Experience of staying at the Art Hotel Voikovskaya in Moscow
I recently traveled to Moscow and stayed at the Art Hotel Voikovskaya in Moscow. The overall experience was great and I couldn't help but share it.
The hotel has a strong artistic atmosphere, modern and bold painting style, and there is a lot of atmosphere as soon as you enter. The room is clean and sanitary, and you can stay at ease. The breakfast selection is rich and tastes good.
The location is very convenient, 1.3 kilometers away from the Voikov subway station, about 19 minutes walk, and convenient for travel. The surrounding area is a commercial district, and shopping is easy to get done.
The service is also nothing to say, the front desk service is enthusiastic, especially Аревик, her English-Russian translation helped a lot. The boss is also very enthusiastic and makes people feel kind.
However, the only drawback is that the elevator experience is average. But this small flaw does not affect the overall experience, and I will choose here next time I come to Moscow. Highly recommended to everyone!

The hotel is easy to find, with two subway stations nearby and convenient taxi and parking options. There are shopping malls, parks, and farmers' markets nearby, making shopping very convenient. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but the price is reasonable, so overall the value for money is average. The hotel breakfast costs over 700 rubles, but I didn't eat there; you can buy many local snacks and drinks nearby. My room was relatively quiet as it wasn't facing the road. Since the hotel is close to a main road, definitely avoid rooms facing the road.

The hotel is not big, but it is quite cozy. The front desk lady is also very nice. Takeaway can be delivered downstairs. The takeaway boy is also very handsome and young. You must try the big Russian meat roll, which weighs at least several pounds. 😂
Downstairs is the overpass corridor, opposite is the Mercedes-Benz company, and you can ride a small bicycle to Auchan

Everything's fine, even beautiful.
A bit cramped, but the mattress and shower are comfortable.
There's a microwave and one water dispenser for all five floors.
Accordingly, there's dirt and a puddle near this water dispenser.
How can they not repair one of the two elevators when five floors are fully occupied?
There's a problem with the reception: you have to call 3099. It's written in Russian and English: the Chinese are just waiting.
The mattress kept sliding off the twin bed; there are no supports, but the bed itself is perfect.
I asked for a spoon for tea or soup over the phone; they answered at the ATM...
In reality, there are only forks.

The room is quite good, with a 1.8-meter-high bed, a gym and a comfortable stay. There are USB ports for charging, but remember to bring a conversion plug. It is close to shopping malls and restaurants. There is a shopping mall called Aviation Park not far from the hotel entrance. There is a currency exchange place at the entrance of the supermarket. The taxi location is not very accurate. The address of the hotel copied on Ctrip is not accurate. The first time I went from the airport to the hotel, the Yandex go driver had an inaccurate location and took a long time to find it. I was also cheated of 5,000 rubles and insisted that there was no change. If you don’t have change, you can buy something in the airport store to find some loose money. Many drivers said that they couldn’t find 5,000, and the largest denomination of the ruble is 5,000. However, because the location was inaccurate, the driver took us around for a few times and finally found the hotel. This is the exact address of the hotel. Tourists who need it can copy this address and take a taxi on Yandex go. Москва, Ленинградский проспект, 37, корпус 9. I have been locating the taxi at the entrance of the hotel incorrectly. The driver came to the wrong address. I asked a kind Chinese lady and she sent it to me. The hotel is not far from the city center and the crocus expo exhibition hall. I will continue to choose it next time. There is no deposit required for placing an order on Ctrip. The check-in procedure is also very simple. The front desk can speak English. The breakfast is pretty good with Chinese signs. It would be better if there is a bathtub, so you can soak your feet and relax. The hotel is very good. You can book it here for the whole trip. Don't be like us. We booked two nights and wanted to stay later, but there was no room. We moved around and were tired!

This is definitely not a 5-star hotel.
The room is generally clean, but the stains on the furniture ruin everything. You can hear the subway very clearly. There are no glasses in the room.
Breakfast is a 2-star. The selection is very limited. It's also a 2-star restaurant. It's edible, but the food is frankly disgusting.
I'm only giving it a plus for the spa and the wonderful Thai girls who really help your back, and the location. It's a historic place, after all.
Everything else is really bad. I have something to compare it to. If we're aiming for European prices, then we should match the quality. For example, in Vietnam, for that price, you'd get a wonderful room at the Marriott, where the food is delicious, the staff is friendly, and it's spotlessly clean.

The hotel was undergoing exterior renovations, and my entire window was blocked off. It was like staying in a pitch-black room for over ten days. There was no notification whatsoever when I made the booking.

My stay at Art Hotel in Moscow was excellent in every aspect. The hotel is clean and modern, with comfortable and well-equipped rooms. The service is great, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is varied and tasty. The location is slightly far from the city center, but it’s ideal if you have a car or enjoy using public transportation, as there’s a nearby metro station that makes getting around easy. Highly recommended for a comfortable and quiet stay in Moscow.

The hotel has a very historical feel, classical, and Russian-style decoration. The breakfast is good, the hotel corridor is very wide, and it is close to the Belorussky Station. There is also a restaurant near the Belorussky Station that serves delicious hamburgers. There are three supermarkets nearby, and there is a restaurant on the underground floor that is similar to a halal restaurant. It is delicious and cheap. There is also a liquor store opposite the hotel. There is also a display of many celebrities in the lobby on the first floor.

Outstanding
IINTAN HASLINDADAVISI had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I had clearly booked and fully paid for a Suite room in advance through Trip, but upon arrival, the staff gave me a small room. They initially claimed that their system did not show my Suite booking and even said that I had not made any payment, which was very frustrating since I had already paid in full before my arrival.
After some discussion, they finally confirmed that my payment was received. However, I was too tired to continue arguing about the suite room, so I ended up staying in the smaller room.
What made things worse, I had already tried to contact the hotel one month before my arrival via Telegram and email to confirm my booking, but I never received any response.
The only positive point is that the staff were personally kind and still helped me carry my suitcase upstairs, since there is no lift in the hotel.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in a fantastic downtown location, super close to the subway. Our room was really spacious, comfy, and sparkling clean. The bathroom was quite roomy, though the shower stall itself was a tad small. My only real complaint is that the fridge was broken – my ice cream melted! Also, the closet door was a bit saggy and scraped the floor, making it hard to open and close. On the bright side, breakfast was plentiful and varied, and I loved the Chinese signs; that was a nice touch.
QQuandichenghouThe efficiency was really low, and communication was difficult.
We were three people staying. The description said there was a 1.8m bed and a 1.2m sofa bed, but there wasn't one. I went to the front desk at 5:00 AM to explain the situation and they asked for one, but it still hadn't been added by 9:00 AM. I called guest services and they gave me a quilt and pillow to sleep on the floor.
The second floor we were assigned had no privacy, and the street noise was so loud that I couldn't sleep.
2206293****The location is quite good, right next to the subway station, making it convenient for getting around. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs building is right next door, and it's also close to the river. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. The room is a bit small, but the cleanliness is decent. There's a full-length mirror and a dressing table. The only downside is that there's nowhere to hang laundry, and there's no place to put clothes in the bathroom. There's a water dispenser near the elevator with hot water, which is very convenient.
GGuest UserHello to the esteemed management of Novotel Moscow, I am guest Saja Al-Mutawa. I would like to inform you of my extreme dissatisfaction with the receptionist Varvara's treatment of me upon check-in. My reservation was from 6/18/2025 to 6/22/2025, two rooms for four people, reservation number (). The full amount of the stay was paid via Trip.com. My flight was delayed, so my check-in was delayed that day. This was a delay from the airline, and I bear no responsibility for it. I arrived on 6/19/2025. I contacted the reception before that, and informed them that I would be delayed about four times, and the employee told me that it was fine as long as the reservation was paid. I also contacted the Trip.com app, but upon arrival at the hotel, I was told that the reservation had been canceled!! How I contacted you several times and each time I was told that my flight was delayed and my reservation was paid for. After many attempts that lasted for hours and I explained my situation that I was with an elderly person with cancer who was receiving chemotherapy and was very tired, our passports were taken and we were given rooms. I am very upset with this unprofessional treatment and will not give the hotel a good rating despite my great satisfaction with the place and rooms.
YYang-янA perfect stay! The location is absolutely fantastic, just a 5-minute walk to the subway, making it easy to get to Independence Avenue and Victory Square. There are plenty of convenience stores and local cafes nearby, so you'll never worry about grabbing snacks or breakfast.
The hostel is incredibly clean. The bed linens are changed for every guest, and each bunk has a charging port and a blackout curtain. The shared bathrooms have plenty of hot water, and the cleaning staff tidies up daily, so there are absolutely no unpleasant odors.
The front desk staff are super thoughtful and speak excellent English. They even offer local travel tips, and the free luggage storage is a real lifesaver. The communal kitchen is fully equipped, so you can cook your own meals and save on travel costs. In the evenings, chatting with backpackers from all over the world in the common area creates a wonderful atmosphere.
The value for money is outstanding. If you're traveling to Belarus, this place is a no-brainer. I'll definitely choose this hostel again next time I'm in Minsk!
CcolaringshopWinterfell This hotel should be a chain in Russia, see many, this one has the best rating. I think it is a hotel of the nature of the Youth Hostel, suitable for one person to travel, has its own single room, but the space in the room is very small and can sleep, the public toilet is clean, the room is warm, there is an induction cooker to cook by yourself.
Surrounding environment: There is a distance from the subway station, the room is bright yellow, along the river, it is very easy to find. There are many choices for eating near the subway station, and there is a forabank that can exchange money. There is a natural gas bank near the hotel that should also exchange money.
The more recommended point is that the hotel is very close to the office in the city of yoompney (free of charge for physical cards, open at 9 o'clock, 4th floor), walk for more than ten minutes, this hotel is very suitable for the first day after landing, the next morning to get the card to start playing convenient.
Storage costs 120 rou/baggage per piece
GGuest UserFacilities: This is a well-established hotel. While it offers all the essential amenities, its style and decor definitely show their age.
Cleanliness: The hygiene conditions were excellent, and daily housekeeping was very thorough.
Location: Situated very centrally in Moscow, it boasts convenient transportation and lovely views. The only slight drawback is the occasional noise from motorcycles roaring past outside the window, but I understand this is often unavoidable in such a prime location.
Service: My interaction with the service staff was limited due to a language barrier and not having opted for breakfast, so I can't comment extensively on their service quality.
PPbcuyIzmaylovo Delta Hotel offers exceptional value with its unbeatable location just a short walk from the metro station, making it incredibly easy to explore Moscow’s top attractions. The hotel is also conveniently close to the charming Izmaylovo Kremlin, allowing guests to enjoy its vibrant markets, unique architecture, and cultural ambiance without the need for long travel. Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly service add to the overall experience, creating a welcoming base for both leisure and business travelers. Overall, it’s a fantastic choice for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and a touch of local flair.
GGuest UserQuite good, but, shit, add quite a little and the impressions will be much better.
Very lacking towels, soap gel and normal cups and glasses, even if you use one-time dishes, don't buy the cheapest, it immediately deforms as you pour hot water.
