The hotel is in a country side location very quite had a great sleep the staff were very polite and helpfull.

Anscheinend hat es das gesamte Personal im Restaurant nach Corona nicht mehr notwendig freundlich zu sein. Nach einem "was wollen sie" zur Begrüßung waren wir zwar verblüfft, aber das sollte noch nicht alles gewesen sein. Nachdem im Restaurant eine Gruppe mit einem Musikanten war, und die Musik recht laut war, baten wir uns in den Barbereich setzen zu dürfen. Nach einem "nein das geht nicht" und vermehrten Augenrollen durften wir dann doch. Leider war von da weg gar nichts mehr mit Freundlichkeit. Sehr schade, da wir nach einer anstrengenden Arbeitswoche Essen gehen um uns zu erholen, nicht zu ärgern. Anscheinend geht es dem Betrieb so gut, dass auch keiner nachfragt ob wir noch etwas bestellenmöchten, obwohl die Gläser bzw. die Flasche Wein schon seit einiger Zeit leer waren, und auch abgeräumt wurden. Auch kein " hat es euch geschmeckt" bei 3 Gängen .

Wir waren mit unserem Tesla zum Laden am SuperCharger nebenan und gingen auf die Terrasse um zu frühstücken. Das Büfett Frühstück um 19,— Euro pro Person war uns zu teuer, also baten wir um eine Karte… „gibt es nicht“.. nach langwierigem Fragen blieb am Ende einfach nur Kornspitz mit Butter und Marmelade bzw mit S*****en und Käse … a) dauerte die Zubereitung 30 Minuten b) waren die Ingredienzen bereits im Kornspitz verarbeitet ! Somit baten wir um den Chef um uns zu beschweren, der kam auch und zeigte uns folgende Einwandbehandlung: „wie sie sehen kenne ich mich aus (er hatte Kochkleidung an), es hat nicht 30 Minuten gedauert sondern nur 25 Minuten ….“ den Rest ersparen wir uns zu erzählen ! Echt schade um so ein schönes hotel !
