Pleasantly surprised at how nice everything was at the hotel. Checking was quick and friendly. I was given a delicious chocolate chip and walnut cookie after checking in. My room was quiet, clean, large, with a very comfortable queen bed, and a nice easy chair. Their airport shuttle also was available at 4 am, when I needed it. I will definitely stay again when I need to stay overnight near the airport.

The facilities are really average. There are no slippers. The air conditioner in the room is upright against the wall. If it is turned on, the sound is at least 50 decibels, so it can only be turned off at night. To be honest, if Hilton Hotel had known this earlier, I would have booked other brands. I recently stayed at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Salt Lake City Airport and was quite disappointed with my experience. The room was not very clean, which was unexpected and uncomfortable. Has been changed to 3B. The hotel is requested to change the connection location on the official website as soon as possible to avoid causing trouble to other passengers. Excluding the issue of incorrect information on the official website, the hotel room is very comfortable and clean. There is a microwave in the room, which is convenient for heating food. We drove from Lake Tahoe to Salt Lake, so it was a long day… thankfully the front desk was very accommodating and said they’d hold our reservation until 4:00am, we arrived a little after 1:00am. The room was adequate, although smelled a little odd (tha A/C?). The continental breakfast was good, but they ran out of waffle mix before my son & I could both get a full waffle. And we were going to hang out at the pool and hot tub until checkout but the pool was closed for cleaning or something… all-in-all a little disappointing, but hard to argue with the $109 pricetag for a family of 4…
