"This is a very nice hotel, esp for the price. The few not great things are overshadowed by the really good ones. Not Great: if they rent out the SkyLounge it will be LOUD all day. Breakfast on -1 instead of the Sky Lounge can not accommodate as many people. The shower pressure and turn on system, along with the beds pushed together without the piece that unifies them (is that an American thing?). The Really Good: Location at Alameda Station (metro+bus) and across from a lively park. Cheap taxi ride for most places. Cool Lobby Bar. Speakers above the bed for the TV. The massage chair & bed in the cute, yet small but still spacious room. Breakfast with lots of (regular) choices. Leo is the only genuinely friendly, professional front desk guy. Housekeepers really clean. Tea and coffee options, mini bar."

"Looking at the pictures, I thought this was in a suburban area, as a small garden like this doesn't seem like something you'd find in Lisbon's old town. But surprisingly, there are still spaces like this even on the upper floors of old town apartment buildings. The owner is very thoughtful, and it felt like very Chinese-style service. The English-speaking front desk service was excellent, and since it was Halloween, there were candies on the bar, plus free lemonade! However, the biggest issue is that there's no elevator to the fourth floor, and I nearly collapsed dragging my large suitcase before getting through the door. Thankfully, the room itself was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the space wasn't as small as other apartments. It was very cozy, and there are many fantastic little shops nearby, with food and atmosphere that are just as good as Michelin-starred places! Loved it."

"The room had a nice, relaxing atmosphere. I had requested a room with a bathtub, and had checked in advance which rooms had a bathtub, but unfortunately there were none available on the day, so I ended up with just a shower, which was disappointing. Other than that, it was very good."

"I stayed in an executive room for four days, then switched to this standard king room, which felt like a better fit. The hotel's location is excellent, not far from the school and shopping street, and the surrounding amenities are also great."

"Every one of the staffs was incredibly friendly and professional!!! They definitely were the biggest reason that made my stay so so so incredible. The hotel was super clean, the room service is amazing, I absolutely loved the hotel’s location as well!! Super close to city center (just a few minutes walk), yet no noise heard during nighttime. I also loved how the hotel has a movable big TV so that I can just go to the hotel ground floor to watch World Cup on comfy sofas with my friends!! Everything about my stay was perfect!! Thank you so much to all the hotel staffs out there!!!!"

"My overall stay at this hotel in Lisbon was excellent. The room was spacious and newly renovated, and the front desk staff provided exceptionally high-quality service. A major bonus was the unlimited complimentary bottled water available upon request, which is a rare find in Europe where most hotels only offer one free bottle. Another highlight was being able to watch the light show directly from my room every evening. Although the hotel isn't in the absolute city center, it's conveniently located right next to bus and metro stations, making getting around incredibly easy. The only minor drawback was that the room cleaning wasn't always as thorough as it could be. Occasionally, there were lingering stains or residue on towels, cutlery, or bed linen. I'd recommend checking these items upon arrival and simply calling the front desk for replacements if needed. Overall, my stay was very comfortable, and I'd highly recommend this hotel; its service quality is top-notch in Lisbon."

"Perfect stay and unbeatable location! The location is absolutely perfect—the hotel is situated right above the train station, and there’s a bus stop right at the doorstep. It’s very close to all the main attractions. Having a supermarket and a bakery downstairs was so convenient, and there are plenty of restaurants just around the corner. The staff, including housekeeping, reception, and the restaurant team, were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had a wonderful week here!"

"There is a road repair near the hotel. Living in the room on the corner of the 6th floor, the windows are very large and very dry. You must keep the curtains sunscreen all day long. Otherwise, the room can't stay hot, and you can open the air conditioner first. The automatic garbage bin in the bathroom broke down. It was inconvenient to throw garbage. The kettle in the room was a bit dirty. I wanted to burn some hot water."

"Lovely little studio with great facilities for a short stay. It's quite small ....or cozy if you prefer but has most things you need. The staff at reception over the road were friendly and although the area isn't the prettiest there are some good cafes & bistros nearby and its right next to the Metro."
