"The location was great being in the middle of Lisbon. However, this hotel is pretty loud. For people who have trouble sleeping when there is noise, this may not be a great choice. They do their best to soundproof the room and provide ear plugs but it is nearly impossible as they are located right above a nightclub."

"Estupendo! Muy agradecida con el desayuno del último día, muchísimas gracias ☺️ Habitación muy acogedora, nevera, hervidor, calefacción, ducha con agua caliente, TV... Las chicas de la limpieza subían todos los días a hacer la cama y poner toallas limpias, muy agradecida por ello., La recepcionista de por la mAñana encantadora, nos abría la puerta todas las mañanas porque el código no iba y además fue la que dió orden de darnos el desayuno al día siguiente que nos íbamos muy temprano. Estoy muy agradecida a ella. Y la chica que nos trajo por la tarde el desayuno muy simpática también. Muchas gracias ☺️"

"The apartment was new, clean and spacious. But we had a very bad experience here. Firstly, the “sofa bed” was not really a “sofa bed” it was just a regular sofa. We had to ask extra sheets to make it “sleepable”. Secondly, even though the location is very centric, bear in mind that it located on a party street. We couldn’t sleep 2/3 of the nights because of the loud noises outside and the complete lack of Soundproofing. We spent the entire stay, unable to sleep, listening to drunks shouting. They offered us absolutely no solutions or alternatives. If you stay here, bring earplugs!"

"The room is perfectly fine but what makes this place great is the vibe, amenities, and location. It’s really cozy with plants and plenty of places to sit outside, both in the courtyard or near the really nice pool. You’re in the middle of the city making it easy to explore Santa Maria Maior and São Vicente by foot."

"Very cool, trendy hotel, situated in a very central location. All of the decor and atmosphere was very well thought out and unique. Each floor had a coffee machine with pods of coffee readily available which was very convenient. The rooms were clean and everything worked as it should. Just note, when we were there, there was some construction going on either nearby or in the building that started around 8am each day. We were already up at that time so it wasn't a huge issue but if you plan on sleeping in it may be disruptive."

"The service is terrible. There is only one reception at 4-star hotel and it’s not acceptable at all and we had to wait for 30 mins to get served. To pick up the luggages, the other staff are free but they asked us to wait for nothing and I don’t understand at all. This city tax is also expensive compared to others. The check-in time is very late at 16:00 and not appealing to me but the room is clean and the location is good too. However, the facilities are not enough I feel. One soap for all and they don’t provide water bottle daily. Overall, good location but one of the worst service I have had. Not recommended:( and never intend to come back here"

"Good location, close to bars, Time Out market and train station and around 20mins walk to main touristy part of Lisbon. Entrance is at the Milkman restaurant, the door to the left. Room was slightly small but had everything you need - comfortable bed, decent shower, wardrobe, hair dryer etc. Overall, good value considering the location, I'd recommend for solo travellers and would stay again."

"Prime location. You will hit the one of the main squares just round the corner going downhill where you can find the tram. Service was ok. Only thing is that the room is a bit damp and the floor a bit sticky, also a bit lack of sunlight."

"I had a great stay at Browns Downtown Hotel. The design is beautiful, very stylish and thoughtfully curated, with a concept that feels both inspiring and comfortable. The atmosphere makes you feel at home while still being right in the heart of Lisbon, just a five-minute walk from Praça do Comércio. Breakfast is served at Browns Central, which is on the same street, about a two- to three-minute walk away. At first, I was slightly unsure about this arrangement, but it truly turned out to be a great experience. It gave me the opportunity to discover another property from the same group, and the breakfast was absolutely excellent. The space there is also very cozy and welcoming, so it didn’t feel inconvenient at all. Overall, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-designed and comfortable stay in central Lisbon."
