all most very clean hotel thanks to all workers to serving well for 11 days thanks to all the lady's who clean very good my room and the people who lock after me in the restaurant. very nice . and excellent food .

My husband and I stayed in an executive room for 5 nights in January-February 2020 while holidaying around South America. Positives: - a massive fresh, clean and modern room with nice views - good breakfast buffet - good wifi - friendly staff, except for the breakfast staff who were a bit aloof. - within walking distance to the metro station. We Ubered a lot, and this worked fine. (Taxi drivers, however, struggled, to locate the hotel for some reason.) - a nice cocktail bar on the rooftop. Negatives: - we had repeated issues with lack of hot water in the shower. Not acceptable. - we had to ask four times to get our laundry picked up. - no room service for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We were travelling for 3 months and sometimes you're just too tired to venture out for food. Had this been a business trip, I'd had been absolutely appalled as I tend to have room service dinner so as to get a moment's rest and solitude. Simply inexcusable not to provide this service. - music from the cocktail bar carried into our room one night, necessitating earplugs (we were on the highest floor). - the cocktail bar is, understandably, very popular with locals. While I fully support the hotel also providing a space for locals, there should have been some tables (as well as sun loungers during the day) exclusively reserved for paying hotel guests, because it was quite difficult to grab a spot in the relatively small area both during the day and evening. (The hotel appeared to sell daytime pool passes to non-guests.) - about to check out, we called the concierge to ask someone to help us and come pick up our luggage. To our surprise, they informed us that this service was not provided (?!) and that they'd had to ask for permission from someone higher up to send someone to help us. I thought it was a joke at first, it sounded so absurd. When we checked in, there was a bellboy who automatically took all our luggage so making a big show about providing this when checking out was just very odd. All in all, however, a solid four-star hotel.

I don’t recommend this hotel. I am extremely resented with the regrettable service I received during my stay in this establishment. They decided to exchange breakfast time without warning guests. We book this hotel just for the coffee time. How can they decide to change the breakfast time without even warning guests? This is a total lack of respect with whom you have relied on the accommodation. We sent messages to the hotel before we started stay to confirm the coffee time that would start at 6 a.m. The hotel confirmed. The restaurant official told us that we couldn't eat because they had changed the time. The hotel has been a great disorder. We asked to talk to the manager, who was not and had no time or day forecast to appear. I hoped to start my day with an appropriate meal, just to find out that the timetable was arbitrarily changed, leaving me without viable options, which is unacceptable and shows a total lack of consideration for the experience of the clients. We have asked for the refund of the 1 day of breakfast we have not enjoyed and we have not been deceptively refunded.

Reuben was incredibly gracious and helpful during our stay. He went above and beyond any customer care service I have ever experienced in the hotel industry, or any industry for that matter. During my career over the past 30 years I have stayed no less than 150 nights a year in hotels. You need to clone Reuben, or at least use him to teach other managers how to emulate his professionalism.

We didn't get the housekeeping service in all our stay. We have the ”cleaning room” doorhanger hanging in our door, and nothing. We had to request for fresh new towels severals times (more than 7) and nothing.. We had to go down to get them. No new soap, no new shampoo or conditioner. We request room service the first day we arrived, the empty dishes stay outside in the aisle for more than 8hrs. And when we arrived, the front office lady that recieved us, was cero gentle. She could help us solve our problemas. She only wanted to charge us in Pesos Chilenos PLUS adding the TAX, because her POS couldnt recognize our card.

The apartment we are is 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a room with full kitchen (only need a oven or airfryer). The only complaint is the cleaning of the floor! If you walk down your foot is literally black! The floor seems to be q only aspired, and never has passed a wet pan, because it is grodent is very dirty. The towels are exchanged every 4 days, and “cleaning” is not daily. The location is good, it has many restaurants, bakeries, fast food, pharmacies and metro close.
