Hilton Garden Inn Salt Lake City Airport

9.0/10
Great

The hotel has free parking. If you rent a car, it is very convenient to return the car to the airport. I called the hotel front desk after I returned Avis' car at the airport. After a few minutes, the hotel's airport shuttle picked me up from the airport. This efficiency is a must in the United States. The room was very fast, the hotel also had a gym and a small swimming pool, which should have some. If it is a rest for one night, it is very suitable to leave the next day. recommend!

This room is still clean. I live on the second floor. There is a staff meeting room next to the room. Some people started talking at 7:00 in the morning. There is a door in the room that leads to the conference room. The room is not soundproof, so foreigners Loudly laughing and listening very clearly, the size of the room is as shown in the picture, it is ok to live alone, and the two people lived a little. The bed in the room is very soft, and the individual does not like the soft bed. There is a feeling of sinking...

Pleasantly surprised at how nice everything was at the hotel. Checking was quick and friendly. I was given a delicious chocolate chip and walnut cookie after checking in. My room was quiet, clean, large, with a very comfortable queen bed, and a nice easy chair. Their airport shuttle also was available at 4 am, when I needed it. I will definitely stay again when I need to stay overnight near the airport.

The room is OK The breakfast is OK The air conditioner is a bit noisy. It seems that the noise of air conditioners in American hotels is a common problem Not far from the Capitol It snowed a few days ago, and you can see the snow-capped mountains at the entrance of the hotel Overall it is OK

There is nothing to complain about the hygiene. I stayed for one night. I didn't see any cleaning, but the room was not dirty, just a little old. The environment is really average. I walked around the hotel and didn't see a convenience store. There are some closed shops waiting for rent nearby. I couldn't buy a few bottles of water. I can only go to Spencer downstairs for meals, but the shrimp here is very delicious and fresh. The service is basically normal, there is nothing particularly good or bad. The facilities are really average. There are no slippers. The air conditioner in the room is upright against the wall. If it is turned on, the sound is at least 50 decibels, so it can only be turned off at night. To be honest, if Hilton Hotel had known this earlier, I would have booked other brands. Every Hilton does not provide free water. A bottle costs three dollars, just the kind of water that costs about one dollar and thirty dollars outside.

Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Salt Lake City Airport

I recently stayed at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Salt Lake City Airport and was quite disappointed with my experience. The room was not very clean, which was unexpected and uncomfortable. Additionally, there was a box of tissues running out from the moment I checked in. The amenities were very limited. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room, which made my stay less convenient. The room itself was also much smaller than I expected. While the location is excellent and the staff was generally average in their service, the overall quality did not meet my expectations. I hope the management will take steps to improve the cleanliness and provide better facilities for future guests.

I arrived at the airport at nearly 8pm on September 25th and waited for nearly 2 hours according to the designated pick-up location A7 on the hotel's official website. During the waiting period, I contacted the hotel by phone but could not get a definite answer. Finally, I got the pick-up location with the help of Salt Lake City Airport personnel. Has been changed to 3B. The hotel is requested to change the connection location on the official website as soon as possible to avoid causing trouble to other passengers. Excluding the issue of incorrect information on the official website, the hotel room is very comfortable and clean. There is a microwave in the room, which is convenient for heating food. The service staff at breakfast are very polite, especially a male waiter who is very polite and the service is great! Check-in on September 25, 2024

We drove from Lake Tahoe to Salt Lake, so it was a long day… thankfully the front desk was very accommodating and said they’d hold our reservation until 4:00am, we arrived a little after 1:00am. The room was adequate, although smelled a little odd (tha A/C?). The continental breakfast was good, but they ran out of waffle mix before my son & I could both get a full waffle. And we were going to hang out at the pool and hot tub until checkout but the pool was closed for cleaning or something… all-in-all a little disappointing, but hard to argue with the $109 pricetag for a family of 4…
