"Yesterday, I experienced a three-hour delay in receiving my scheduled doses. The check-in process concluded at 10:00 p.m., and I did not receive a confirmation call. Upon the return of the night staff, I was informed that I needed to be on the list, despite already being included. Although check-out is scheduled for 11:30 a.m., I was required to release my cleaning personnel early to facilitate room cleaning. I received no communication via phone, email, or text throughout the night. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment for those arriving during nighttime hours. Furthermore, this morning, the front desk was unattended, and all access points were secured with a code. To date, I have not received any email correspondence, nor has the reimbursement for my massage been processed."

"Nice hotel. Great location to walk to some things or public transportation. Less than a 10 minutes walk to Metromover and Metrorail station. There is a Publix and a Walgreens 10 minutes walk. We were also able to walk to get food easily. It is about a 15 -20 min walk to a very cool busy area called Mary Brickell Village. The hotel itself is nice. Breakfast was good. The rooms were clean. Lastly they do have good security. The main doors only open with room key and the elevator will only move floors with a room key so that is nice."

"Hotel itself was fine. Was a bit annoyed that the bar was not open even for a soft drink if wanted till much later. When I went down to get a bite to eat I was informed that most of the menu was not available and my selection was limited to about three items to choose from. What I found most annoying was that apparently they had some type of youth group training going on on my floor which was right next to my room. Numerous times I heard the participants laughing or conversing loudly in the hall way. Whenever I decided to leave my room to go downstairs I had to run through a gantlet of participants who were having their break out session in the hallway of which I had to walk through disrupting their conversations. While they were polite about it, it did make me feel uncomfortable to leave the room while they were doing this. When I did mention to the desk what was going on they told me about the group which was fine but I wish they would have put me on another floor if this was going on. Overall it was just an overnight stay here before a cruise but honestly next time I would choose a different hotel."

"I can't believe how many amazing things this hotel offered! 1. The location is absolutely fantastic, similar to Shanghai's Xintiandi. It's right across from the Miami Freedom Tower, and downstairs there are all sorts of bars, restaurants, and shops. 2. Right outside the door is a free Miami Metromover station – I need to emphasize this three times: Miami's Metromover is FREE! Plus, it's a very short walk to the Bayside Marketplace. 3. Even better, since we flew in from Phoenix (there's a three-hour time difference in the US), we arrived at the hotel before 8 AM. We just planned to store our luggage, but to our surprise, the front desk attendant saw how far we'd traveled and immediately arranged a room for us to check in! The hotel breakfast is also good, and the price is reasonable. Highly recommended!"

"New, small hotel in a great location. Had a fresh free breakfast and even bikes for use! My only gripe was the check-in process, which is online since no employees are present at the hotel, but Trip.com sends no advance information on it so you have to do it when you arrive (see my favorite meme pictured for directions on how to check-in)"

"I love it here, the front desk lady was so nice. Feel like being home. The theme of the hotel is also fantastic! I think it relate to some black people culture :） Very warm hotel, the area is a bit unsafe. It is scary at night. The theme is black culture. Very special hotel!"

"This is the accommodation where I stayed before returning to the airport after stopping by Miami with my family. We came here because we heard there was a shuttle, but the shuttle started at 6:30 AM, which was a bit disappointing."

"The location was in principle OK! Unfortunately, around the hotel were several building sites that means it was very loud Monday to Saturday !!!! (It was noise of circular saws to hear from concrete and others - no talk of relaxation at the pool!!). Moreover, there was a building next to it with huge generators brumble the 24hs of day. I live in Vienna next to a main street - so noise was habited but that was unfortunately another calibre ... Service must not expect - we needed to toilet paper - that needed 3 visits to the ”reception” - then you got a roll 🤣🤣 Towels for the pool or the gym were not there too!!! In addition we had to pay for the arrival 160,- Euro Destination Fee (no talk of it was in the hotel description!!) Despite the hotel's equipment was fine, I can't recommend it (price - performance ratio doesn't fit - for what is offered, totally overpriced!!! The ladies at the reception, look in their phone when you come and ignore a complete! No speech of a friendly greeting .... Who wants to book a room yet I can only recommend it with a pool view!! "The hotel is very well-maintained in terms of decor and cleanliness. The location is very convenient, a 5-minute drive from Brickell and within walking distance of Calle 8. I highly recommend using the ”Little Havana” line of the ”Trolleybus” which passes near the hotel and takes you to Brickell or the Cuban quarter for free."

The original Hampton Inn Suit parking fee was $ 30 per night. The tax is only $ 20 and it is self-parking. The facilities and facilities of the suite are ok. The toilet and bathroom are separate. Large-size TVs have free Internet TVs such as Hulu, and Netflix's trendy movies can still be watched. There is an anti-human design. A light in the partition between the living room and the bedroom will always be on. I haven't found the switch when I searched the room. It is very bad to sleep at night. Breakfast management is also very good, as long as it is a guest, just eat in and out. The variety is good, especially the waffle baking equipment has two sets, the coffee is free to pack, and you can also make hot chocolate drinks. The fruits are only bananas and oranges. That orange is a high-quality blood orange and it tastes great."
