I don't recommend hosting. I don’t recommend this hotel. I am extremely disgusted with the disgraceful service I received during my stay at this establishment. They decided to change the breakfast time without informing the guests. It turns out that we booked this hotel precisely during coffee hours. How is it possible that they decide to change the breakfast time without even informing their guests? This is a total lack of respect for those who trusted the hosting. We sent messages to the hotel before starting our stay to confirm the breakfast time, which would start at 6 am. The hotel confirmed. Arriving there at 6am, the restaurant employee informed us that we wouldn't be able to eat as they had changed the opening hours. Result: we went one day without breakfast and the other days we had to eat on the run to have time to go out for walks. The hotel created a huge inconvenience. We asked to speak to the manager, who was not there and had no estimated time or date for his appearance. A hotel without a manager in charge!!! I expected to start my day with a proper meal, only to discover that the time had been arbitrarily changed, leaving me with no viable options. This is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of regard for the customers experience. They clearly do not value guest satisfaction and demonstrated a glaring lack of professionalism. We asked for a refund for the 1 day of breakfast that we didn't enjoy and they didn't give us a refund. Sincerely disappointed,
