We stayed here as a family to end our road trip around Qinghai and Gansu. The hotel is wonderfully appointed with soft beds and really comfortable rooms. We arrived too late for dinner in so ate noodles outside at one of many nearby places. The view over the Yellow River is pretty good and the hotel breakfast is very good value.
The staff deserve special praise, very helpful for the checkin with all the Covid health code requirements they were very helpful.
A special mention to the concierge, Wei Keyang/ICE, the concierge on duty was extremely helpful with my last minute request to ship some awkward shaped bulky souvenirs back to Jiangsu home. I caused no end of problems which he was very happy to help with and dillgently solved, even after we had checked out and got to the airport. It is service like this that really makes the difference and is very much appreciated.

環境：位於黃河邊，緊鄰甘肅大劇院。酒店旁邊就有個體育公園，很熱鬧。酒店範圍內的綠化也維護得很好。
衞生：布草沒有明顯污漬，洗漱用品齊全。但是布草能看出來磨損嚴重了。
服務：前台服務熱情耐心。退房時因為前台人比較多，看起來像主管或經理的美女讓我直接把房卡交給她不用去前台等候，很贊。
設施：停車位非常充足，在前台報車牌輸入系統就行。但是房間內隔音效果不好，能非常清楚的聽到隔壁房間洗澡、吹頭、開關浴室門以及洗漱的聲音。

洲際旗下的酒店果然沒有讓人失望，周邊很安靜，但是離萬象城、萬達都很近。設施服務也都還不錯，重點是可以欣賞黃河美景，是很不錯的出行選擇。
