I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel prepared a birthday cake and a card on my birthday. They also helped us take a photo of my husband and me, framed it, and presented it to us. Looking back, it was a truly perfect day. We had two breakfasts and one dinner at the hotel over the weekend. The food was clean, hygienic, and very tasty. I highly recommend trying it! They also offered a complimentary 'goodnight' sweet soup and fruit, which were delicious 😋. The hotel is located by the lake with plenty of greenery, but the mosquito control was very effective. The pool happened to be open when I visited, and swimming a few laps in the evening was particularly refreshing. The hotel's subtle fragrance was also lovely, making me feel relaxed as soon as I entered. It's a great place for leisure and relaxation. I would definitely come back if I have the chance!"

"The attitude of the front desk clerk was very good. They even upgraded the room type when I went there. However, the nightmare just started. 1. Toiletries should not be placed on the sink but on the bedside table. 2. There are only two cups on the sink in the entire room. Is it for washing or drinking water? 3. The shower head in the shower room is broken and sprays water up and down. 4. The nightmare started. I turned on the air conditioner at 26 degrees Celsius. I woke up from the heat less than an hour after sleeping. When I saw that the temperature was 29 degrees, I thought I had adjusted it wrong. I got up and checked to see that it was correct. I adjusted the temperature to the lowest setting and fell asleep again. It will change to 30 degrees in a while, which is called a depression. I went to the sauna twice in one night, barely slept, and checked out early in the morning."
