"My go to for Hollywood. Very clean, location is a tad sketchy but it’s close to Universal and TCL. Bathroom is always clean. Staff is not warm but get the job done. Cheapest place around that isn’t gross or sketchy. Would recommend."

"This was a very good hostel. They kindly held onto my luggage until midnight, even after I checked out. The location is fantastic, right on Hollywood Boulevard, with the subway and bus stops very close by. I really appreciated the price given such a prime location. The facilities were clean, and I had a comfortable stay. Shampoo and body soap are provided, and hairdryers are available. Towels are free and can be exchanged as many times as you like at the front desk. Breakfast is simple, mainly bagels, but coffee and tea are also available. There's also a kitchen, so it's recommended for those who want to cook for themselves. Since it's on a main street, there's a bit of noise even late at night, but considering the location, I think it's acceptable. Also, the air conditioning in the room wasn't working, so it might get quite hot in the summer. Aside from the heat in the room, overall, it was a very satisfying stay."

"Facilities: The hotel has all the basics you need, meeting most needs. The best part is the coffee machine with a wide selection, saving at least 50-60 yuan a day on coffee. The only drawback is that most US hotels don't provide slippers or toothbrushes, so you'll need to bring your own. Cleanliness: Cleaned daily and quite clean. Environment: French minimalist style. Service: Semi-self-service, with no face-to-face interaction with staff other than the cleaning staff. Value for money: Located directly across from the W Hotel, the hotel offers a great location and a good value. US hotels can be expensive, but this one is a good choice for under 1,000 yuan."

"This hotel is truly excellent! The location is easy to find and super convenient for transportation. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was warmly greeted by the staff, and check-in was very quick. The room was exceptionally clean, with comfortable and soft bedding, ensuring a very sound sleep. The shower had great water pressure and the temperature was just right. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted delicious. It's also super convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping nearby. Overall, the value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit. Highly recommended!"

"Great location just one block away from the Walk of Fame. Check in was in the afternoon however we got there mid morning and they already had our room ready. The room was clean and with all the basic facilities and amenities necessary. The only aspect they could improve is the mattress as it was quite soft for a hotel bed. Friendly staff and great facilities."

"This hotel boasts an excellent location in the Hollywood area. The first floor has a more youthful vibe. 1. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Exiting from the M floor leads directly to a commercial area with plenty of options for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Nearby attractions are all within 200 meters. The hotel doesn't provide complimentary water, so remember to grab some from the large supermarket nearby. McDonald's is just across the street, and a 7-Eleven is also directly opposite. 2. The views are absolutely stunning! We initially stayed on the 20th floor and had a great view of the Hollywood Hills and the iconic sign. We later upgraded our room, and while we no longer saw the logo, the 270-degree city view was equally spectacular. 3. There's a small cafe on the hotel's first floor where we had breakfast. It was very convenient, clean, and reasonably priced. 4. Getting to the Getty Center by taxi from here takes about 35 minutes, typically without traffic. 5. Hotels in Los Angeles all charge a 'destination fee.' This has to be paid on-site and feels a bit like a 'mandatory expense.' I've seen many people complain about it. The perks offered are pretty lackluster, and I didn't use any of them. However, this isn't specific to this hotel; it's a city-wide charge in LA. 6. Regarding the staff, the bellhops seemed a bit unmotivated, and room cleaning was just average. However, the rest of the staff were quite professional. 7. The hotel pool was undergoing maintenance during our visit. Overall, the location is great, it's quiet despite being central, offers good value for money, and feels safe."

"Get a superior room, It was very beautiful The room was on the third floor. People on the first floor face the lobby, so it's pretty I think it's noisy. The third floor was quiet. On the last day of my solo female trip, I had nearly 30kg of luggage. No elevator, steep stairs, I was wondering what to do The woman at the reception carried it with me. The room was based on white and looked cute. The clothes I brought in smelled strongly of hypochlorous acid. The hot water in the shower is unstable and sometimes turns into cold water. It's within walking distance to the Walk of Fame. I got tangled up with a homeless person on the way there, so I felt it was a bit unsafe. Uber costs about $9. When you exit the hotel, walk 200 meters to the left and you will see the Hollywood sign clearly. The last photo is the road from the hotel to the Walk of Fame. It's a little less crowded."

"The room was clean and exactly as pictured. I arrived much earlier than the check-in time, but was able to check in early. The front desk staff were friendly and talked to me in a friendly manner. The room had a coffee machine, refrigerator, and microwave, and the water area was clean and very comfortable. The surrounding area seemed safe during daylight hours. If you are coming from the Hollywood subway station, you may need to be a little careful when passing under the road."

"Deco is a bit dated, room ceilings looking industrial / unfinished. They made a mistake by not assigning us a Hollywood sign room and we had to complain to have this sorted, could have been easily missed if we forgot to say anything. Also the package receiving / handling process is messy with no proper system of tracking, I spent 30 mins checking at front desk when the receptionist insisted that DHL has not delivered it yet whilst I showed them on my app it had delivery confirmation, he then further asked me to show him who signed for it, and of course everything is done these days and would not have these signatures. Anyway when I got back into the room and I found the package already in the room, so much for their signing / tracking system (which is non-existent), complete utter mess!"

"Staying near West Hollywood, I received a $10 breakfast voucher upon check-in, which could be used towards my order. However, due to jet lag, I didn't get a chance to use it for breakfast. Before leaving, I asked the hotel staff to exchange the voucher for two lattes to go. The hotel was also very quiet, with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering street views 🏙️. Downstairs, I even noticed the relaxed vibe of Californians on the street. If you find the hotel parking expensive, there are plenty of other parking lots nearby. It's worth looking around before you check in; you don't necessarily have to park your car at the hotel."
