Boutique Hotel Cordial la Nina de Vegueta

The hotel is beautiful and its location is perfect. The pool is very small, somewhat larger than a jacuzzi. Some rooms are interior, which I did not know and you can barely open the window through the curtain. They overlook a minimal and dark interior patio. During the day they are somewhat gloomy for this reason. The breakfast room has very dirty upholstery on the benches, full of stains. The buffet repeats the biscuits, toast or fruit left over from previous days for several days and it is noticeable that they have lost freshness. The yogurt pots are unidentified and are not hygienic when served. But it is varied and sufficient. The bathroom trash can was not emptied in the room during the 3 days we spent in the hotel. They also did not collect empty complimentary glasses and water bottles that were left on the tables or desk. The staff is very friendly and considerate both at reception and in the breakfast room. The decoration is charming That's why the negative is not understood

We had a perfect stay at the hotel, Laura's welcome was warm and Laura gave very good advice on visits around the hotel. We had room 34 which was of high quality in terms of equipment, the hotel is quiet and the hotel restaurant delicious! As the hotel is in the city centre, parking spaces are difficult to find, but the hotel offers underground parking at 12e per day nearby, which is great for security!

I have spent a few days at the Hotel Cordial Niña de Vegueta and I have been surprised by the care and attention that this building has been restored. Highlight the attention of the staff, very friendly and attentive, as in other establishments of the Cordial chain that I have been to before. The hotel has a rooftop with a swimming pool and hammocks for sunbathing. Without a doubt, it is a good bet in a very central area of the city with plenty of leisure activities.

Last weekend I had the pleasant experience of staying at this hotel with my partner. From the first moment we arrived until we left we couldn't be more comfortable... The hotel staff is always very friendly and willing to help us with anything, the beautiful room, very spacious and with everything you need for a 100% stay nice… And as for the hotel restaurant… a real discovery!!! Innovative dishes and incredible flavors. And, it also has a terrace in the upper part of the hotel where you can sit down to have a drink and enjoy the views of the city. It is located in the old part of the city, around it you can find multiple places where you can go out to eat or have a drink. In addition, a few minutes walk away are the municipal bus station and the global bus station. Without a doubt, we will repeat !!!!!

The hotel is in a good location, near the bus station. The classic room is super nice and cozy. The staff very friendly. What I liked least was the pool, which was very, very small, and the very brief breakfast.

In principle, the hotel is very well located, and it is very nice, but our experience was terrible. The first day we wanted to rest and we were woken up by a child screaming throughout the hotel, despite being “only adults”. We made a complaint when we got up and as he had just left they said why hadn't we gone before to complain, that they didn't hear anything. Then it seems that they changed their minds and redirected the excuse to the fact that the restaurant is independent from the hotel and that the child was in the restaurant, that is to say, that they did hear him, but that he was only in the restaurant, which was not true, since which was on the roof, where the pool is located, and you could hear the screams amplified by the interior patio and their exaggerated runs and jumps since Justo was above our room and also down the stairs. I found the excuse unfortunate since from the third floor you can hear both the people at the reception talking in a normal tone, as well as the people in the restaurant all the noise of it, the cutlery, plates, laughter of the diners, etc. It is very poorly soundproofed, to rest I do not recommend it. It is true that they apologized and made us financial compensation for it, but it does not compensate for the lack of rest and the terrible management. On Sunday they had no receptionist, only an assistant from a subcontractor that had nothing to do with the hotel, it was our second day and we also had problems since the door of the room did not open. The assistant had to come constantly to open us every time we wanted to enter because the code did not enter. The guy was very nice, and he told us that ultimately he would leave us the key but that you couldn't really do that since the hotel didn't allow it, and the hotel left him with his ass in the air saying that if you could, probably so that we wouldn't make another complaint. Total, we were not going to put it, with not coming back we have. We commented on it for the record, but nothing, normal, "we hope that tomorrow it will be solved". On the other hand, if you arrive late at the hotel, the door is closed, you have to ring the bell and wait for it to open, it's uncomfortable. It's not bad, but it is uncomfortable. In short, too noisy, I do not recommend it if you want to rest, if you are not going to spend time there it is great.
