Rooms were not like the picture on the website. Also descriptions on what the room was suppose to have a microwave or coffee and fridge was not in room also had a very old tv that couldn’t connect to for game consoles. House keeping never came once when requested. No working elevators . Elevators got stuck with people in there. No ice machine so only allowed 1 bag per room?! Complained to front desk and they blamed trip.com for false advertising?

if you have kids the family suite is the way to go…king bed in our room and bunk beds to accommodate 5 in the kids room with their own bathroom! Our room looked over the river and the kids could see fish!! Just be aware…there are no supplies provided in kitchen, no blow dryers available, and no utensils so bring what you need!

This is my third time here. I love this hotel because it is quiet and not so clowdy. The only place you always have to wait is in the Bighorn restaurant. It is so good and great prices. Dotty's also offers good fast food, and General Store offers good sandwiches. Not resort fees My room was very clean, but my pillows were very uncomfortable. Maybe some furnitures need an upgrade. Nice River walk, pool, and Jacuzzi

It was clean and wide open. Nice views. The front desk gave us a gift baggie of two waters and a couple mini candy bars. A nice touch. They also gave me a bucket of ice. The only thing I was surprised by was no coffee pot in the room. But we just went down in morning and got some coffee. But I do like having a coffee pot in the room. The room was spacious and very clean including the bathroom which is a plus! Very nice stay and highly recommend stay here

Rooms were clean ,quiet and large. ****** was full of intense smoke smell.Could not stand it.As a result had to play in another ******s.

I have stayed at most of the casinos in Laughlin over the years, I really liked the room we had, was a little extra for the river view but worth it. The only disappointment was not having a coffee maker and refrigerator in room, guess I am spoiled and used to having them. The wait for the lodge restaurant is usually very long but always worth it, top notch. The personnel in the Dotties were awesome always giving us drinks and nice to have extras like free nuts, and candy kisses. Highly recommend.

The elevators in parking garage didn’t work. It’s also a shame that close parking was wasted on car charging stations that were hardly used. Very sad to make elderly people walk a long distance to a parking garage and then up flights of stairs.

pros: good location, good price. very friendly reception staff. Bathroom very clean. cons: worn old carpet in room, old dated furniture. room smelled of smoke and overabundant air freshener. I did not use any services other than to sleep in the room.

Yeah, they’re condition of the property very poor and depressing. But the reason we will not be coming back is the lights that come in through the room windows kept us up all night.

The property needs a little update. It is starting to show its age. For example, the television are old and tiny. Half the channels didn’t come in. They don’t seem to have a good handle on supplies. They ran out of hamburgers and did not have soft serve chocolate ice cream. We have stayed here many times and will again but they need some changes.

The property is a ******, a good distance walk away from anything else. The smell of cigarette smoke is overwhelming and persistent throughout the ****** and dining areas of the property. The rooms were smoke free. The front lights will shine into your window al night long. The rooms were clean, bed clean and comfortable, bathrooms large and clean and well stocked, and the A/C and heat were easily controlled.

A little dated and worn but ok. Food was surprisingly good. View of the mountains and river nice. Employees very nice.
