Furniture was filthy, steam clean fabrics folks, the kind of place you pull up the sheets to check for bugs before you pass out from exhaustion. The overwhelming artificial sprayed fragrance will wake you from sleep. The staff yelled at me because I took to long to flip the waffle iron.

Rooms looked clean until I picked up cover, there was a sock left from previous customer and pillows could have been cleaner. Overall pretty good and shower water pressure was terrible.

Good evening, the room that me and my wife was placed in was not very sanitary when it came to the corners of the room, and on the furniture. We saw heavy spider web build ups in the corners by the AC unit, bed, and tv stand. Also hair was found on the sofa and carpet. The microwave in the room was very old, rusty, and not clean inside.

Room rate was too expensive. Upon arrival, pillows looked and felt of poor quality. No exhaust fan in bathroom.

We always stay at the Hampton on our trips through Laurel twice a year. A special shout out to front desk employee Shannon who was patient, pleasant, and helpful while working long hours to train three new employees during our stay๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘

Hotel was clean and convenient. Pool area was always dark and water very cold. Breakfast was not amazing. Housekeeping staff very friendly and helpful.

I wish I could be more positive about this hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. However, the overall stay was disappointing. The small couch and desk chair were comfortable, but the fabric was worn and some stains. The mattress was not very comfortable and the bed skirt was torn. One of the electric window blinds was not working properly so we weren't able to open the window blind. There were a few holes and chipped paint on one of the walls. There was good water pressure in the shower, but very little vanity space around the sink. The best thing at this hotel was the coffee - very good and available all day.

WE were in room 317 and were attacked by ants. Not a couple but many. When we informed the front desk they stated that there were others rooms complaining about the same thing. They would have to spray. Since we booked thru a 3rd party they could not discount our room. NEVER AGAIN.

Customer service needed improvement. They charged my card in full days before check in instead of pay at check in. At the time of check in, they tried to charge my card again. Then she said she was going to void the transaction. When asked for a copy of the voided transaction, she couldn't not provide that to me. She also admitted that another employee charged my card in error. Then when on top blame 3rd party booking agency dont pay the proper taxes and my card was charged at the end of the night. When that employee was doing paperwork. This is not my problem as a returning customer. Also it is not etiquette to bash another booking company that i chose to use. Also also stated i used Orbits, because noone would answer the phone her when i called originally to book my stau direct. In the meantime i asked for the manager and waited for quite sometime. Only to be told by the manager at she did something in her computer and my card was charged already. Long story short....this hotel needs to have a customer service meeting and train their employees to teach the customers with respect as we are paying they paychecks by staying at this location. Also take accountability for your wrong doing and trying to argue with a customer, especially in my case....I was right. I would recommend to remember the motto, The Customer is Always Right!!!!!
