花間堂其他地區的店也去過，相比之下閬苑地理位置優越、環境優美、服務熱情、相關配套的茶室、書吧、影院使用體驗友好！細節上還應跟上，比如樓上卧室應配置電視而不是放在樓下；另外最大的問題是接待大廳不應把餐室佈置成連體，一是炒菜油煙大味重影響進入酒店初步體驗感、二是地面會因此潮濕有油膩感；建議將茶室、書吧、影院的功能移至大廳，這樣會讓人感覺更好！

這間民宿就在中天樓附近，環境漂亮，服務態度好，房間整潔無異味，前台辦入住的時候，知道帶了娃一起過來，給免費升級到親子房，這個服務相當不錯，院子裏還有寫書法和看書，看電影的地方，是個相當舒適的民宿。

酒店服務員非常禮貌，主動幫助我們提行李，感覺非常親切友好。環境優雅，裝修高檔；房間錯落有致，花園花台天天打理的非常漂亮；茶房茶具有數間，茶具乾淨整潔；有寫作台、閲讀室，方便學習讀書。酒店位於古城內最好的地段，離狀元坊地下停車場步行5分鐘，出行非常方便。酒店品質為古城第一絕對名副其實。

住了好幾次，感覺這是古城最好的地方，特別要提的是服務非常好，夏天那個香龍草的飲料可以治濕疹，簡直神了，原來腳上的紅疹子，喝了幾回就沒有了，前台還貼心的又送了我們一點乾的香龍草，太感謝了😊😊

前台服務生髮了停車場定位，就在狀元牌坊左側，非常好找。酒店坐落在古城主幹道上，從停車場走過去不遠。酒店是個古建築宅院，裏面有三個院子，公共區域非常多，有閲覽室，茶室，電影播放室，還可以下棋打坐等，而且每個區域都打掃得非常乾淨，特別喜歡在客房門前的院子裏的幾處休閑桌椅，天晴的話坐在院子裏喝茶看書超級棒！房間夠大，床的軟硬度也很舒服，我的睡眠非常好！在酒店吃了一個午餐的套餐，葷素搭配得很好，味道也很好！一定要找一個缺點的話，就是房間裏的手機信號很弱，WiFi幾乎沒有用，我的手提電腦在客房裡根本無法工作，必須拿到院子裏才能連上網絡。
