Hotels near Ice Palace, Saint Petersburg

Начнем с плюсов: удобное расположение отеля, инфраструктура (метро, магазины, рестораны), не уставший номерной фонд, оснащение номера (утюг, капсульная кофе машина, фен, доска гладильная, чайник, микроволновка, полный комплект посуды на 2 персоны, небольшой холодильник) Также есть умная колонка от сбера. Спорное решение, ну ладно. Теперь минусы, а их не мало: Напор воды: проживал на 5 этаже и напор холодной воды был очень скромен. Для включения установленного тропического душа просто не хватало напора. Не знаю, что творится на 12 этаже в номерах, но интересно узнать. Сервис: В первый день заселения увидел на столе 2 бутылки воды, 4 пакетика чая, 2 капсулы кофе, несколько стиков сахара. Вроде бы стандартный набор. На следующий день вода повторноее появилась, как и кофе. На стойке администратор пояснила, что это разовая история, при заселении. А для получения водичкимжно прогуляться к диспенсеру в другом углу коридора. Весьма странная экономия, но окей. На следующий день ко мне вообще никто не заглянул из службы клининга. И так 3 дня. Мусорные корзины уже наполнились, да и полотенца не мешало бы заменить хотя бы. Оставил заявку администратору и снова ушел гулять по городу. Пришел часам к 11 в номер и увидел, что на мою просьбу положили болт)) . Утром пошел уже к другой девочке-администратору и поинтересовался как вообще происходит клининг. Пояснили, что проводится ежедневная поддерживающая уборка. Выразил снова свое недовольство и попросил убраться в номере + заменить постельное. Вечером зашел и не поверил глазам. Корзины без мусора, Полотенце заменено, постельное - тоже. Полез в душ ииии…. У меня закончился гель для душа))) Видимо норму выгреб за 5 дней, уж не знаю. При этом в процессе поддерживающей уборки не протерли ни зеркало, ни раковину в ванной. Ругаться уже не стал, потому что на следующий день выезд. Может я отстал от жизни, но даже в Азии в 4-ке, с сервисом куда лучше. А данный апарт-отель получил 4 звезды рейтинга, хотя сервис на 2-3 P.S фотофиксацию замечаний не делал, как-то было не до того, поэтому отзыв «на доверие» Всем туристам хорошего отдыха)

The room facilities were excellent! Although 6km from the city center, the subway and bus services are very convenient. There's a large supermarket nearby. Lagado Train Station is one subway stop away. The hotel entrance is also very easy to find.

Absolutely amazing! I'd recommend this place to everyone! First, the location: it's a 5-minute walk from the Leningrad Hero City Obelisk, very close to the train station and Metro Line 1. Within 500 meters, there are two 'five-star' supermarkets and a Kofevarim (a popular, affordable coffee and bakery chain in St. Petersburg, a must-try!). The entrance isn't easy to find; navigate to 'Nevsky Art Studio.' Go through the hotel's main entrance and walk inside the building, and you'll see a sign. As shown in P1, you can enter from either side of the building; just look for the 'Art Studio' sign. There's security at the entrance, and the elevator requires a key card, so it's very safe. You can store your luggage at the front desk. After checking in, an attendant will guide you upstairs to your room's reception area to swipe your card and open the corresponding locker for your coat and shoes. Disposable slippers are provided, and the common areas are very clean. For a hostel, the room is quite spacious. I could easily open my 28-inch suitcase inside (I recommend a bottom bunk – it's easier to access luggage while sitting). There's a full-length mirror, a three-tier shelf, a tall clothes rack, and two power outlets. One towel is provided. The privacy is excellent, but I imagine it might get a bit stuffy in the summer. The washbasins and toilets are separate and shared by both genders. Shower gel and shampoo are provided, and the facilities are very new. The mirror light is bright, which is great for makeup (^.^). I didn't fully explore the washing machine, but it looks fully functional and has instructions. The communal kitchen is as pictured, but there are only cups, plates, and two knives for utensils. It seems drinking water isn't provided. The refrigerator storage is a nice touch, with each room getting a small allocated box! Also, note that the drying rack is in front of the fridge, so drying personal items might not be ideal. There's an ironing area. The best part: all the staff are incredibly friendly! The front desk staff were smiling throughout, very approachable. After check-in, a staff member guided me upstairs and helped carry my luggage to the room's reception. The attendant at the room's reception was also super nice! Since I couldn't read Russian, I asked about the train station, and she enthusiastically helped me plan the route and gave me important tips. It was so heartwarming that this hostel made me want to stay in St. Petersburg a little longer (ㄒoㄒ) Highly, highly recommend!!!

Generally speaking, this price is enough for a 5-star hotel in the country. I chose this place because it is convenient for business trips and close to partner companies. Other aspects are average, the room hygiene is OK

The hotel is very unique concept, room is very clean, location is very nice, walkable distance to the mall, metro station. It is very accessible to the tourism spot, by walk or either by taxi. Staff is friendly, but cannot 100% speak english.. Overall, it was amazing!

Hotel booked in February.for 2 days before flight.The hotel is close to the Ladoga Station.They reached 500 meters.They settled quickly.Service staff polite.In the room clean.No complaints.Recommend

Oтель удобный по своему расположению, на небольшой срок проживания. Номера очень маленькие. Радуют своей чистотой. Телевизор, чайник, 2 кружки, холодильник, стол, 1 стул😄. Матрас мягкий, белье и полотенца белые-хорошего качества.

I booked a balcony room in advance, including breakfast. There was no extra charge of a 300 ruble registration fee for everyone, including children. They could provide a proof of residence (but no other hotels asked me for one). Pros: The room was nice and clean, great for taking photos. The restaurant was large and attractive, with a good variety of dishes. The location was good; there was a bus stop downstairs, and it was a 7-8 minute walk to the subway station. Cons: The elevator was small; it could barely fit three people with luggage. The hotel was on the 4th-5th floor; the entrance on the first floor was small and looked rather run-down.

Very clean hotel and pretty good location, friendly staff. I arrived early at the hotel, but since they had a free room, they let me in at 12pm. I was grateful for that. The room is clean enough. The cooler with a water is located near the reception( has hot and cold water). They also have a restaurant with breakfast, lunch and dinner (quite a lot of people were there). Unfortunately, I didn't have time to try, but ... I think that people went there for a reason, and most likely they offer decent food, which they cook themselves. For that kind of money, I think it's a very good option. I want to note that the sound insulation between the rooms is not very good.

The boss and staff are very kind and are a plus item. The other is a bit unsatisfactory. The room is too small to be like the fighting ethnic Gunger. The facilities, especially the bed, are not old enough, and it is almost the same as the domestic 7-day hotel chain. More than 400 pieces are a bit worthless.
