"On first impression hotel looks nice, clean with good facilities. Although beware the hotel does open its swimming pool which has limited bathing facilities to day guests, and it’s a function venue so can be noisy, as it was when we visited. Check in was fine, room nice. BUT!!!! Then we went to the pool to relax after our 5 hr drive, and we encountered a male member of staff who took offence to where we sat, the only available sun-bed. There wasn’t anything to suggest it wasn’t available, but OMG, never encountered such a rude agressive member of staff. Made us feel so uncomfortable we immediately collected our possessions and checked out. Never experienced anything like this before."

"Checked in then checked out an hour later. I have never had the displeasure to encounter such aggressive and rude staff ever. And never have I checked out of somewhere within an hour of being there with no plan B but was so offended by the staff I would sooner have slept in my car !"
