When I first checked into the room, there was hair on both the sink and the bed. I tried calling the front desk in the middle of the night, but couldn't get through. However, after reporting it the next day, they moved us to a different room and upgraded our room type, so the service was still quite good. The sea view from the higher floor was beautiful, and the breakfast downstairs was delicious. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, though.

Stayed for 3 nights. The room is compact but fits a 28” suitcase. It’s very clean and well-stocked with an iron, hairdryer, and various USB ports. No slippers/toothbrush, but the floor and overall room are spotless. Staffs are helpful, offering late checkout (12 PM) and luggage storage. Free parking and 24/7 coffee/tea are a plus. Breakfast is only banana, orange, cereal bar - all same daily. Free bottled water on day one along with a grab-and-go breakfast, which was perfect for my busy mornings. However, it’s unclear why the water wasn't provided on the following days. Amazing location to all attractions, especially just a block behind The Sphere. I read a review as my concern of noise at night, but it’s peaceful than I thought. Only outside people voices from time to time. Though there is a train passed the hotel, it’s not operated at night. Overall, a peaceful and convenient stay - great value for money!

The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation. You can walk to anywhere! The environment is nice, clean and tidy. Although it is an old hotel, the rooms and bathrooms are not small, and the view from the room is also nice (2336), especially at night. The service attitude of the staff is quite good, and the app used to call a car is also good (Uber), and it arrives very quickly after calling! The staff at the waiting service desk are also very enthusiastic, helping to explain, and also sending the luggage to the car, very responsible! I will come to this hotel again in the future, thank you 🙏🌹

Water pressure is low during shower and do not have shower head, toilet bowl room lighting not working well (unable to adjust brightness.

The hotel staff are friendly, but not helpful. The washing machine was not working after I paid and put in the clothes and detergent, then I called the front, then they told me the washing machine is not working. I asked them why didn’t they put out a notice, the front desk said he just found out when I call. At the beginning he asked me to wait till the next morning, then they can call the washing machine company to try to give me a refund. Anyways, they are not sure about if I get refund or not!!! At the end, going back and forth, the front desk agree to refund me in cash and give some detergent to go to another floor for the laundry. I arrive Seattle late around 11pm in the evening with the car. I paid for the daily fee for parking. As I will be leaving Seattle only few hours after checking out, they told me I could not leave the car in the garage until late afternoon because they need the space. I said I paid for a ‘daily fee’, so in principle I should be able to park the car till late afternoon, but they told me not, it is my choice to check in late and they cannot do anything to extend my parking till late afternoon. I asked them if that is the regulation, they should put that down clearly in the description and inform the guests in advance, particularly those international guests who might have another interpretation about the ‘daily fee’. At the end, they allow me to park until 2 pm which is too early for me and I need to change my plan at Seattle completely due to the parking issue. In conclusion, the general attitude is they are sorry if the guest has any problem, but they can’t help much!!!!!

Although it is far from the station and there are some concerns about the safety of the surrounding area, the facilities and service were of a high standard. The adjacent restaurant was also of a good quality and reasonably priced.

I stayed at this hotel for a total of 9 days during my Seattle trip. The room was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. It's conveniently located for sightseeing, though walking uphill to some attractions can be a bit tiring. It was great to have water available in the lobby downstairs.

I was looking for a hotel close to my destination and found this one. I arrived earlier than check-in time, but since my room had already been cleaned, they allowed me to check in early. It was great! The room was equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and even a bathtub. There was a washer and dryer on the first floor. These could be operated with a card via the app, so even those without cash could use them. They serve delicious water 24 hours a day next to the front desk. They also serve coffee at lunchtime. It's conveniently located just a 15-minute walk from Seattle's main tourist attractions. You can walk to chowder shops and the original Starbucks! It was also about a 15-minute bus ride from Seattle Central Bus Station. However, there are many homeless people living around the hotel. The homeless people don't seem to be bad, and I didn't have any particular problems, but I wouldn't call it a safe area. I didn't have any particular issues (I didn't encounter any danger). On the other hand, I felt like there were more people going to restaurants and walking around at night. If I ever stay in Seattle, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. All the front desk staff were very nice.

I visited with my family. The lobby desk staff was so friendly and I felt good. I also had breakfast at the restaurant below because I used my destination fee points. They were friendly and the food was good. The location was relatively safer than the market area, so I liked it.

Great stay, and amazing location. Friendly staff and concierge, welcomed with champagne. Improvements include, adding more than just one hook in the bathroom. There’s space behind the bathroom door and adjacent wall to add a totally of four extra hooks to hang personal items and bath towels.
