Close to the beach, it is not a sea view room, but overall the location of this hotel is not the best place to see the sea. The big bed is a combination of two beds. The overall price/performance ratio is okay.

We loved the Lounge access (as we stayed in an EXECUTIVE room) that treated us to snacks and beverages throughout the day. LOCATION: located in the heart of the city center and walkable from all key attractions & points of interest DINE + DRINK: The hotel’s signature restaurant serves fine Mediterranean cuisine and functions as the breakfast place too. ROOM: We stayed in Room 504, so this review is based on that; SIZE: Spacious enough for 2 adults and simple baggage; VIEW: Sweet view of the cityscape from the nice balcony attached to the room; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting us to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Good Spa quality Toiletries FACILITIES: Compact Gym with a basic range of weights and Cardio machines good enough for a decent workout. They also have a rooftop swimming pool SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel at home, and well taken care of. Special Shout-out to GEORGE at the front desk for a warm welcome experience and for enhancing our stay HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Wi-Fi that works well all over the property, and the speed is good! Superb hotel that our company have used for the past 5 years, This weekend we restart our winter visits for another 6 months of amazing service, food and comfort. A stones throw away from the beach and Larnaca airport makes this an ideal location for the leisure and business user. Highly recommend to everyone.

I was very pleased with staying there. I can't say one bad word about about the hotel. Very nice staff, nice place, beautiful swimming pool, good prices at the bar for refreshment, cozy outside area for eating. If somebody like me, likes cats, that would be perfect hotel for them as there are locally cared street cats close by in a green area, which keeps rats and bugs away.

This is a budget, but clean and comfy place to stay. They give you a code for the door and a code for your room, you do not get a card key. My room, which had an ensuite shower room, was adequate and led down into the small courtyard cum seating and chill out area where there's an honest box for use of the drinks machine. There was also a fridge. I initially booked for 10 nights, but needed to extended to 12 nights. They honoured my request to keep the same room. I would recommend, and I would use again if in Larnaca for a significant amount of time.

I enjoyed the breakfast and the views from the pool. Note it closes a bit early before 7. Staff is very nice. Location is close to restaurants on all sides and access to the beach. Bonus, there is self serve laundromat right around the corner. You need to buy soap for it though . Not sure where others had their room exposure but apart from crazy drivers at odd times of the night, there was no major street noise. Highly recommended

We were absolutely delighted with this hotel. We booked a senior suite and it was stunning with a sitting area as well as a bedroom with a very comfortable bed. The large bathroom has a large powerful shower and a jacuzzi bath. The decor throughout was lovely and the graffiti outstanding. Although on a busy road road soundproofing in the rooms worked perfectly. Breakfast had plenty of choice and we had a drink in the bar one evening and it was comfortable, the service was good and prices reasonable. If there is a slight snag it is car parking as the car park is tiny. Having said that we were able to park there and although we got blocked in the staff were very helpful and made sure the car was moved. Staff were all very good and helpful and although the hotel is not right by the sea it is a short walk even for someone with a bad knee(which I have at the moment). In short I can not recommend this hotel highly enough and we will certainly be back.

Hygiene: The floor drain in the bathroom is clogged, the drainage is not timely, the sanitary ware is very dirty, there are many water stains, and the stainless steel has large rust spots. Facilities: The gym facilities are very good, and the swimming pool is perfect, but there are no charging adapters for travelers, especially Asians. As a star hotel it should not be.

I had some problems with my flight and i reach the hotel very late. I was surprised that Livadhiotis hotel charged only one night instead of two. And to be honest, all my previous bookings were charged even before my stay but this is the first time the amount was withdrawed during my stay! I felt very appreciated as a human! Livadhiotis hotel is a very respectful hotel: the staff are very helpful and professional. The room and the WC are so clean, the bed is confortable and the air conditioner is smart! The breakfast is perfect! You can find hot drinks and many kinds of juices, croissants, different kinds of cheese, ham, bread, jam, vegetables and fruits. You can also have an english breakfast: eggs, bacon, hot dogs... The hotel location is excellent! Near to the beach and a few steps from Lazarus church! Briefly, it is the best place to stay!
