"Overall the rooms were nice. The only downfall for our room was there was no hot water.. it was just luke warm with the handle turned ALL the way to hot. We were there just for a night so nothing was said. Our friends were in another room and had hot water so just something with our room. Again overall it was a great overnight stay."

"The hotel was extremely old, so old that even the metal in the bathroom was rusty. And because it was so old, the air conditioning unit was incredibly noisy! It was impossible to sleep well. Most importantly: we paid extra for a courtyard room, but we were given a regular room on the second floor facing the garden! This didn't match the photos on the Ctrip page! When we asked the front desk, they said that the courtyard rooms they gave to agents were just regular rooms! We were only staying one night and couldn't be bothered to argue."

It might have been a fluke, but we had to switch rooms 3 times before finding one that was acceptable. Otherwise, the services were excellent, and the beach and pool areas were stunning."

The desk person talked to her Mgr. and were told they were giving us an upgraded room. BS! Most of our corridor was under construction and we had the unsleepable bed for an upgrade. They would not change out the room again. Nugget sucks!"
