春節尾聲和家人到閬中短遊兩天，本想住得舒心一點，就毫不猶豫選的美豪麗致，本來滿心期待，結果是我要給出這麼多年以來第一個差評。首先，前台服務效率很低，辦理入住等待了很久，沒有任何入住前提示；有免費洗車服務還是我自己問的，前台也是很敷衍的讓我留下車牌號碼，深夜一碗麪我以為是送餐的客房服務，結果詢問得知是讓自己下餐廳吃。然後，房間里居然有一扇雙向開的門，極度沒有安全性。第三，我們加錢定的影院房，很好笑的是所有影片電視劇都需要付費觀看，且不能投屏。打電話諮詢前台，打了5次電話才打通，而且很冷淡的説都需要給錢。整個入住下來給我的感覺就是：你，那個房間，自己去吧。600多的酒店，全國連鎖的綜合性酒店，以管家式服務著稱的酒店，連最基本的微笑服務都沒有做到，經過閬中古城的入住經歷，基本上可以把美豪麗致放在以後出行的黑名單裏面了。

在攜程訂的酒店，兩個雙床房，進門就是小便臭，又換房，停車寫的免費，居然出來要收費（説沒錄入系統，此停車場是酒店人員安排停下去的），回去找前台，前台答覆退不了，衹能送一點水果，我想這是酒店原因，為啥不能退，這不是強買嗎？

酒店房間的佈置很温馨，房間的各種設備齊全，早餐豐富品種多，酒店前台小胥服務很好，特別是酒店裡的礦泉水是無限使用，衞生挺乾淨的，酒店六樓環境優美！！

酒店位置古城西門右邊，穿過酒店門口的公園距離古城20分鐘左右，環境漂亮。入住期間房間的設施設備齊全衞生乾淨，有免費的咖啡[咖啡] 和茶葉，前台小胥服務很好。

酒店所有的服務人員都很熱情，幫忙拿行李，見面會問好，這一點做的蠻不錯的。我們定的江景房，朝向西邊，窗户外面就是嘉陵江，這個角度能看日落，看不見日出，景色很好。酒店位置沒在城裡，也比較清靜，但是離閬中古城距離比現象中要近，步行十幾分鍾，打車幾分鐘就可以到古城步行街那邊，晚上逛逛小吃街，江邊散散步，遊船個人不推薦坐，沒什麼意思還浪費錢，不太好的點就是誠如評價裏很多提到過的空調噪音比較大，這點可以再改進下～總體上還是比較推薦哦

🚗 交通：高速下來很方便，酒店在江邊。服務真的是在同類型裏難得的好。從下車到離店。真的可以説是恰達好處。每每與工作人員相遇，都會主動問好。很熱情。入住的雙床房，房間配套的環繞音響真的太棒了！！打遊戲效果槓槓的。下午茶，多種茶自己泡，不錯。喜歡金駿眉。點心一般，應該都是袋裝那種。晚上小麪也蠻好。
🧹衞生：住的6樓，晚上回房間發現有大個的飛螞蟻。和前台聯繫後。馬上處理。給重新安排了一個房間。本來嫌換房間太麻煩。但是前台太熱情了。所以。完美的解決了。直接安排了一個親子房。寶貝睡
的很好。早餐也蠻好。超過1.2小朋友加早28元。合理！下次來還住這裏！

和老伴一起來閬中旅遊，網上首選了此家酒店入住，我們兩個對吃住行一向比較挑剔，抱着在外行走將就過的心態，行李比較多，基本一下車我們兩個就沒有提過自己的東西，一路都小朋友幫我們託着，房間跟我之前住的酒店佈置有點不一樣，很洋氣，衞生方面我仔細看了看很滿意，基本看不到灰塵，很乾凈！就連我老伴都説不錯！酒店裡的牙刷啊，水杯啊，反正感覺啥都有，不用自己帶些雜七雜八的，酒店的用具設備都很好用，沒的啥毛病，特別是我和老伴去古城的時候看到酒店外面居然有個公園，環境好空氣也乾淨，江邊確實不錯，到了古城後確實感受到了閬中人民的熱情，整個古街旅遊的人很多，這次旅遊給了我們一個圓滿的結局，非常感謝！

酒店位置很好找，門口就是一個大大的廣場，停車很方便，酒店整體感覺就是服務員都很熱情，感覺跟回到家一樣。酒店房間設施設備很新，衞生也很感覺，床鋪平整，房間內還提供了卸粧水洗面奶，非常貼心。從六樓的茶樓外陽台欣賞江景，真心讓人身心舒暢，再倒一杯茶水，享受閬中古城的慢生活 。
