transportation is very convenient, and it is convenient to take a taxi for daily travel. It is convenient to eat around and walk safer."
"The room was very spatious and in good conditions. The personnel was very attentive and friendly. The location was great, a lot of good restaurants and convenient stores nearby and close to the public transportation. The room was very hot, the air conditioner didn't cool properly (the temperature was minimum 23 C after 2 days of cooling). The shower wasn't cleaned properly since I could see dirt and hairs of the past guests and the floor felt dirty."
"Huge & very comfortable bed! Excellent location for exploring the pretty areas of Roma Norte & Condessa which have incredible food spots! Also walkable to the metro!
Reception staff were very helpful & the shower was good - consistent hot water and good pressure!"
"We stayed at Royal reforma last time and it was an awesome experience.
Everything was perfect, from the facilities to the service.
We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again."
"I stayed 8 nights here. The price was super high for such single room. No kettle, no security box, no water every day (you need to go to 1st floor to refill a bottle). There is no closet only a place with 4 hangers. The breakfast was included but sometimes there were many people making a line and you need to wait a lot. I have stayed at Ibis in all Europe and this hotel still needs to improve a bit otherwise should charge less money. What I paid was quite a lot for a single room. Please check your prices. Rooms in Europe are bigger and even cheaper. I am Mexican and I have stayed in many hotels. Please charge less. I would still stay here if prices decrease."
"A historic hotel. The facilities are somewhat dated, but I had no problems staying there. There are many restaurants nearby, and the Cheonsang is within walking distance. I was very comfortable during my stay, but overall, the bathroom ventilation and drainage were a bit lacking. Other than that, it was a pretty decent stay."
"The room was a good size and quite clean, and the double bed was very comfortable. There's a lively pedestrian street downstairs with lots of snacks and Chinese restaurants. It can be a bit noisy during the day and before 10 pm because it's right next to the pedestrian street. It's also not far from the airport."
"We enjoyed our 3 nights stay at PF hotel & suites. The young guy doing night shift at check in counter gave the best service! We checked in at 3 a.m on 20 November. , he saw our taxi and promptly came to open the entrance door for us. We saw him on different evenings and he was always smiling. The hotel housekeeping did a splendid job! The room was very clean. The furnishings and furniture might be a bit dated, but at such a convenient location, this hotel is highly recommended at this affordable rate. There are great Korean gimbab & fried chicken little shop right next to the hotel if you crave Asian food. A short walk away, there are several local Mexican restsurants, cafes and street food stalls."

Very Good
GGuest UserThe hotel location is very convenient and the service attitude is very good
AAhmed AwwadI recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico.
The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future.
On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service.
If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.
GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. We arrived quite late, around midnight, but the staff were accommodating and made the late check-in smooth and hassle-free. Security was present at all hours, which made us feel safe throughout our stay.
The apartment itself was modern and very well-equipped with all the utensils and facilities we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and feel at home. Everything was spotless and smelled wonderfully fresh the moment we walked in.
Overall, I’d highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, secure, and comfortable stay with great amenities and friendly service.
GGuest UserOverall the hotel was good.
The room was clean and organized, neat, no issues. Shower was nice and hot, comfy bed and a safe, all good. No minibar or fridge however, which is maybe a bit underwhelming for a 4 star hotel but it was fine for me.
Location was good, reasonably close to the city centre and with several public transport options nearby. (Though I found the public transport quite confusing in Mexico City)
My only issue was that I originally booked through another agent and when I arrived the hotel informed me that the booking had been cancelled on the same day I booked it, and they wouldn't offer me the room or price match to the original booking, so booking the second time was about 8 euro more expensive, not a lot, but irritating. However I contacted my other agency and the informed me that it was due to a failure for the confirmation going through on their end, so not the hotel's fault.
GGuest UserThis is a great hotel, very convenient and efficient. I stayed here for a business trip, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. The hotel is easily accessible, saving me time and effort on my commute. The room was spacious, with a large desk and stable, fast Wi-Fi, perfect for getting work done. Housekeeping was meticulous and prompt with daily cleaning. The service was professional and thoughtful, with quick responses to any requests. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, easily meeting daily dining needs. It's truly ideal for business travelers.
AAnonymous UserAcceptable room price. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Suggest to add electric water kettle for each room.
Better maintain stable room price on weekdays and weekends.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, the staff are generally friendly, the facilities are average, and the price is reasonable. Things to note: [1] Choose a room facing Liverpool Street. Otherwise, the sound from the nearby bar is deafening and you won't be able to fall asleep until 4 a.m. [2] The staff basically only speaks Spanish. Bring a translator. Otherwise, it will be impossible to communicate.
GGuest UserI booked this hotel for a 23-hour layover in Mexico City on an Aeromexico flight to Guatemala. It was great because it was near a metro station, which was easily accessible from the airport. The hotel is at least 3-star rated. The room was spacious, the closet was spacious, and the bathroom was clean. The staff were all friendly. My room was a bit noisy, which was a bit uncomfortable in the middle of the night, but not to the point of being terribly annoying. The only real disappointment was the lack of a coffee pot. I desperately wanted coffee, so I went to the first-floor restaurant to get some warm water. The bed was also good quality. Overall, I'm satisfied. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quieter, more urban location away from the touristy city center.
LLiuxiaoxin™The location of the Youth Hostel 🏨 is excellent. Located in the center of the city center. Don't be too convenient to go to the surrounding museums! Breakfast is included from 8 am to 10 am. In addition, a Margaret cocktail coupon will be given on the first day of stay. Going to the rooftop bar on the sixth floor is really not too pleasant. At my request, I arranged a lower bunk bed for me. Luggage can be stored for free at the front desk. The 15% discount coupon given at check-in is more cost-effective than going to a fast food restaurant. The five-story leisure area and self-service kitchen can be used to filter water references. too convenient. Full score recommendation 🇲🇽
HHaidezhexueThe hotel is in a very good location, and the Independence Column is just a few steps away. However, the hotel is very old, and the rooms are very old, almost like those in the 1990s. The breakfast is in cooperation with the restaurant downstairs, which is a very distinctive Mexican restaurant. However, there is a main road downstairs, and the noise is a bit loud. The air conditioning is centrally controlled and cannot be controlled in the room. However, the room is large, with a separate kitchen, microwave and refrigerator, but it cannot be turned on. The price-performance ratio is OK. It is not recommended for travel and vacation
